As you complete reviews, please update the total amount of points you have earned (number of points per article are based on the table listed on the drive homepage). Also, please put the number of points that are earned from each review by inserting the number in the "points" parameter in the template above.
The status of article are: rev for "on review", hold if on hold, pass if passed and fail if failed.
The name of the article is the exact name on Wikipedia, with no italics.
The review number is the number accompanying the "GA" letters on the review page. E.g, if the review page is Talk:ALicia Keys/GA2, then the review number is 2.

For Review Team only: Another two parameters exist. When a review is checked, add checked and 6=~~~ as fourth and fifth parameters on the template.
- Example: #{{User:Hahc21/GA Entry|fail|Alicia Keys|2|1|checked|6=~~~}} produces:

Alicia Keys (1) — ΛΧΣ21™

If the review is determined to be insufficient, add removed and 6=~~~ as fourth and fifth parameters on the template. As a sixth parameter, add R=reason for removal.
- Example: #{{User:Hahc21/GA Entry|fail|Alicia Keys|2|1|removed|6=~~~|R=Article was not properly reviewed}} produces:

Alicia Keys (1) N Article was not properly reviewed — ΛΧΣ21™

Also, double check that the review is worth the correct amount of points. If you find a review that is not worth the correct amount, please change it.

Totals

Only pass/fail will be recognized as completing a review. If necessary, you can put the article on hold if the article needs to be edited further to be passed. Once you have passed or failed the article after putting it on hold, include your review in the totals page. Quick-fails will not be counted. Article reviews started before April 1, 2014 but completed before [or by] April 30, 2014 are eligible to be counted into the running total. Reviews started before March 1, 2014 do not count. Please state if the article is a pass, fail, or on hold. Make sure you follow up on holds.

HOWEVER, an exception can be made to this rule. If the deadline (April 30, 2014) to complete any outstanding reviews is nearing and good progression is being made by the nominator on addressing any concerns brought up by the reviewer, please do not close the review as you will be awarded the points for the review as you will be awarded the points for the review based on if the review is deemed as a sufficient review at the time (even if it is not complete). If there is insufficient progress, points will not be awarded.
