The 2025 Birmingham mayoral election will be held on August 26, 2025. Incumbent mayor, Democrat Randall Woodfin, is running for a third term as mayor of Birmingham, Alabama.[1]
Background
[edit]Randall Woodfin was first elected in 2017, by 58%, against incumbent William A. Bell.[2] He was re-elected in 2021 with 64.33% of the vote.[3] Woodfin announced his re-election campaign in August 2023.
