Wikipedia:WikiProject New Zealand/Whanganui Wiki Wednesday

Whanganui Wiki Wednesday was a community Wikipedia-editing group in Whanganui, New Zealand, meeting monthly from August 2014 to July 2016. Its goal was to improve Whanganui-related pages, and encourage new editors. The coordinator was giantflightlessbirds (talk · contribs). • Originally at the Davis Library, then at the Alexander Heritage & Research Library, in their temporary home at the Alex on Ridgway, 62 Ridgway St.

• Whanganui: obviously this is the important one. I suggest we model the page on a medium-sized city in the UK or USA that has WP:Good Article status. The City of Salford or Ely, Cambridgeshire are excellent. Note how each section is well-written paragraphs with links to specific institutions, not bullet points or subheadings.
