FYI, HughD, who has submitted Global Climate Coalition for good article review, is currently topic-banned from climate change related articles. Safehaven86 (talk) 16:27, 27 June 2016 (UTC)
- @Safehaven86: Please forgive me as I was never aware of this. How should I handle the finalization of the article? Pass or fail? Thanks, Carbrera (talk) 19:47, 27 June 2016 (UTC).
- No worries, you didn't do anything wrong. I don't think this needs to affect your assessment of the article. I just wanted to let you know that HughD won't be contributing anymore as he will soon be Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Enforcement#HughD banned for a long period of time. I don't have any problem if you think the article meets GA, and also don't see an issue if you want to abandon the review due to the strange set of circumstances surrounding it. Safehaven86 (talk) 20:08, 27 June 2016 (UTC)
- @Safehaven86: Yes, I have just reread the article and everything seemed alright with me. If you would like to comment on my GA review, by all means do so. I'm sorry about the whole confusion over this! Thanks for the heads up! Cheers, Carbrera (talk) 20:24, 27 June 2016 (UTC).

Der Brænder en Ild
Thank you so much for the review, I really appreciate it. As you mentioned on the review page, I haven't been editing Wikipedia for at least a week, for which I apologize, the reason being an unplanned career change. I will take a look at the comments you made and improve the article accordingly; your excellent review impresses me. Afterwards, I will re-nominate it for GA-status. I will be sure you keep you in informed. Thanks again and have a happy summer! :) Doctor Papa Jones • (Click here to collect your prize!) 15:21, 30 June 2016 (UTC)

GA Cup Finals reviews
Hi Carbrera! I'd like to first congratulate you on getting 2nd in this years GA Cup. It is a great achievement and you had so much initiative reviewing so many articles. However, I'd just like to let you know that you submitted two reviews after the deadline of 11:59 UTC on 30 June, so we can't count them because we mentioned we'd be strict on this in the last newsletter. Thanks again for being such a great competitor and we hope to see you again soon! MrWooHoo (T • C) 13:49, 1 July 2016 (UTC)
2016 GA Cup-Wrap Up
Hello to our truly awesome GA Cup competitors! Thursday, June 30 saw the end of the 2016 GA Cup. It was a huge success. In the final, our five competitors reviewed an astonishing 207 articles, the most in any GA Cup final thus far. We continue to reach our goals and make a substantial impact in how quickly articles are reviewed for GA status. On March 1, the start of this competition, the article longest in the queue had languished there since June 26, 2015 [1]; in the July 1, 2016 list, the average wait length is just four months [2]. It's clear that we continue to make a difference at GAN and throughout Wikipedia, something we should all be proud of. Thanks to all our competitors for their enthusiasm, and for helping to make the GA Cup a continued success. Remember that most articles can't even be considered for FA status unless it's been passed to GA first, so our efforts have created hundreds of potentials FAs. That is, as they say, a big deal. The final this time represented a real horse race between our 1st and 2nd place winners. First-time competitor (who had won all previous rounds) Sainsf earned an impressive 1456 points with 91 articles reviewed during the final. Close behind, in second place was Carbrera, also a first-time competitor, reviewed the most articles (94). Their enthusiasm was a treat to witness. Congrats to you both! The competition went relatively smoothly, with very little drama this time. We had to clarify one rule: in order for the points to count, you must mark your reviews as completed; it's not up to the judges to ensure that all reviews are completed by the end of a round. We were strict about adhering to this clarification, especially at the end of the final. We intend on stressing it in the stated rules for our next competition, which will be announced soon, so watch out for it. We also intend on applying for a grant through Wikimedia to include gift certificates for our winners, to further incentivize the GA Cup. MrWooHoo should receive special recognition for acting as our main judge, and for stepping in for the rest of the judges when real-life busyness took over. He reviewed the majority of the submissions during our final round. Thanks for your hard work, and for the hard work of all our judges. We look forward to the next competition. Again, thanks to all our competitors, and congrats to our winners. Cheers from Figureskatingfan, 3family6, Jaguar, MrWooHoo, and Zwerg Nase. To subscribe or unsubscribe to future GA Cup newsletter, please add or remove your name to our mailing list. If you are a participant still competing, you will be on the mailing list no matter what as this is the easiest way to communicate between all participants.

