Our project is dedicated to improving articles and coverage related to Canada in a fair and accurate manner, with an emphasis on subjects with national significance. Some project goals are to help improve vital articles, continue developing quality standards, maintain and expand templates, lists, portals and categories in a manner that helps users browse the articles that fall under this project's scope. Editors are encouraged to participate in the more regional and/or topic specific Canadian Wikiprojects.

The Canadian Manual of Style is a guide applicable to all Canadian Wikipedia articles. It presents Canadian styles, and is intended to help editors to produce articles with proper Canadian language, layout, and formatting that are consistent, clear, and precise.
The outlines are hierarchical lists of topics. Each outline summarizes an entire subject, and Wikipedia's coverage of it, such as Canada, one of its provinces or territories, or a city. Each outline serves as a guide to its subject, and as a table of contents or site map of Wikipedia on that subject.
