Map: Durrani Empire

The map of the empire in the peak time exactly the same as the current international border which is not correct. Also, according to some references, Mashhad was under control of Shahrukh Afshar until the conquer by Qajar Dynasty. [1] [2] [3] [4] Phoenix2535, 18:41, 22 March 2015‎ (UTC)

Removing Gurmukhi Content

Hello Kashmiri It is okay to remove the contents I shared; Assuming your knowledge of Gurmukhi-Sikh Way of Living as reasonable, please ask yourself - does the current contents meet the Wiki verifiability criteria? or you are using your privilege and position to remove my contents? Does it present a " neutral point of view and present what the various sources say, giving each side its due weight." had that been the case, I would not have added my perspective; Since the time of GuR Nanak, the peripheral scholars have challenged Sikhi/Gurmukhi having sacred origin - where is that even mentioned; Sikhi has survived the test of time despite opposition; Please send if possible a note to authors of Gurmukhi post to share and present "neutral point" I would not add anything. Else show me where is the perspective of Sikhs who consider Gurmukhi as sacred? You or others who have contributed would appreciate that your resources are selected from colonial, post colonial Sikhi distortion literature, and it is okay because the connection to the peripheral is much easier to establish than to the search of sacred. Having time and privilege, please do not misuse platforms like Wiki to miscommunicate biases of majority communities. Thanks. CharanUOIT (talk) 14:08, 5 October 2018 (UTC)CharanUOIT

@CharanUOIT: This is an article about a script, not about your religious beliefs. If you want to add that "some Sikhs believe in supranatural origin of Gurmukhi", please discuss it on Talk:Gurmukhi first. Don't forget to back up your claims with reliable sources. — kashmīrī TALK 15:14, 5 October 2018 (UTC)
I am also not using any authority. Please read about the bold-revert-discuss cycle. — kashmīrī TALK 15:15, 5 October 2018 (UTC)
@Kashmiri:Thanks for the invite; For Wiki -as a neutral platform not mismanaged, I want to submit my serious objections to the contents of the Gurmukhi; lets openly talk about the differences Talk:Gurmukhi and until then, in equal fairness, please keep this page out of circulation and suspended giving me an equal opportunity to submit my perspective. I think your understanding about supranatural origin of Gurmukhi has confirmed my apprehensions about your lack of knowledge that pre, colonial and post-colonial scholarship has not adequately addressed Sri Guru Granth Sahib as a Linguistic treatise, a treasure on the origin of human language for the welfare of humankind. Thus no supernatural origin instead a logical sampling and transcriptions of languages and scripts since Gatha, Sehaskriti and more. When you mention that my understanding could be termed as "not about your religious beliefs" Gurmukhi is what enshrines and illuminates Sri Guru Granth Sahib - Sikh religious belief is interwoven into the written living Word; Sikhs have fundamental right to religion; You or other may have time and opportunity to promote your region or no religion, that should deprive others including Sikhs.CharanUOIT (talk) 15:50, 5 October 2018 (UTC)CharanUOIT

ArbCom 2018 election voter message

Hello, Kashmiri. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2018 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 19 November 2018 (UTC)

Regarding suspicious edits at Talk:Visa Inc.

Hi, thanks for your reverts at Talk:Visa Inc.. Note that the edits that you recently reverted come from a long-time abuser, see Wikipedia:Long-term abuse/Hydro dot net. Any extra help in dealing with this abuse would be greatly appreciated. -- intgr [talk] 16:24, 4 December 2018 (UTC)

Jīva (Hinduism) moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, Jīva (Hinduism), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Uricnobel (talk) 13:08, 22 December 2018 (UTC)

The first reference you inserted is not independent from the article subject, against what is required by WP:RS. The second one talked about working for Syneos Health while you wrote that Syneos "is one of top CROs globally". So, you falsified what the source has said. — kashmīrī TALK 13:24, 22 December 2018 (UTC)

Notice

The article Agency for Health Technology Assessment and Tariff System has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Source searches in both "Agencja+Oceny+Technologii+Medycznych+i+Taryfikacji" Polish and "Agency+for+Health+Technology+Assessment+and+Tariff+System" English turn up little in the way of significant coverage of the depth required for organisational notability. Being a government agency doesn't guarantee notability, opting for PROD over A7 to allow those more proficient with the Polish language to further analyse.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Please stop vandalising Islamic Pages

Your religious inclination is very much respected as you are a kashmiri pundit.

but that does not give you the right to remove calligraphy from persons pages over and over again from personalities who are Muslims

The calligraphy is there for millions of pages. Pages of Muhammad and All others have this calligraphy.

