I asked for you to show me where a critics says what kind of reception both songs received, and you are refusing to do that. I wanted to clarify that I didn't say you should be blocked for your behavior, rather that you don't seem to understand the rules of Wikipedia, especially the 3RR one. You asked for the article that talks about why the MC score should only be displayed once, I gave you the link to it, and you are still reverting my edits, simply because you believe I am a sock. Your reason for wanting some of the page should to be protected is "Repetetive IP vandalism from a user who is currently under investigation for sock puppetry." Do you not understand that it hasn't been proven that I'm a sock, and therefore you can't act under the assumption that I am. You need to accept the fact that I gave you a valid reason for my edit and move on. User:Josephlalrinhlua786, indefinitely blocked for violating copyright policy, has contributed greatly to the article–not that this is a problem–but his contributions are closely paraphrased in a way that also violates policy. For example, Reference #2 by the Los Angeles Times is almost copied word-for-word in the "Music video" section, minus the addition of a few words such as "he", "both", etc. Additionally, check out this article almost directly copied as displayed here: "But everybody would keep coming back to "I Will Always Love You" by Dolly Parton saying that it was sort of a quintessential song in the country genre". The article needs more cleanup than I can currently provide; for further information, check out User talk:Josephlalrinhlua786#October 2016 2 for an ongoing discussion involving the aforementioned user. Closing GA nominations

Carbrera, please review the WP:GANI section on closing GA nominations. In particular, you're sometimes not properly filling in the GA and FailedGA templates. I just had to fix a FailedGA template that reused the nomination time rather than insert the time that the nomination was closed (you can use five tildes in the time field), and it also had an empty subtopic field rather than a filled-in topic field. I've also recently had to fix the topic field in the GA template on Talk:Cliché (Hush Hush), and I notice now that the promotion time stamp has a date but no time (it's supposed to have both), so I hope you'll fix that. WikiProject Good Articles's 2016-2017 GA Cup

WikiProject Good Articles's 2016-2017 GA Cup Greetings, all! We would like to announce the start of the 4th GA Cup, a competition that seeks to encourage the reviewing of Good article nominations! Thus far, there have been three GA Cups, which were successful in reaching our goals of significantly reducing the traditionally long queue at GAN, so we're doing it again. Currently, there are over 400 nominations listed. We hope that we can again make an impact this time. The 4th GA Cup will begin on November 1, 2016. Four rounds are currently scheduled (which will bring the competition to a close on February 28, 2017), but this may change based on participant numbers. We may take a break in December for the holidays, depending on the results of a poll of our participants taken shortly after the competition begins. The sign-up and submissions process will remain the same, as will the scoring. Sign-ups for the upcoming competition are currently open and will close on November 14, 2016. Everyone is welcome to join; new and old editors, so sign-up now! If you have any questions, take a look at the FAQ page and/or contact one of the judges.
