Apologies
[edit]- MurielMary (talk) (will be out of town)
- David Palmer//cloventt (talk) Unfortunately can't arrange childcare so won't be attending.
- Alexeyevitch(talk) (Next meetup should be in Addington - more convenient for me)
What have we been up to?
[edit]- David Palmer//cloventt (talk) Not had much time for wikiwork in the last month, with work and other interests ramping up a bit. Visited Tekapo so took the opportunity to create an article for the Tekapo A Power Station and take a bunch of photos, which are now on Commons. Started a Draft:Fairlie Bakehouse article because they seem pretty notable in the area. Have yet to publish that though, any feedback would be welcome.
Upcoming events
[edit]- Christchurch Architecture Edit-a-thon 2–3 August 2024 (watch this space): A Friday afternoon/evening (to 8pm), Saturday morning to midday event in a single location. People are encouraged to drop in for all or some of it.
Outcomes and tips
[edit]Next event
[edit]- The 4 August meeting will be replaced by the Christchurch Architecture edit-a-thon
- Following that will be a meeting on 7 or 8 of September: time and place will depend on a responses to a Doodle poll. We can look at changing either if it means more people can attend.