I have added calligraphy where it was needed.

Stop Vandalising SPQR10 (talk) 02:27, 5 April 2019 (UTC)

@SPQR10: If your edits are being reverted by a long-standing editor who also explains the rationale of the revert, the least you can do is to accept that or ask for clarification if in doubt. You might like to read WP:BRD. Starting an edit war and accusing the other editor of vandalism will not take you far while accusing them of religious bias constitutes a personal attack. That's not how Wikipedia works. There was a problem with your edits. In two cases you removed actual images of article subjects and replaced them with calligraphy, which did not improve the articles. In the remaining cases you added huge calligraphied names to infoboxes, for no purpose. No, the infobox at Mohammad does not contain a calligraphied name but a photo of an object. — kashmīrī TALK 21:49, 5 April 2019 (UTC)

I will make it clear in points.

1) You are not admin here 2) Rather than removing artistic calligraphy from a page, improve the article.

3) Stop attacking Islam specific pages, become diverse.

4) Pages of Muhammad has a calligraphy, in case you understand arabic, look closely

5) I can't make logic with you as you are not willing to understand

6) How does removing calligraphy from pages improve the article? while it is present in All sorts of articles

eg. Muhammad Abu bakr Umar Usman Ali All the figures

Now make a point or being removing calligraphy from those pages too ,

(Ath wanan met Aab)( English : This is called Chaos)

SPQR10 (talk) 07:20, 7 April 2019 (UTC)

@SPQR10: I have asked you to refrain from personal attacks. If you want to improve Wikipedia, comment on content, not on the contributor. Currently, you are one step from being blocked from editing this collaborative project.
The pages you listed all contain reproductions of famous works of calligraphy art, as you can read in the captions. On the other hand, what you added was your own creations which in no way improved the articles, instead impacting on the legibility of infoboxes. If you'd like a second opinion feel free to start a discussion at WP:ISLAM. — kashmīrī TALK 11:35, 7 April 2019 (UTC)

@Maxforwind: I did not delete any article, and there are no "posts" on Wikipedia. However, I have been reverting many your edits because they did not comply with Wikipedia policies. Additionally, you continued editing despite warnings from many editors. I suggest you first try to learn what Wikipedia is all about and how to best contribute to it. There is an extensive Help section, I encourage you to take time to read it. It will make editing less frustrating to you and to fellow editors. — kashmīrī TALK 20:20, 14 April 2019 (UTC)

Again, I have only one account and it's this one. You deleted the page section. The page where I talked about the scientific miracles in the Quran is on a page called "Quran and miracles". And you removed all of it without any explanation of exactly why. The page is called "Quran and miracles". How is what I wrote not relevant, How is that not relevant to the topic?

It was your original research whereas Wikipedia does not allow original research. See WP:NOR. Also, you just admitted that it was you who wrote it as an IP editor. — kashmīrī TALK 20:45, 14 April 2019 (UTC)

Nikolay Storonsky

Not interested in edit-warring, so I just leave my comment here: none of the references you added actually verify the subject's ethnicity (which is what stating a person's descent would imply), the references added allude (incorrectly) to the subject's country of birth, which was the Soviet Union (not Russia). For all we know he could be of Tatar descent...I'm not sure why citing his ethnicity is important, but this should not be conflated with his country of birth, which the lede does (incorrectly!).--Goldsztajn (talk) 00:26, 30 April 2019 (UTC)

