Denise Wicks

[edit]

{moved from User talk:Trampikey/Archive 12.5)

Hi, I am confused about something and I wonder if you could help me. On Denise's profile it states that Owen was her ex-husband. I don't think that that is right, but nonetheless I put her name to Denise Celeste Wicks (nee Fox, previously Turner). Is that right? And if not, then shouldn't someone change the relationship between Owen and Denise?

Thanks Gossipking (talk) 11:43, 15 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

There's no evidence to suggest that she ever took Owen's name, especially as Libby's name is Fox, not Turner. We can't just assume that she was previously called Turner unless it is stated. -Trampikey(talk)(contribs) 15:12, 15 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Christmas EE

[edit]

Hey, do you still have that old Christmas page saved in your userspace? Or did you get it deleted? I'm trying to find a ratings reference that I know was on there, but I cant find it anywhere online anymore :( Gungadin 13:13, 18 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It should be in the history of one of my sandboxes... I don't really have time to look for it now, but it should be there somewhere! -Trampikey(talk)(contribs) 21:35, 18 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
That's ok, I already got an admin to userfy the page for me.Gungadin 22:28, 18 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
You know you changed all the caps to lower on Christmas Day? well the D in day should actually be capitalised according to English language rules. So should all seasons, which I never do. Check out wiki's Christmas page. Whenever they say Christmas Day, the d is capitalised. Not that i'm being anal, it will just save you having to change them again :) Gungadin 00:30, 19 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Oh OK, sorry about that! You learn something new every day! I didn't know about the seasons either - they look weird capitalised! -Trampikey(talk)(contribs) 19:30, 19 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, we were right the first time about seasons. I must have read the MOS too hastily the other day. Seems seasons only begin with a capital letter in poetry! but not in every day usage :) Wikipedia:Manual of Style (capital letters)#Calendar items Gungadin 20:50, 19 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Pat Evans and Joe Wicks

[edit]

Hello, this is not a question based on something to be changed on either of their pages, but I was wondering if you could tell me what their relationship was like whilst on EastEnders. I understand that they were grandmother and grandson and I didn't watch EastEnders unfortunately during Joe's time in Walford. I would really appreciate it because I have been interested in Pat's relationships with her family members, as she always seems to be helping other people in the square, and having recently viewed her relationships with her other grandchildren Steven Beale and Bianca Jackson I was wondering what their relationship was like.

Summer Swann

[edit]

I would just like to ask you about your editing of the "Summer Swann" character page in EastEnders.

Firstly, you state that the first child to play Summer was Harry Swash. This is not the case. The Summer storyline was rewritten in May 2007 (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/6682939.stm) whereas Harry wasn't born until mid June of that year (http://www.celebrity-babies.com/2007/06/eastenders-joe-.html)

I understand from an administrator that you are unfortunately within your rights to edit my change that Daisy Fitter (my daughter) was one of the original actors to play the role, as I do not have a web link to prove it. But I have found evidence to prove Harry swash was no the original actor.

FYI Abbie Hackworth is not a currently playing the part of Summer either. For someone clearly so passionate about EastEnders I would have thought you would have researched the facts, not gleamed a "truth" from parts of articles that do not state that fact.

I would also ask, why are you so passionate that Daisy not get her credit? —Preceding unsigned comment added by SLVC (talkcontribs) 11:43, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi SLVC, I did not change the article to say that Harry Swash was the first baby to play Summer, and have sorted it out now, because as you correctly pointed out, Harry was born too late. As for your point about Abbie Hackworth, I was only going by what the article in The Sun said, though it is clear from the show that Summer is now played exclusively by the Hegarty twins. I am not "passionate" that your daughter should not get credit for the role, but we have a problem as there is no verifiable source to back you up. I have an idea though, and if you're interested, don't hesitate to contact me off-Wikipedia by using the "E-mail this user" link on the left side of the screen. Thanks. -Trampikey(talk)(contribs) 12:30, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

i would like to confirm that my baby Abbie Hackworth played Summer Swann as a newborn! She only did 3 days of filming in June 2007!! The Sun picked up on this and made up their own story! I never even knew The Sun article was being published. I do have her childs performing arts license for the dates she did, I also have video footage and photos!!! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Busymummy (talkcontribs) 06:37, 15 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have my daughter's childs performing arts license and photos too - they had to have a few different children playing Summer at first as they had to hastily reshoot the entire storyline and there are laws protecting the number of hours babies can work. Daisy was in fact 3 months old at the time, hence why Summer appeared to suddenlt "grow" during the course of one episode! —Preceding unsigned comment added by SLVC (talkcontribs) 13:27, 18 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you could post a link to a picture that confirms Daisy played Summer, we could try and use that as a source... -Trampikey(talk)(contribs) 15:20, 18 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Request to move article List of Minor Characters 2001 incomplete

[edit]

You recently filed a request at Wikipedia:Requested moves to move the page List of Minor Characters 2001 to a different title - however your proposal is either incomplete or has been contested as being controversial. As a result, it has been moved to the incomplete and contested proposals section. Requests that remain incomplete after five days will be removed.

