Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited The Patron Saint of Butterflies, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Amazon. Thanks for those edits to the List of video games with LGBT characters
I looked at your edits and I was like, but one has a link in it! I looked at the link and, of course, it says NOTHING if the character is asexual or not... It really grinds my gears when people add unsourced stuff to pages. I sometimes struggle whether I should remove it outright or do research to see if they are right... Hmm. Anyway, thanks for those edits. Oh, and also dealing with that person removing stuff from the list of LGBTQ characters page... People like that always seem to flock to those pages, for some reason. --Historyday01 (talk) 15:32, 30 September 2020 (UTC)
- @Historyday01: No problem! I actually waited a bit before deciding whether to remove or not, to see if the IP would add the missing references. After a quick check, I decided to leave the one from the game's translator, which seems fine.
- And yeah, the IP over on List of bisexual characters in animation seemed to be a discontent fan over that character's sexuality. I added those pages to my watchlist, as these people are prone to not let it go.
- (oh, and thanks for fixing some of the mistakes I didn't notice!) Isabelle 🔔 15:44, 30 September 2020 (UTC)

Rollback granted
Hi Isabelle Belato. After reviewing your request for "rollbacker", I have enabled rollback on your account. Keep in mind these things when going to use rollback:
- Getting rollback is no more momentous than installing Twinkle.
- Rollback should be used to revert clear cases of vandalism only, and not good faith edits.
- Rollback should never be used to edit war.
- If abused, rollback rights can be revoked.
- Use common sense.
If you no longer want rollback, contact me and I'll remove it. Also, for some more information on how to use rollback, see Wikipedia:Administrators' guide/Rollback (even though you're not an admin). I'm sure you'll do great with rollback, but feel free to leave me a message on my talk page if you run into troubles or have any questions about appropriate/inappropriate use of rollback. Thank you for helping to reduce vandalism. Happy editing! ~Swarm~ {sting} 05:47, 3 October 2020 (UTC)

cultural appropriation
How should I remark that this group is not recognized by any Native American tribe as well as not recognized by the federal government and they are committing acts of cultural appropriation? The neutrality of that portion of the article is problematic in that sense. They've recently committed intellectual property theft. The sources lead to dead pages. This seems irresponsible to leave up at best and harmful at worst. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.92.225.110 (talk) 19:16, 7 October 2020 (UTC)

Capita: Edit 18:28, 7 October 2020 Isabelle Belato talk contribs
Hi Isabella,
I was wondering if you could help me with one of your edits. I'm not sure how well you can assist me on this but wanted to give it a shot. I was looking up to Capita's Wikipedia page and it talks about "Capita plc (LSE: CPI), commonly known as Capita, is an international business process outsourcing and professional services company headquartered in London" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capita
While this was true a while back, now Capita is much diversed. While I'm unsure of the source of the above line defining Capita's core business, it has impacted me drastically. And I'll explain why.
I Work for Capita in its Technology Solutions division. I had applied for a Global Talent endorsement which needs the endorsee to be working for a product-led organization. My application was rejected with the following quote from the justification "The applicant is clearly a talented technology professional, well respected by his peers. QC1 requires the applicant to evidence a significant contribution in a product-led digital technology company. Whilst the applicant's work has had an impact, it is not part of a product-led company, Capita functions more like a consultancy, which is a specialism that is generally not considered suitable for this visa route. As this is the case, qualification for this criteria cannot be awarded and we cannot endorse this application." I asked for a review of their decision and the response was unchanged from the earlier provided ""Capita is not a product-led technology company. It provides consulting and transformation and digital BPO services. While we agree that the applicant is not a consultant..."
During my review, I needed to provide evidence that the organization is a product-led, which I have clearly demonstrated with many public announcements of customer acquisitions and various public domain links from Capita's own website. Only today I learned where the endorser had obtained the above non-product led business details, it was from Wikipedia.
Please see Capita's own about page. "https://www.capita.com/our-company/about-capita". As you see the heading "Capita is a consulting, digital services and software business", would have been much help. Seems the initial like comes up in a google search of the work "Capita" directly from Wikipedia, reflecting that capita is not a Technology or a digital service company.
Are you able to help me with the amendment, please? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.233.160.160 (talk) 20:34, 16 October 2020 (UTC)
- I'm not sure what you want me to do. If you believe that Capita needs to be updated to reflected a change in direction for the company, you should be able to do it yourself, as long as you source it appropriately, which shouldn't be difficult, considering its size. I do not know much about the company and my editions in that page are relegated to reverting vandalism. If you have any other questions concerning how to edit, you can also try the Tea House. I hope that helped you. All the best, Isabelle 🔔 20:45, 16 October 2020 (UTC)

Accusing me of making "joke" edits on Wikipedia...
You idiot, I wasn't making any "jokes" or whatever you like to call it on the Fairly OddParents article. There were some misspells and missing information. Did you even watch the show? No? So don't come out of nowhere accusing me of making jokes when I never even did. Learn how to read before you revert. 00:22, 25 October 2020 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.116.186.25 (talk)