There is a lot of incomplete information. For example, some sources claim that the guy has been UK citizen for 20 years; but others claim he completed his higher education in Russia less than 20 yaers ago. As far as I can tell, the guy has not renounced his Russian citizenship (it's not easy to do so) and is technically a dual national.
As to your remark, I have no objections against finding a better word than "descent", but let's accept that by convention the term "descent" applies to the country of origin, not to ethnicity. Consequently, we talk of Americans of Indian descent and not "Americans of Gurjar descent", and so on. — kashmīrī TALK 15:30, 1 May 2019 (UTC)

MMR controversy category

That category is virtually empty, most articles have been moved to more appropriate places long since. The MMR vaccine is an innocent bystander int he manufactured controversy, and is covered in the titular article. Incidentally, the main article for that category was renamed months ago and no longer contains controversy in the title. Guy (Help!) 23:16, 30 July 2019 (UTC)

@JzG: Yeah, ideally this category should never exist, because this controversy is so absurd. Ok, your edit summary didn't make it clear that you intend to empty the category. Feel free to go ahead. But if the category is to stay, then in my view the article still belongs there. 09:49, 31 July 2019 (UTC)
I'm not looking to empty it so much as reorganise the articles into a more sensible hierarchy. A lot of them were classified on the premise that the manufactured controversy over vaccines was the dominant theme, rather than, as it is, a side issue which is only tangentially connected to reality. Most of that was achieved back in February. There's more to do, including splitting a couple of articles, but we do now distinguish between medical issues like insufficient refrigeration and made-up controversies like the MMR-autism myth. Your recent editing history at Onasemnogene abeparvovec shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. ArbCom 2019 election voter message

Hello! Voting in the 2019 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 on Monday, 2 December 2019. All eligible users are allowed to vote.

If you wish to participate in the 2019 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:06, 19 November 2019 (UTC)

Google Code-In 2019 is coming - please mentor some documentation tasks!

Hello,

Google Code-In, Google-organized contest in which the Wikimedia Foundation participates, starts in a few weeks. This contest is about taking high school students into the world of opensource. I'm sending you this message because you recently edited a documentation page at the English Wikipedia.

I would like to ask you to take part in Google Code-In as a mentor. That would mean to prepare at least one task (it can be documentation related, or something else - the other categories are Code, Design, Quality Assurance and Outreach) for the participants, and help the student to complete it. Please sign up at the contest page and send us your Google account address to google-code-in-admins@lists.wikimedia.org, so we can invite you in!

From my own experience, Google Code-In can be fun, you can make several new friends, attract new people to your wiki and make them part of your community.

If you have any questions, please let us know at google-code-in-admins@lists.wikimedia.org.

Thank you!

Removal of pricing information

I was recently alerted to your edit removing the pricing decision at MOS:MED. While I have now fully protected the page without that section (as in my discretion the stable version), its removal runs afoul of the behavior expectations which received broad community support - including from you - at ANI. Please work with your fellow editors to move forward on this, as I have seen you doing in drafting RfC statments. As importantly please avoid actions, like this, which could be seen as rehashing the past or otherwise inflaming the situation. Barkeep49 (talk) 23:26, 8 December 2019 (UTC)

@Barkeep49: To me, the wording appeared to refer to adding/removing pricing information in drug articles ("There is an embargo on adding or removing pricing") and not about editing the MoS. I am sorry if I misunderstood it. Maybe you'd like to reword your closure to avoid a repeat?
Also, we are facing a situation when MOS explicitly recommends to add pricing (even if against consensus) and an ANI thread explicitly prohibits it. This might be less than comfortable for those who edit in medical area, don't check ANI and might uknowilngly run afoul of the embargo. A "disputed" tag over the section?kashmīrī TALK 23:43, 8 December 2019 (UTC)

Hello! I reverted your recent edit on the above article, in which you commented that BLPCRIME applied. As far as I can see, she is a quite public figure at this point. MOS Discretionary Sanctions Alert

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in the English Wikipedia Manual of Style and article titles policy. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Sci-Hub