GA Review
Hey Carbrera, I hate to ask but would you by any chance have time to review Mélanie Laurent's article for GA. It's not a very big article and underwent a c.e. and is in a fairly good shape. I really appreciate the quick responses you offer during a review. Thank you. NumerounovedantTalk 08:58, 2 July 2016 (UTC)
- Hey, I'll try to look over it when I get a chance. I've been really caught up in expanding an article that is part of a Featured topic review that could possibly be demoted. Cheers, Carbrera (talk) 05:58, 6 July 2016 (UTC).
- No problem, I appreciate it. NumerounovedantTalk 02:43, 7 July 2016 (UTC)

Did You Hear What Happened to Charlotte King? - featured article candidate
Hello! I've nominated the article about the episode "Did You Hear What Happened to Charlotte King?" for Featured Article consideration. I would really appreciate any comments or feedback on this nomination, especially since you have helped me promote it to GA. I understand that you are busy (this is the third request for comments in the past month alone) so it is completely okay if you are unable to do this. I apologize for any inconvenience.

- Thank you for your help! Let me know if you need any help with anything :-). Aoba47 (talk) 01:50, 27 July 2016 (UTC)
- @Aoba47: Of course! In fact, if you wouldn't mind, This Is What the Truth Feels Like failed its first GA nomination and if it fails its second one, the FAR for "Gwen Stefani albums" will be removed. If you would be able to look it over and make any changes to it you feel necessary, that would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance! Carbrera (talk) 02:35, 27 July 2016 (UTC).
- Of course! I will definitely look over the page over the next couple of days. Aoba47 (talk) 02:51, 27 July 2016 (UTC)
- I have started to look at the page, and I have two minor comments/suggestions. The page overall looks great, and I can tell you put a lot of work into its expansion following its previous GAN so congrats to that! My two comments are:
- I would suggest adding a couple of sentences about the critical response to the tour, now that it has started. Also, remember to revise this section once the tour is completed.
- I agree that the fact that the album was included on several lists for "The Most Anticipated Albums" is important and should be included in the article, but I want to caution you against WP:OVERLINKING. Personally, I think it is fine as it stands, but I have received comments in the past when the amount of links go above three. It may be wise to split the references between those for the 2015 lists and 2016 lists. This is more of something to keep in mind if this is brought up in the article's future GAN.
- Again, overall, the article looks great and I would think it is definitely read for GAN. I admit that I am pretty bad at editing other people's work as I do not want to change your personal preferences or style too much. Those are the only two things I noticed right away and they are pretty minor notes. Aoba47 (talk) 05:01, 28 July 2016 (UTC)

Robot Jox GA Review
A while back, you helped out with GA review for Robot Jox. As it often does, life got in the way of responding to a couple of issues in the soundtrack section, so it eventually did not pass. I've added everything that can be added (there's little information out there) on the subject at this point. If I resubmit it for GA status, would you be willing to re-review the article? Thanks for your time. Runfellow (talk) 16:23, 24 July 2016 (UTC)
Carbrera, the nominator has responded to your review. Are you still doing GA reviews?
Carbrera, I hope you are well. There are four GA reviews that you opened back in June that you haven't been back to since then, and that still need your attention. It is understandable that you may still be feeling burnt out after the massive effort in June's GA Cup Finals, but making the nominators continue to wait is not fair to them. I posted to your talk page on July 24 about these reviews, but nothing has happened in the fortnight since, and the post has been archived. The four reviews are:
- Talk:Jane Elizabeth Manning James/GA1: nominator responded on July 6 saying that all the issues listed in your June 30 review had been addressed, and pinged you again on July 26
- Talk:Erichtho/GA1: nominator responded on July 6, pinging you and asking whether the edits done to address the issues you raised in your June 26 review were sufficient, or if more needed to be done
- Talk:All That Is Within Me/GA1: nominator responded on July 4 saying that all the fixes requested in your June 29 review had been completed, and pinged you
- Talk:Simplifly Deccan/GA1: you opened the review on June 24 but have yet to post any comments to it; the nominator pinged you on July 22
The last time you stepped away from reviews for an extended period back in April and early May, an admin removed you as a reviewer. Now, with the current GAN Backlog Drive ongoing this month, if you won't be completing the reviews soon, the articles could stand a good chance of a more timely review if put back into the pool of unreviewed nominations. Please let me know your intentions. Thank you very much. BlueMoonset (talk) 22:05, 9 August 2016 (UTC)

August 2016
Your recent editing history at This Is What the Truth Feels Like shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
