• @Doug Coldwell: I will nominate Star Watch. Question: Trussed Concrete Steel got a GA quickly; no one seems interested in Julius or J.Hood. Do we just wait? Good things come to him who waits. I'll look at your list, particularly Linda Finch. An aside, when I review the articles for copy editing at the GOCE, I see so many whose subjects are albums released by rappers, characters in video games or Netflix movies, or obscure middle Eastern satraps. Although these may be acceptable articles, they just don't interest me. Your focus on what I call "second tier" American business moguls, politicians and others is fascinating. It is not unusual for a GAN review to take several weeks. Yes, good things come to him who waits. When the GA review happens I'll be glad to answer the issues. • @Cleveland Todd: FWIW - I have a couple of dozen nominations that were put in from February to as far back as December 2020 that haven't been reviewed yet. So, as you can see it may take months before a GAN is reviewed. To mitigated the problem there are GAN drives a few times a year to bring the backlog down. The key reviewers then get points in a contest (a type of pay) during the monthly drive to see who can get the high point scores. If you will look at my User Page history you will see when I listed a top GA green icon when I got a Good Article. During this past March (31 days) GAN drive I got 28 Good Articles, AND on the previous GAN drive of October 2020 (31 days) I got 34 Good Articles = 62 Good Articles during those 62 days. I've just gone through the first 12 hits searching Google for "Towosend". Almost all from 'historic' newspaper sites. Looking at *each* of them it is obvious the name is "Townsend", but has been machine scanned as "Towosend". The 'scanno' is obvious when the same "Towosend Road" is alongside several "Townsend Road"s as seen here. Please go back and review the original image of wherever you got this scanno. It has come to my attention that the images for the GA pages I reviewed Royal Page Davidson and Harlan Page Davidson have incomplete info. This is an error on my part for overlooking this. Copying the message I received:
