Copyright problem on Social Democratic Party (Romania)
[edit]Material you included in the above article appears to have been copied and very closely paraphrased from the copyright web page https://www.globalsecurity.org/military/world/europe/ro-psd.htm. Copying text directly from a source is a copyright violation. Unfortunately, for copyright reasons, the content had to be removed. Copying within Wikipedia requires proper attribution
[edit] Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from German Chancellery into Federal Chancellery (Berlin). While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. The attribution has been provided for this situation, but if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, please provide attribution for that duplication. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. If you are the sole author of the prose that was moved, attribution is not required. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 15:08, 7 January 2018 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for October 28
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited State of the Nation, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Federal Assembly (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

Your draft article, Draft:Yosef Kovner
[edit]Hello, Rakoon. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Yosef Kovner".
In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply and remove the {{db-afc}}
, {{db-draft}}
, or {{db-g13}}
code.
If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.
Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Legacypac (talk) 02:47, 28 December 2018 (UTC)
The article Zarząd Białostockiej Komunikacji Miejskiej has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Fails WP:NCORP.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. SITH (talk) 22:09, 14 March 2019 (UTC)
Nomination of Zarząd Białostockiej Komunikacji Miejskiej for deletion
[edit]A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Zarząd Białostockiej Komunikacji Miejskiej is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.
The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Zarząd Białostockiej Komunikacji Miejskiej until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.
Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. SITH (talk) 12:34, 31 March 2019 (UTC)

O Kum-chol
[edit]Thanks for creating the page O Kum-chol. None of the sources on the page as far as I could see worked. It also seems that you have copied translated text from the Korean version of the article; when you do this, even when the source is another Wikipedia article, it must be acknowledged. [edit] Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you translated text from Roman Nowak to another page. While you are welcome to translate Wikipedia content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing requires that you provide attribution to the contributor(s) of the original article. When translating from a foreign-language Wikipedia article, this is supplied at a minimum in an edit summary on the page where you add translated content, identifying it as a translation and linking it to the source page. For example: Content in this edit is translated from the existing French Wikipedia article at [[:fr:Exact name of French article]]; see its history for attribution.
It is good practice, especially if translation is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{translated page}} template on the talk pages of the destination article. If you have added translated content previously which was not attributed at the time it was added, please add attribution retrospectively for that also, even if it was a long time ago. You can read more about author attribution and the reasons for it at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. AlexandraAVX (talk) 09:10, 29 August 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Thanks for your contributions to Vadzim Sarančukoŭ. Unfortunately, it is not ready for publishing because it needs more sources to establish notability, it has too many problems of language or grammar and two of the four sources are dead links and one of the two that do work is not about him. Your article is now a draft where you can improve it undisturbed for a while.

Copying/translating content within Wikipedias requires attribution
[edit]Hi. I see in a recent addition to Coat of arms of Białystok you included material from the Polish Wikipedia. That's okay, but you have to give attribution so that our readers are made aware that you copied the prose rather than wrote it yourself. It's also required under the terms of the license. I've added the attribution for this particular instance. Please make sure that you follow this licensing requirement when copying from compatibly-licensed material in the future. — Diannaa (talk) 13:28, 31 October 2023 (UTC)
Unfortunately the Polish Wikipedia copied from an even earlier 2004 document so I have had to remove most of the history section. Sorry, — Diannaa (talk) 13:00, 1 November 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Thank you for your contributions. It seems that you have added Creative Commons licensed text to one or more Wikipedia articles, such as Regina Zbarskaya. You are welcome to import appropriate Creative Commons licensed content to articles, but in order to meet the Wikipedia guideline on plagiarism, such content must be fully attributed. This requires not only acknowledging the source, but acknowledging that the source is copied. There are several methods to do this described at Wikipedia:Plagiarism#Compatibly licensed sources, including the usage of an attribution template. Please make sure that any Creative Commons content you have already imported is fully attributed. Thank you. Nobody (talk) 06:03, 7 June 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I saw your recently created article, Viktor Moskvin, and although the content is fine, it appears to be a close translation of the Russian article.
