That's funny. Thanks for the link. "Foxhound66" looks like it could be another sock by Jeneral28. I'm going to watch the contributions from the account for a while before reporting, just in case its not a sock. —Frehley18:30, 1 June 2009 (UTC)
Oh I didn't check for copyright. Good call. Does that now trump the prod? I wasn't sure if it was speediable otherwise. -- roleplayer22:46, 2 June 2009 (UTC)
I don't think so. WP:PROD says the prod tag should be left on the page with the CSD tag. So i guess the prod tag is still as valid as the csd tag. Frehley22:54, 2 June 2009 (UTC)
But the basic rule of thumb with PROD is once the user removes it, it stays removed or goes to afd. The creating user removed it when they also removed the speedy tag, and now they are contesting the speedy nomination on the talk page. -- roleplayer22:56, 2 June 2009 (UTC)
I guess we should just leave the CSD tag for now, i left the creating user a message on the articles talk page about the copyright problems and asked them to read WP:CONFLICT since they seem to be involved with the group. Frehley23:07, 2 June 2009 (UTC)
Hi, i gotta know how to know the account creation date of a "user" in the acc tool. I face this problem when the user has no contributions at all and his name hits up as a match with the User-ID which we are gonna create. Moreover u created a User now Drverma and it had a similar ID " Dr Verma".. how can we identify them and two diff persons.. -SubashChandran007 ׀ sign!07:53, 7 June 2009 (UTC)
Whenever the tool gives you the "account is too similar" message there should be two links with the message, the "contributions" link and a "logs" link. If you click the link that says "logs" it should show you the date and time the account was created. For your second question i think i'm going to need a few more details to fully understand what you would like to know. Frehley08:08, 7 June 2009 (UTC)
The account name requested by the person is similar to the existing account but varies slightly with a space or etc wat should i do at that time -SubashChandran007 ׀ sign!10:00, 7 June 2009 (UTC)
Ok, if the requested account is that close to an existing account you can create it if the existing account is inactive. If the existing account was created over one year ago, and the last edit/log entry was over a year old (if any edits were made with the account) it is Ok to create the account. If any recent edits/log entries are in the account you will have to choose the "similar" or "taken" option in the ACC tool. Frehley23:35, 7 June 2009 (UTC)

Cambridge University Real Tennis Club
Hi Frehley
My apologies if the Cambridge University Real Tennis Club entry came across as too much of an advert and was therefore marked for speedy deletion. It wasn't intended to, but I can see that this sort of connortation is not good for an encycolpedic entry. I was attempting to give a little background on this ancient real tennis court that are part of the university and then refer those who wanted to know more to the CURTC website
If the page could be reinstated (or emailed to me: tom.hartley@homepages.co.uk) I will edit it into less of an advert
My apologies - a silly (and what seems obvious, now) error on my part
Hello Tom, if you would like to have a copy of the page emailed to you, you will have to contact either the deleting admin (Ale jrb (talk·contribs)) or any other admin. I can't send you a copy as i'm not an admin. Frehley09:51, 10 June 2009 (UTC)
Thanks for watching the page. I'm new to this so i hope this is where to place a request to give a warning to 74.56.65.100 for their continual adding of refs to the page. I try to keep it reverted but its hard to watch all the time.
Just trying to understand the process of warning them, and then eventually requesting a block of that ip? Any help is appreciated and thanks for checking in on the page like you have so far. Takeoutdinner (talk) 23:28, 14 June 2009 (UTC)
I've left the IP a warning about the links. You may find the following page helpful in the future: WP:WARN (this is a list of all the warning templates.), WP:TWINKLE may also be very helpful. Twinkle is a tool used to help assist autoconfirmed users with common tasks & vandalism. Twinkle will make all the warning templates (as well as other useful templates) available to you at the click of a button. WP:AIV is where you will request that a user be blocked for vandalism after a user has been given a final warning. Once the report has been posted a Wikipedia admin will view it and issue a block if needed (Twinkle also gives you a "report" option to make this task easier). If you have any more questions feel free to leave me another message. Frehley00:15, 15 June 2009 (UTC)
Finally, with your advice, I managed to upload the images I needed for my first article. Thank you so much. --Zanthorp (talk) 05:26, 19 June 2009 (UTC)
I do apologize for actions on the article "Praveen vaidyan", my friends borrowed my computer which was logged on Wikipedia and started vandalizing articles. Thanks for keeping Wikipedia in order. Apologies again for that occurring. (kliu1 (talk) 10:49, 19 June 2009 (UTC))

Holly Tucker
You really did reccomend Holly Tucker for speedy deletion rather, speedily. But as you may have read, the page was still under construction and therefore was not properly developed. I have since further developed the page and contested it's deletion. I really would apreciate if you could reconsider your decision and give the page a chance. It would also be helpful, since i am a new user, if you could provide any insight on how to further develop the page. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Akjgo94 (talk • contribs) 08:15, 20 July 2009 (UTC)
I didn't request that the page be deleted, Shadowlynk (talk·contribs) requested the deletion. I only re-added the CSD tag to the article because you removed it when you placed the {{hangon}} tag on the page. The CSD tag must stay on the page when you add the {{hangon}} tag. Right now the article is up for speedy deletion because the article doesnt say why the artist is important or have any independent reliable sources to establish notability. An artist also has to meet the notability guidelines for bands/artists for a page about them to be made on Wikipedia. If the article does get deleted you may wish to recreate it in a subpage of your userpage (User:Akjgo94/Holly Tucker) so you will be able to fully create it and have all the time you need to collect reliable sources to show how the artist is notable. You have been granted the 'reviewer' userright, allowing you to to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, will be commencing a a two-month trial at approximately 23:00, 2010 June 15 (UTC).
Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under flagged protection. Flagged protection is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial.
When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.
If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. –xenotalk13:32, 15 June 2010 (UTC)