Please make sure you have completed all three of the following:

  1. Added {{move|NewName}} at the top of the talk page of the page you want moved, replacing "NewName" with the new name for the article. This creates the required template for you there.
  2. Added {{subst:RMtalk|NewName|reason for move}} to the bottom of the talk page of the page you want to be moved, to automatically create a discussion section there.
  3. Added {{subst:RMlink|PageName|NewName|reason for move}} to the top of today's section here.

If you need any further guidance, please leave a message at Wikipedia talk:Requested moves or contact me on my talk page. - JPG-GR (talk) 05:54, 23 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry about the bureaucracy, should all be fixed now. --Elonka 18:29, 23 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Dranthonytrueman2dtv.JPG)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Dranthonytrueman2dtv.JPG. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:02, 26 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ben Mitchell

[edit]

Indeed! I was on Facebook browsing Eastenders groups and there are three types: "Sean Slater can use and abuse me" groups, "I love Heather from Eastenders" and "Please kill Ben Mitchell" (which is the most popular). I'm sure there must be articles that discuss his lacklustre reception.~ZytheTalk to me! 23:31, 29 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Debs Cross?

[edit]

I noticed that you have put "Debs Cross" as a sister to Tanya Branning on her family. I was just wondering how you know this; has Tanya mentioned her on EastEnders" or is she going to be a character?

Template:Infobox EastEnders character 3

[edit]

Hi. Do you know the difference betweem {{Infobox EastEnders character 3}} and {{Infobox EastEnders character 2}}? Can we just merge them? -- Magioladitis (talk) 01:20, 16 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

3 is for the minor character lists and is more compact, 2 is for individual character articles and is split into in-universe and out of universe information. -Trampikey(talk)(contribs) 11:14, 16 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I thin we could use Infobox EastEnders character 2 for both cases. Do you disagree? -- Magioladitis (talk) 00:20, 17 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Well I disagree, we made the infobox because it suited the needs of minors particularly. Why the need to interfere in this? We know what we are doing here.GunGagdinMoan 00:22, 17 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I think the generic {{Infobox soap character}} can do the job. Moreover, someone added some many detailed relationship options in the templates that is becoming confusing. WP:SOAPS reads that they should not be some distant relationships referenced. I think we have to stick in the relationships mentioned in the generic template. -- Magioladitis (talk) 00:32, 17 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
WP:SOAPS is nothing to quote at. It's a wikiproject, and we have our own one. We dont answer to them, they only really work as a parent project to US soaps and have little to do with us as they accept we are independent. I certainly disagree with what you are proposing, and I think Trampikey will do too. A vote has already been done on this topic. We decided to have a complete family section. It was the EE wikiproject who came up with the solution for the soap family infobox in the first place, anyway. We will be keeping our own infobox, thankyou. What harm is it doing? GunGagdinMoan 00:41, 17 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I copletely agree with everything Gungadin's said. (Would write a longer reply but I really can't be bothered as it's clear that Maioladitis has something against WP:WPEE and there's no use. We'll be keeping the infoboxes, thanks.) -Trampikey(talk)(contribs) 14:07, 17 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I have nothing against the project! Still I don't think anyone has WP:OWNERSHIP to any article. I am trying to improve the articles by improving the templates. -- Magioladitis (talk) 14:10, 17 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No one claimed ownership as far as I can see. We're the ones who have improved articles by changing the templates to suit them, as we have tried different ways of doing it, and making a more compact infobox was the best solution. -Trampikey(talk)(contribs) 14:15, 17 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, can I get your advice please? I wrote up a study about Kathy and Phil's domestic violence. I bunged it in "Reception". Should it go there there, or should I put it as a sub-section under "Domestic Violence" in the development section? Similar to what I did on Honey Mitchell with the Down's plot. I cant decide what's best...GunGagdinMoan 17:18, 9 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Oh damn it. Have you seen on youtube, all those documentaries ee revealed things have been taken off! They were brilliant for getting info from. I wont be able to finish my Sam Mitchell page now. I was poaching everything from there, until I got bored. You dont have them do you? GunGagdinMoan 00:53, 11 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I think probably a subsection for Kathy, and the YouTube thing is annoying - the BBC opened an EastEnders channel then decided they wanted to be the only one, so went round getting rid of all other EE vids on YouTube. -Trampikey(talk)(contribs) 08:41, 12 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Can I ask why you reversed my edit to Brenda Boyle in the EastEnders cast list page? I can find no source that verifies that the character is part of the main cast, and the character has not been seen in EastEnders for several months! Although the character is referred to in the dialogue, at this stage (or unless a source proves otherwise) she cannot be considered main cast surely? Hi - I posted the section with the same name on my talk page. Could you take part in discussion ?