Hello. I try to understand why you reverted my short addition to the scihub page. Your reason was "does not belong here". Could you explain why? Scihub has the particularity to have no specific url (it is constantly changing and a particular url in one country can be down in another): I added a link toward a webpage that gather those urls and show you which one is up or down for your location. It is a conveniency and also a way to avoid the problem I mentioned. The webpage is a non-profit doing no ads, so not commercial. P. Adrien Chopin (talk) 22:29, 18 December 2019 (UTC)

No, because these links violate the external links policy – they are not suitable for inclusion in an encyclopaedia. Also worth keeping in mind that Wikipedia is not a guidebook. 14:43, 30 December 2019 (UTC)
I do not see how this violate the external link policy, could you explain? External links are suitable for inclusion in an encyclopaedia, with many exceptions, not of which is applicable to the link we are discussing. I know wikipedia is not a guidebook, which is exactly the reason that I am NOT proposing to integrate that content inside wikipedia, only to link to it - it then links to all online servers from your location - which is a (somehow versatile) encyclopedic information. Could you please move it where it belongs, maybe in external link section or explain further? --Adrien Chopin (talk) 16:23, 4 January 2020 (UTC)

Hi, I'm new to editing wikipedia, and am still learning the rules and customs, so please excuse me when I break some rules (including this post on your talk page). One of the questions I struggle with is what really is within the scope of an article, and what is superfluous. The edit of mine you just undid kind of hits on that, because I don't know how much impedance myography is actually used. However, I am able to find multiple articles.

Nomination of Text Verification Tool for deletion

Message for Kashmiri

I do see that there's a Wikisource reference which does have the verses in Sanskrit. But lots of people visiting the page may not know that. So, the correct thing to do would be to have the information on the Wiki page itself, NOT as a separate Wiki Source. I don't have any issues with using one verse over the other, just if we can have the verse on the page itself, it would be great.

Wikipedia is not the place to host whole texts. See WP:NOTREPOSITORY. Also, I will appreciate if you stop posting warning templates on my page, especially when not understanding what they mean. Also, your threats are a bit silly. Any discussion on articles should be posted on the article Talk page. Thank you. — kashmīrī TALK 21:39, 21 April 2020 (UTC)

I get your point but it would be great if before reverting the above change you clearly explain your point on the talk page of that particular article. I have surely added verifiable refrences from well known sources and how can a well established statement supported by verifiable citations be considered controversial. let's discuss it on the talk page and don't indiscriminately revert the edits. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Hizbul_Mujahideen#Pakistan's_ISI_supports_the_outfit. AnadiDoD (talk) 12:44, 10 May 2020 (UTC)

@AnadiDoD: Your link only shows that Hizbul had links with ISI. It says nothing about Dar being trained by ISI in 1989. For the record, he could have equally been trained by a non-state actor, or not trained at all. Wikipedia strives to provide only confirmed information and not what "people widely believe". — kashmīrī TALK 12:47, 10 May 2020 (UTC)

Exactly my point i have not made any edit pertaining to dar or any person living or dead. It must have been made by someone else. My edit pertained only to the line in last introductory paragraph which said that the outfit has links with ISI. Why are you repeatedly reverting that. It was present in the article earlier also and i only provided proper citations. You can remove the statement about Dar. But the link with ISI is not a widely believed statement it has been supported by my citations. Thus, before reverting you should have talked about it in the talk page. The community strives through discussion and not destruction I hope you understand. And allow me to add the statement regarding links with ISI for which I have provided verifiable citations. AnadiDoD (talk) 12:52, 10 May 2020 (UTC)

You also reverted as I just checked the recent edit pertaining to the change of Azad Kashmir to a more neutral and acceptable term Pak Administered Kashmir. How is that statement incorrect and why would you consider it an edit against a living person. Last I checked Azad Kashmir was a place and not a person. Please do not revert without proper discussion before hand. How is Azad Kashmir more acceptable than Pak Administered Kashmir. Isn't it biased that on one side we call Jammu and Kashmir India Administered Kashmir and PoK as Azad kashmir ? AnadiDoD (talk) 13:01, 10 May 2020 (UTC)

