The C-Class rating has been introduced. The rating falls between articles that are more than Start class, but less than B-Class.
The number of stub articles has decreased to its lowest level since the project began its focus on improving them. The goal is to get the number below 600, and we're getting close. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could help expand and/or source an article or two. A list has been placed on the stub article subpage of stub articles of well-known wrestlers that should be fairly easy to improve.

Hi
I was going to get your opinion first. Maybe it should be left to Beer Money Inc. Because we couldn't see what was wrote on the shirts. They were referred to as Beer Money Inc. Why does TNA do stupid crap like make shirts. I love TNA but come on. These segments they do: Angle on a date and Storm and Roode acting like idiots but doing entertaining promos.--WillC02:43, 4 July 2008 (UTC)
Its cool man :). Hey we've never talked before but maybe we could be friends like you are with the other ppl on your user page? We are part of the same project after all. Surprised we never met before. JakeDHS0705:33, 4 July 2008 (UTC)JakeDHS07

The C-Class rating has been introduced. The rating falls between articles that are more than Start-Class, but less than B-Class.
Immediately put into effect, our project has begun use of the List-Class rating. The List-Class rating is for list articles that are of less quality than B-Class articles.

As I'm sure you noticed above, this is the 20th edition of the WikiProject Professional wrestling newsletter! It has come a long way since the first issue, and I'm sure it will only improve from here. I'd like to thank everyone reading this for continuing to read the newsletter, biweekly.
Also, lastly I'd like to thank Misza13, for sending the newsletter out for us, though his bot. His bot has to be the most important part of the process, because without it, the newsletter would not get sent to project members.
I know that's a long list, but they all deserve recognition for their hard work towards the newsletter. So again, thank you to that list of people, and thank you to all of the newsletter's biweekly readers. If you have an questions, comments, or feedback about the newsletter, remember those links below.
Per this edit and the discussion here, date linking is not mandatory in articles. This mainly applies to the project's pay-per-view expanded articles. Please take this regulation in notice and apply it to the project's expanded pay-per view articles.
New parameters have been added to the {{Infobox Wrestling event}} template, for the discussion explaining these parameters, see the discussion here

Orphaned non-free media (Image:ECWtitleJuly2008.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:ECWtitleJuly2008.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:10, 23 July 2008 (UTC)

New PPV format.
I agree with you. It looks like shit. But it's needed to achieve GA and FA status (and keep those that are already at it) for PPV articles. Check WT:PW and it's archives for more info. Gavyn Sykes (talk) 03:21, 7 August 2008 (UTC)
About a month or two back. The voting was pretty close and IIRC several people that supported it now dislike it. But the FA reviewers love it and it complies with WP policy. Check the archives of WT:PW. I don't have time to dig up a link right now. Gavyn Sykes (talk) 05:40, 7 August 2008 (UTC)

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on SummerSlam (2008). Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. You have reverted three edits with no consensus, if you have a problem with the new format, discuss it and do not make changes on your own without a community discussion. One more revert and you will be reported to WP:AIV.SRX03:23, 7 August 2008 (UTC)
It's okay, just watch the history page next time to see the history and reversions of the page to avoid edit wards and breaking the 3RR rule. It is not entirely your fault as you were unaware of the new format, which gives me an idea to discuss at WT:PW. Happy editing. :)--SRX03:29, 7 August 2008 (UTC)
No no, it was to add a talk page banner explaining the new format, instead of IP's and New Users always complaining about new things. But I will add your idea to the newsletter, I was going to originally add it, but I forgot to. Thanks.SRX03:37, 7 August 2008 (UTC)

I saw your question to SRX about when you joined. I saw in your contributions that your first edit was April 8 2006. That is either the day you joined or close to it.--WillC06:59, 7 August 2008 (UTC)
Don't worry about it. It's Wrestleview that is a reliable source. I get them mixed up sometimes and have to check. A list of reliable sources for WP:PW can be found here. Cheers, Gavyn Sykes (talk)
I have 3 granted rollback rights to your account; the reason for this is that after a review of some of your contributions, I believe I can trust you to use rollback correctly by using it for its intended usage of reverting vandalism, and that you will not abuse it by reverting good-faith edits or to revert-war. For information on rollback, see Wikipedia:New admin school/Rollback and Wikipedia:Rollback feature. If you do not want rollback, just let me know, and I'll remove it. Good luck and thanks. Hey dude, watch Main Event Mafia. Some dude is ignoring my warnings and keeps placing in an image from TNA Wrestling.com which he said he made. Plus keeps thinking he is protecting the page which was decided to be kept as a redirect. Also I fixed the pictures you uploaded earlier today.--WillC07:35, 28 October 2008 (UTC)
Thanks, also look at the user's user page. It is full of copyrighted material. What do you think?--WillC07:38, 28 October 2008 (UTC)
Well mainly the Rey Mysterio video needs to go. I've seen that video on Youtube and I'm sure that should go. The Owen Hart picture is from Raw is Owen, I believe. Now the ones on his talk page I have on WT:PW for someone to place them up for deletion. I've never placed any image up for deletion so I don't know how. Also I don't want to learn at 4 am.--WillC07:43, 28 October 2008 (UTC)
He technically has the right to remove the notices for image deletion. Now on the vandalism warns he loses those rights. If he removes the deletion discussion templates on the images then he should be nominated for a block.--WillC07:50, 28 October 2008 (UTC)
Okay, after I tell him that he should not remove the notices, if he removes them then he should be placed up for a block nom.--WillC07:53, 28 October 2008 (UTC)
Good job on the image deletion stuff. Well it looks like he has given up and got offline. Well I'll talk to you later, I'm going to bed. I have a big day later today. I need to go to bed earlier, the story of my life.--WillC08:01, 28 October 2008 (UTC)

Jericho and title
What do u want me to do? Point out the obvious and write down that the picture shows Jericho with the world title? No, wait... you want me to describe the old man's head? You don't write on my talk page informing me that there is no description. Obviously I know there is no description. If you have the time to write on my talk page, I am guessing you can write the description yourself. Uploading a pic is not my job, so don't harass. AlexT/CGuest Book19:20, 28 October 2008 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on File:ECWChampionship.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on [[ Talk:File:ECWChampionship.jpg|the talk page]] explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. You asked why section was deleted....
Seems 75.44.212.64 deleted it at 02:24, 24 February 2009, for no reason. There is a lot of editing on that page at present - and quite a few vandals - I reverted one 24h later, that deleted the college section and placed "hey went to college at mommy basebasment" - that was obvious, where just a small bit gets deleted (and nothing added), then it's hard to say (unless one is an expert on that page) if it is a vandal or a useful edit - Wikipedia rules say that one has to assume good faith unless proven otherwise. Just keep the page in your watched pages, then you can spot any editing. Ronhjones (talk) 20:23, 25 February 2009 (UTC)