User: Shotwell suggested (on my talk page) "I would endorse a WP:EXPERTADVICE page that outlined the wikipedia policies and goals for researchers in a way that enticed them to edit here in an appropriate fashion. Perhaps a well-maintained list of expert editors with institutional affiliation would facilitate this sort of highly informal review process. I don't think anyone would object to a well-maintained list of highly-qualified researchers with institutional affiliation (but then again, everyone seems to object to something)."

We could start with that if you would agree ... - could you help to push his idea through Wikipedia bureaucracy ?

In my view people nominated as "expert reviewers" should be willing not to hide under the veil of anonymity. They should be able to demonstrate some level of the verifiable accomplishment / recognition in the domain of professional science . BTW, I do not see any reason why the anonymity of editors on Wikipedia is considered to be a "good thing". Above is my general opinion, so please don't take my statement personally. There is obviously a choice given for everyone in Wikipedia either to act "in open" or to hide behind meaningless assumed pseudonym and I accept this situation. BTW, I do understand current Wikipedia concept that in order to produce good Wikipedia science article, one does not need to be a professional scientist ... - that is fine with me ... But I propose to have (at least optionally) ability to review/qualify such article by the professional scientist. Cheers, Apovolot (talk) 15:20, 2 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Mr. We dont seem to get to chat as much as we used to back in the day, do we :( Hope u ok. Anyway, you might possibly know this. CC's dob was altered and I dont know whether to revert or not. Great. I didnt know you had input into that site! I've not been able to do as much here as I used to, due to work commitments. I just dont have the energy to do major edits in the evening like I used to and weekends i'm ususally busy. I was hoping to at least get the character articles that I wrote up to encyclopaedic standard before this happened, but doesnt look like I will now. Proposed deletion of Dotty Cotton

[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Dotty Cotton, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

Non-notable fictional character who doesn't even exist yet. Wikipedia is not a crystal ball. Maybe after this character appears in the TV show, it might (emphasis on might) be notable to justify a Wikipedia article. For now, it doesn't satisfy WP:N

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. List of characters from EastEnders

[edit]

Why do you persist in removing Reverend Stevens - Michael Keating from the table of recurring characters? Stephenb (Talk) 13:57, 6 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

That last time was a mistake - I was trying to get rid of all of the recurring characters who are not actually classed as recurring. The four left on there (Jim, Sal, Janet and William) are classed by the BBC press office as recurring, while Brenda is another character who is definitely recurring. Other characters (such as Ritchie, Amir, Poppy, and come to think of it, Rev. Stevens) are merely guest characters who sometimes reappear. -Trampikey(talk)(contribs) 14:19, 6 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
What differentiates "guest characters who sometimes reappear" with "recurring characters" (and tell me where you found that definition!)? Still, I've put him back in the table - he's definitely a character, and he definitely recurs :) Stephenb (Talk) 14:51, 6 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

January 2009

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to List of characters from EastEnders, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. That was NOT "clean-up" but replacing valid links with redirects (which are discouraged). That edit was therefore vandalism. Do not do that again! Stephenb (Talk) 10:28, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Don't give me that "welcome to Wikipedia" vandalism crap, it looks neater as it is. -Trampikey(talk)(contribs) 11:15, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
"Welcome to Wikipedia" is just Twinkle's standard text. "Looks neater" has nothing to do with anything - to the user, whether the link redirects or not is invisible, as you well know. Avoiding redirects in links is also not advisable, and I'm sure you know that, too. I don't know why you're so obsessed with non-speaking, non-notable extras Trampikey - they have no place in an encyclopeadia except possibly as mentions in *relevant* areas, and certainly adding character boxes for them is inappropriate (especially on pages that list other things). And I'd advise you to be civil, please: you were not behaving well, and you know it. Stephenb (Talk) 11:47, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of List of buildings in EastEnders

[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article List of buildings in EastEnders, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

Unsourced list of fictional buildings with no indication of their notability outside of the EastEnders universe. Coverage of this topic in independent, reliable sources seems to be trivial at best. Wikipedia is not a directory.

