Style

Please don't put punctuation (dots) at the end of list items. Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style/Lists#Bulleted_lists: "As a matter of style, list items should be formatted consistently in either sentence case or lower case. JAG/NCIS universe

Please reconsider your edits regarding JAG/NCIS universe. There is a point to NCIS (franchise), as NCIS was a spinoff that itself spawned several spinoffs with characters who regularly crossover from one to another but that's not the case with JAG. JAG was a series that had a single spinoff with only minimal crossovers. As such there is no "JAG universe", so a universe article is inappropriate, which is why one has never been created. --AussieLegend (✉) 03:53, 12 April 2015 (UTC)

Ted Danson will join CSI: Cyber in the fall, but that piece of news needs to be sourced to a reliable media source, not to the fan site CSI Files. Cut-and-paste move

It appears that you have created List of Universal Monsters characters by copying content from Minor characters in Universal Monsters prior to expanding the new article. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", which is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history. In future, please do not make cut-and-paste moves. Category:Alternate timeline films

I see that you recently renamed this category to Category:Alternative timeline films. I'm unsure of your rationale, and couldn't find an explanation. In any case, I started a CFD as I believe that either the original name should be restored as the more common phrasing, or the category should be merged given that we already have Category:Alternate history films and Category:Parallel universes in fiction, not to mention Category:Time travel films. It appears that you tried to give Childrens Hospital (TV Series) a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into Childrens Hospital (TV series). This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Your sandbox

Your sandbox is a place where you can do more or less what you like, provided that it has some relation to developing the encyclopedia (see WP:User pages). That can include preparing draft pages, or simply notes, to-do-lists, experiments or bits of work-in-progress.

If you click a "submit" button to send it to WP:Articles for creation, you are putting it forward as a suggested article for the main encyclopedia. Because you did that several time with versions which were fine as sandboxes but were clearly not possible encyclopedia articles, your sandbox was nominated for deletion at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Fusionem/sandbox. I have just closed that discussion with a decision not to delete the page, but to remove the AfC submission tags and mark it as a plain sandbox.

If in future you use it to prepare a draft article and want to submit that, you have only to add {{subst:submit}} to the top of the page. However, it might save confusion if you keep this for sandbox-type activites and, when you want to draft an article, click on Help:Userspace draft and fill in the title. That will make a draft page for that particular article, with a link to submit it when it is ready.

Cut-and-paste move

Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give Marvel Contest of Champions a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into Marvel: Contest of Champions. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Rom (comics)

Hi, I'm just curious about your edit summary here - what do you mean by "The page has been reviewed" - where, by who, and with what resulting commentary?

I can't find anything over at WP:COMIC and the associated sub-projects, and the only possible assessment/review I can find on the talk page is a B-class request which confirms the article status as primarily a comic, not a toy. Chaheel Riens (talk) 12:42, 7 December 2016 (UTC)

My apologies for this stuff, but the real problem is how to difference the toy from the comics, more specially when there are two comic book versions of the same character, coming from Marvel Comics and IDW Publishing If you know how to do it better than what I did, I would appreciate your concern. No, the real problem is that you keep C&P moving pages despite being told not to multiple times.

If you think different regarding "toy" or "comic", present your arguments over at the talk page. I have no real opinion, so am willing to be convinced that the current suffix should be changed. From reading the article it does suggest that the toy came first, and then the comic came to promote the toy - that would seem to support the fact that the primary meaning is (toy) not (comic), but I'm not really that bothered either way. Comics articles

Hey there Fusionem! Good job on the comics articles! I just wanted to give you some feedback on them. Your work is really well-formatted and the for the most part your drafts are notable. You just need to find articles or reviews on the comics in order to show that they meet the notability criteria, like the ones I added to Kings Watch and Infestation 2. Some good sites to look at are Comic Book Resources (though the previews do not show notability, only independent interviews or articles), ComicsAlliance, Bleeding Cool, Newsarama, and Comics Bulletin. There's a longer list at Wikipedia:WikiProject Comics/References.

Cut & Paste move - again

You've been told many, many, many times that C&P is not the way to do page moves. Your talk page is littered (1,2,3,4) with warnings about doing this - and yet here you are again doing exactly the same thing.

I've just scanned your talk page, and can see at least six different attempts to teach you how to move a page correctly:

Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give Marvel Contest of Champions a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into Marvel: Contest of Champions. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you.

Please do not place an article in a non-existent category, as you did in this edit[1] when you placed Optimus Prime (comics) in Category:Articles created via the Article Wizard.

We do not copy and paste page moves, as you did at Draft:Dark Universe (film studio). Get consensus first and then ask an administrator to move the page. Wow, "sir", huh? For a second there, I had to look behind me to see if you were addressing my father! :-)

Your draft on H1 looks like it's off to a good start. I don't really think that how much I or anyone else knows about Waid matters, since the criterion for notability (both in general and as it pertains to books in particular is coverage of the topic outside of Wikipedia in reliable sources. Since you've racked up over 13,000 edits here since 2015, I'm guessing you're familiar with this. So just look for coverage of H1 in the industry press, and even in the mainstream press, so that you beef up the Publication history section, since that's probably going to form the bulk of the article body's content. Contentless sections

Hi F. E. Puricelli, I noticed in Year of the Villain that you added a number of empty sections, with only an "expand section" template in them. Please don't do that, contentless sections don't add value for the reader, and they make the article more difficult to read, see: MOS:BODY. Sections can be added when content is available. You could have done this yourself -- change the categories on the pages that were in the old spelling, then move the category page to the correct spelling. Google Code-In, Google-organized contest in which the Wikimedia Foundation participates, starts in a few weeks. This contest is about taking high school students into the world of opensource. I'm sending you this message because you recently edited a documentation page at the English Wikipedia.

Submit Iron Man 2020 draft?

@F. E. Puricelli and Rtkat3: You two seem to be the main contributors to the Draft:Iron Man 2020 (comic book) page. The initial AfC decline reason was for the lack of a reception/real-world content. That seems to have been addressed a long time ago, so I was curious if you felt it was ready to submit again. I recommend submitting again sooner than later since the more recent updates I've seen are to the plot, and at this rate the weight of the article will be too heavy on plot as opposed to the reception. I can help you with the draft for Perpetua while adding her abilities and reference, but we need to get a draft in for World Forger. Like the Monitor and the Anti-Monitor, he is a child of Perpetua. Hi. I see in a recent addition to Draft:Transformers: Shattered Glass you included material from a webpage that is available under a compatible Creative Commons Licence.