I have analyzed your arguement and have come to the conclusion that you have problem with a particular sentence under the foundation section about the training of a member of the group. I agree with your point to remove 'trained by ISI' with 'trained in pakistan' But you could have just editted the single sentence rather than reverting all my edits which were no even linked to that sentence at all. AnadiDoD (talk) 13:09, 10 May 2020 (UTC)

As I see you are not willing to discuss this further. I will tomorrow edit the article and add the things which I have talked about and given genuine reasons for. I will remove the sentence related to Dhar as you have made an arguement against it and I believe in consensus. Please don't revert that edit tomorrow without having proper discussion. I hope you will respect the ethics we as editors have to stand and live for while editing Wikipedia. AnadiDoD (talk) 13:15, 10 May 2020 (UTC)

Hi, the whole "trained in Pakistan" is also a stretch, and is basically a projection of the official Indian narrative that Kashmiris cross over to PAK only to "receive training" (naturally, from the ISI which is solely responsible for all the calamities that meet India). Which in some instances may certainly be true, but it is also false in many others (people cross over to bring money, or to assist others in crossing in either direction, or to attend a meeting, or even in case of civilians to meet friends or relatives). Since none of the quoted source mentions it, I suggest that we do not speculate about training or meeting with ISI. — kashmīrī TALK 14:19, 10 May 2020 (UTC)

I don't know why is it so hard for you to understand ? I have not written some alien language have i ? I already said again and again that i am ready to accept that we should refrain from writing about a person being trained by the ISI or anything related to it. But i don't know what objection do you have in accepting that the outfit was 'founded with HELP/SUPPORT of ISI' and its not a speculation at all. 'Support' doesn't solely indicate direct training or meeting with someone(the point which is bothering you the most) it includes monetary, diplomatic, logistical and other such avenues as well. Coming to your arguement regarding ' projection of the official Indian Narrative ' that you are so vehemently opposing I would like to tell you that BBC AND ICPS are independent and verifiable sources not specific to a country. The report from BBC clearly mentions that it was setup by the support of ISI, why is this so difficult for you to understand. You have discredited the sources solely on the basis of the arguement that they do not talk about activities relating to people when it's common sense that supporting something involves various facets to it. It's really astonishing that you straightaway reverted the whole edit when I have said repeatedly that it is nowhere related to a PERSON LIVING OR DEAD. Please talk about the support provided to the outfit which is clearly mentioned in my citations(if u have read and inferred them carefully) refrain from circling back to the ' training people' arguement to which I have no objection. You have not even mentioned the part where you reverted the edit changing Azad Kashmir to Pak Administered Kashmir. Why is that a problem. The same thing has been discussed on the talk page at multiple times. As you are adamant on not coming to a reasonable settlement of this dispute despite providing all valid arguements I'll have to call in for an admin to moderate this particular problem. Please don't make this India Vs Pak. Wiki has to be free of editor's prejudice and bias. Do remember that I have no issue with 'training people argument, AnadiDoD (talk) 06:11, 11 May 2020 (UTC)

Please ensure that after acknowledging my message here you make your detailed reply on the talk page. We can't continue to write on user talk pages rather we have to talk about it in the talk page of the said article. Snooganssnoogans

I saw your warning to Snooganssnoogans about violating BLP. Thanks much for warning this user. Now he is also doing the same on another living biography: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Biographies_of_living_persons/Noticeboard#Richard_Uihlein I wonder if I can get your help to get some enforcement action against Snooganssnoogans for this continued behvaior on BLPs. My hands are tied because Snooganssnoogans tag-teamed with admin Neutrality to have my user account banned (I was falsely accused of being a sockpuppet). The two are working together.