147.70.242.54 (talk) 18:29, 21 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (File:EEnewtitles.JPG)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:EEnewtitles.JPG.

Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:07, 15 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Oliver Cousins

[edit]

The article Oliver Cousins has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Minor character, Appeared only for some months in a long-running soap opera. Articles has no referenced and/or real world information.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. File source problem with File:Big ron.jpg

[edit]
File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Big ron.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 13:17, 30 August 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Salavat (talk) 13:17, 30 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs

[edit]

Hello Trampikey! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 16 of the articles that you created are tagged as Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to insure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. if you were to bring these articles up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 314 article backlog. Once the articles are adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the list:

I thought you would have learnt to use {{cite web}} by now. Handy hint: go to your preferences, go to the gadgets tab and tick the box for refTools. Then use the cite button that appears above the edit box. And I also thought you would have known by now that dates should not be wikilinked and should be in the format 9 March 2010 (for UK articles) not 2010-03-09. anemoneprojectors talk 11:00, 9 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for uploading File:G@Play.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 15:27, 5 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Bianca Jackson has been checked against the GA criteria and the reviewer placed the article on hold. I've never done any work on it, but you and your fellow project members have, I nominated it because I thought it was good. Noticed you had previously heavily contributed to the article more, so wondered if you would make some of the changes, just a few there by the reviewer, then it's a GA, congrats.RAIN the ONE (Talk) 15:21, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article Dave Hill (actor) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:ENT

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Johnnie Clayton requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Fair use rationale for File:Katmoon2dtv.JPG

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Dot Branning and Charlie on EastEnders.png

[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Dot Branning and Charlie on EastEnders.png. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. J Milburn (talk) 13:27, 30 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article Hugh Miller (writer) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Doesn't meet WP:BASIC -- Can't find reliable, secondary sources providing significant coverage of this author. Gbooks lists the books, Amazon and other retailers sell it, and so on, but no news coverage, secondary book coverage, etc. Additional sources welcomed, of course.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. joe deckertalk to me 02:47, 11 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

New Suri Cruise AfD

[edit]

Hello. You previously voted in the 2006 AfD for Suri Cruise. At the time, Suri was less than 10 days old, and the ultimate verdict was to turn the article into a redirect to her mother's page.

Since then, Suri has become much more notable in her own right as a toddler fashion icon, with over 13 million hits on google image search. After getting an administrator to lift the protection on the redirect, I recently restored the article as a stub, but an editor who believes that "6 year olds are not inherently notable" has again requested deletion.

If it's not too much trouble, I'd appreciate your making your opinion known at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Suri Cruise (2nd nomination) Warren Dew (talk) 07:30, 26 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Orphaned non-free media (File:Alistairmcgownasdot.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Alistairmcgownasdot.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:44, 15 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

File source problem with File:EastendersLouBealeFuneral.png

[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:EastendersLouBealeFuneral.png. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please refer to the image use policy to learn what images you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. Please also check any other files you have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Proposed deletion of Amy Noble

[edit]

The article Amy Noble has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Actor who has only had minor television roles and was one of 15 young actors nominated for a less-than-major theatre award. She is a current actor in the 21st century so any coverage should be much easier to find if it exists. As such, she fails to meet either WP:GNG or WP:NACTOR criteria.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Sionk (talk) 17:04, 21 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Sara Cogan requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Possible removal of AWB access due to inactivity

[edit]

Hello! There is currently a request for approval of a bot to manage the AutoWikiBrowser CheckPage by removing inactive users, among other tasks. You are being contacted because you may qualify as an inactive user of AWB. First, if you have any input on the proposed bot task, please feel free to comment at the BRFA. Should the bot task be approved, your access to AWB may be uncontroversially removed if you do not resume editing within a week's time. This is purely for routine maintenance of the CheckPage, and is not indicative of wrongdoing on your part. You will be able regain access at any time by simply requesting it at WP:PERM/AWB. If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. –Davey2010Talk 22:56, 21 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

File source problem with File:Prtscrnbb1.JPG

[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Prtscrnbb1.JPG.

Thank you.