A third opinion and help with a user who continually reverts

Hi there, I saw you issued a warning to talk about reverting and wanted to ask for some help. I did not know this user before, but after looking at it's talk page I could see constant revert wars that seem politically motivated. I wonder if you had time could you please be a third opinion on the Barack Obama talk wiki page in regards to a dispute about Obama's controversial immigration policy? I believe this users revert was politically motivated and one not in favour of noting Obama's legitimate controversy (that every president has- so it shouldn't be a republicans vs dems situation here). Thank you in advance, I know you are busy, but perhaps one of your colleagues will pick this up and be able to help.Glaaaastonbury88 (talk) 13:03, 21 September 2020 (UTC)

Hi thanks, but I am not familiar with that topic, besides I can hardly find time to edit at all these days. Besides, please take a note of this guideline. — kashmīrī TALK 08:33, 22 September 2020 (UTC)

Your cleanup on Bulleh Shah page

I have noticed you changed quite a lot of things in the article Bulleh Shah. The religion parameter has a lot of discussion going on so for now please do not edit any of that unless you have stable proof and if you do so, please do not present your argument by cherry picking certain lines of his poetry and putting them out of context just for the sake and commitment of you proving him non-Muslim. Thank you very much! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2607:FEA8:F440:566:F0AA:3B96:3356:F0A (talk) 11:13, 9 October 2020 (UTC)

Assigning religion on Bulleh Shah page

Hello Sir! I can see that you have been re-adding religion of Baba Bulleh back to Islam again and again. I find it highly objectional to assign a religion to such a great personality like Baba Bulleh Shah. Giving a religion to a Sufi saint is a disrespect in itself. Here are my reasons:

1. Bulleh Shah did not believe in Allah or God:

Rab rab karde budhe ho gaye, Mulla Pandat saray, Rab da khooj khurra na Lubha, Sajde kar kar haare,

Source: https://www.urdusadpoetry.com/2012/06/rab-rab-karde-budhe-ho-gaye-bulleh-shah.html

2. Bulleh Shah did not believe in going to Hajj:

Makkay gayaan, gal mukdee naheen Pawain sow sow jummay parrh aaeey

Going to Makkah is not the ultimate Even if hundreds of prayers are offered

Source: https://sufipoetry.wordpress.com/2009/11/01/makkeh-gaya-bulleh-shah/

3. Bulleh Shah did not believe in mosque so his religion was not Islam: "Na main moman vich maseetan" [Nor am I the believer in mosque]

Source: https://allpoetry.com/Bulla-Ki-Jana-Main-Kaun

4. Baba Bulleh Shah did not believe in praying as he said in his kafi to burn the mat on which you pray (Phook Musalaa) . "Phook Musalaa bhann sut Lota, (Burn the mat over which you pray and break the mug with which you do wazu,) Na pharh tasabi kasa sota." (Do not hold rosary, bowl and stick).

5. Bulleh Shah denounced religion in his famous kafi below. In the last line he is confused as to which religion to ban (kihdi kara pabandi) because there are so many of them (Wahabi, Dev-bandi (Hindu), Shia, Sunni)

Bulleh Shah always preached about humanity regardless of religion so Bulleh Shah does not belong to any religion.

6. Please watch the video below in which famous sufi singer Satinder Sartaaj is saying "There is no influence of mazhab (religion) in modern sufism" which he is referring to Bulleh Shah. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QkoDsdRXuEo

Warning icon Please note that I respect your views and beliefs in high regards. Howver, unless you have concrete sources to back up your claim, I suggest refrain from assigning any religion. It doesn't matter what other people think and if there is dargah in Kasur, Bulleh Shah in his Kafis did not say anywhere that he is a muslim or believe in Islam.

Some other points to note:

Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made; Do not edit war even if you believe you are right. If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.172.184.97 (talk) 05:19, 12 October 2020 (UTC)

I do understand that very well, however many available sources say that he was a Muslim and we have to go by the sources. If you think the religion parameter should be removed, feel free to start an RfC on the Talk page and obtain a consensus. Please keep in mind that religion is a sensitive issue in present-day Pakistan, many academic publications claim Bulleh as Muslim (despite the fact that he would be unlikely to survive in Pakistan if he wrote his poetry today), and you might face an uphill battle. — kashmīrī TALK 07:33, 12 October 2020 (UTC)
Again it doesn't matter what you think and what other people think. You did not provide any proof from Bulleh Shah himself that he cared about mazhab and particularly Islam. This is sheep mentality that if everyone is gonna jump in front of the car so am I. It doesn't matter what is sensitive in a country, this is Wikipedia and we go by the truth. Stop forcing your beliefs on other and provide concrete facts to back it up. If I take these facts to a 10 year old, he will say Bulleh Shah was an Atheist. Now do you want me to start writing "Atheist" as his religion? All I am saying is that do no write anything in the religion because you do not have any concrete proof from the person himself to back it up. You are doing wishful thinking here that "I think", "other people think", you can think whatever you want, I can also think Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq is alive, question "Is he alive"? do you have any facts to back it up? Thinking/Imagination is not facts. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.172.184.97 (talk) 00:14, 13 October 2020 (UTC)
I am not interested in your lecturing me. Discuss the content of that article with other editors on the article's Talk page. — kashmīrī TALK 06:43, 13 October 2020 (UTC)

What is your problem with Rafał Trzaskowski?

Why do you hate Rafał Trzaskowski and his movement or did you just think it was the day to make someone angry? Hope you can get back to me on that. Szczeszek2035 (talk) 01:01, 28 October 2020 (UTC)

Just to add you have been removing correct information from other Polish pages so I think you should stick with topics you know about. Szczeszek2035 (talk) 01:09, 28 October 2020 (UTC)

Before you start using Wikipedia for political agitation, read carefully What Wikipedia is not. — kashmīrī TALK 09:30, 28 October 2020 (UTC)
You are not answering my question. Is that what you're not for? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Szczeszek2035 (talkcontribs) 15:33, 28 October 2020 (UTC)
That's what I'm doing. You've been adding information that does not belong here, in breach of this project's policies, so I'm advising you to read about what Wikipedia is and what it is not. — kashmīrī TALK 15:40, 28 October 2020 (UTC)
The reality is if you kept to yourself I would not even care about this because it wouldn't happen. But you have decided to cause me upset by trying to delete my article. You have not answered my question still, why do you hate Trzaskowski or did you want to just annoy me? Szczeszek2035 —Preceding undated comment added 19:19, 28 October 2020 (UTC)
@Szczeszek2035: This is not your article nor your Wikipedia, nor a free webhost. If you want to contribute to this project, you have to follow its rules. It's as simple as that. If it wasn't me, it would have been another established editor who would have nominated your article for deletion. Ah, and note that personal attacks against an editor are not allowed either and you might get your account blocked. — kashmīrī TALK 07:56, 29 October 2020 (UTC)
@Kashmiri: Can you even see why I would be annoyed, I don't think you can. I will apologize if I have offended you but you clearly cannot see why I would be annoyed. You do say I am attacking you while you have said in formal language I am not established which offends me, will your account get blocked, no because instead of using your own words you speak like a fancy person. I would like you to take a minute and think about this being an article you created, any article you created, and I nominate it for deletion and it will probably get deleted, now reply to me how you feel.
You painted graffiti on a public property against the law and now you're crying that others want to remove it.
If you now need emotional support, I'm afraid you'll need to go elsewhere, sorry. — kashmīrī TALK 17:32, 29 October 2020 (UTC)
WHAT DRUGS ARE YOU TAKING? Graffiti? I have created an article on wikipedia not written KONSTYTUCJA on the walls of Sejm. @Kashmiri: You can't even answer any of the questions I asked, don't bother to say sorry if you actually don't care. I recommend you read the article on Empathy. You do not see my point of you, but only your point of view that you are better, or as you say "Established" person and don't care about anyone but number 1, that is another article to read, Selfish.

Question

How come you removed the "actualuse" parameter from the .uk article? Wouldn't it have made more sense to replace the text in that parameter with something more inline with other articles about ccTLD's? Quahog (talkcontribs) 00:49, 30 October 2020 (UTC)

It did not differ from "intendeduse". to be honest, I see little point of having either of these parameters in country-level TLDs (unlike in functional TLDs where they are very useful). — kashmīrī TALK 11:27, 30 October 2020 (UTC)
