NFS

Alright, I just wanted to ask, since I was reading through the article and that's what I saw. Afterwards, you wanna work on a PPV? --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 17:41, 9 August 2008 (UTC)

Well, I know how hard you work on PPV's and stuff. I mean, if you want to take a break, its cool, I think you might need one. ;) --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 17:59, 9 August 2008 (UTC)
Yeah, take one and when your ready, we can work it. :P Nice job, I really like the fact that you added a quote, that is very impressive. :) --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 18:27, 9 August 2008 (UTC)
Well, if you think it has that chance, then I'll do my best to help out the best way I can. ;) --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 18:37, 9 August 2008 (UTC)
Sorry about yesterday, I was called in to work. Just give me a couple of minutes, and it'll be done. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 18:05, 10 August 2008 (UTC)
Hey, I want to take you up on your offer you left at PW. The whole removing jargon stuff. Do you think you can do that for HBK's article? --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 03:29, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
Awesome. Yeah, I saw the message that the Rambling Man left you and I've seen the comments on the FL page. Yeah, if we finish NFS, then we can nominate the list again. Question: Like, for Crazy Taxi and WWE SmackDown vs Raw, I notice that CT has Dreamcast as the starter console and WWE has Playstation. Now, is 3DO the "main" console for NFS? --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 17:19, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
Cool, I appreciate it a whole lot. ;) The only reason I ask, its since CT has this ---> "The original Dreamcast version Crazy Taxi was one of the best-selling games for the console. The game was the second largest selling Dreamcast game in the United States in 2000, selling nearly 750,000 units" and WWE has this ---> "The original WWF SmackDown! was one of the most popular games for the Playstation console in 2000, selling over 975,000 units for the PlayStation", and IDK what console should be noted for NFS. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 17:36, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
Alright, I was just confused with what I was suppose to describe the first game and stuff. Hey, if you want to work on an easy article, removing the jargon, how 'bout JD'05. Just a suggestion. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 18:00, 12 August 2008 (UTC)

Alright, cool. Like I said, not that big with the jargon stuff in the article. But, its really appreciated. :) --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 20:17, 12 August 2008 (UTC).

Right, I'll try to copy like SS has it. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 23:03, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
Have no clue what your talking about, but I'm assuming that you want to do it... --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 23:33, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
Totally. I'll do that right now, but do you mind adding info. for the Reception section? I'm having trouble with it. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 23:42, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
Well, that would be the "total" of the capacity in the Target Center and the cost of the PPV and that other stuff. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 00:03, 13 August 2008 (UTC)
Yeah, but it gives me stuff like "Basketball" or "Concerts". Don't know if Sports is the one that has the major capacity or not. Like how much was the cost of the PPV. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 00:31, 13 August 2008 (UTC)
Alright, I'll try the Reception section, again. Oh, well I thought the price was needed, but I'll take your word for it. ;) --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 00:47, 13 August 2008 (UTC)

Re:GAN close

Whoops... I apologize about that, it was the first time I really failed anything. Thanks for notifying me of the mistake I had made - CL04:37, 11 August 2008 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (Image:NFS 2008 logo.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:NFS 2008 logo.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. List of Need for Speed titles

Hi SRX. This list is nearing its ten days and its not looking to bright on support from the community. I see you're working hard on resolving it but I believe that it'd be a good idea to close this one and reopen a new FLC as soon as you've done the work on the other articles you're working on. What do you think? I'm always afraid these types of lengthy discussion result in TLDR... Let me know. The Rambling Man (talk) 17:11, 11 August 2008 (UTC)

Don't take it too hard. You've got a great attitude to the process which I appreciate, keep up the good work and don't give up! The Rambling Man (talk) 17:46, 11 August 2008 (UTC)

Hi

Hey how would I explain this move out, if you don't mind me asking for your help?--WillC 17:31, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
I think it will work, I can just wikilink Neckbreaker. The move is only used once in Lockdown and it is in the background. Thanks for your help.--WillC 18:34, 11 August 2008 (UTC)

One Rincon Hill GAR

Hi. This is just a reminder that it has been over 14 days since you placed the good article nomination for One Rincon Hill on hold. If the article does not yet meet the GA criteria, you may wish to contact the nominating editor. Thank you for your help. -epicAdam (talk) 19:26, 11 August 2008 (UTC)

Done - I cleaned up the article; please come take a look. Thanks. Cheers. Trance addict - Armin van Buuren - Oceanlab 23:12, 11 August 2008 (UTC)

New York Yankees seasons FLC

Thanks for the comments; I responded at the FAC. One thing that's bothering me: Where is the empty column you mentioned? It's probably right under my nose, but I can't find it. Giants2008 (17-14) 03:12, 12 August 2008 (UTC)

I see the mini-column now, but have no idea how to fix it. The other FLs that have tables like this don't have the same issue. I tried added noinclude tags, but that didn't work. As for the statement, do you mean the link to the full history article in the lead? Just wanted to check. Giants2008 (17-14) 16:28, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
Thanks! Oh, and I went back to the FAC. Giants2008 (17-14) 17:25, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
Thank you and you're welcome. Giants2008 (17-14) 18:12, 12 August 2008 (UTC)

I'll be back fully in two days, in the mean time, can you give TGAB 2005 a good copyedit and remove any jargon left, if any. Cheers, -- iMatthew T.C. 20:10, 12 August 2008 (UTC).

Hey.

Hey, SRX. I would like to know do you have a yahoo, because I want to talk to you. Cheers.- SAVE_US.Y2J

DYK 8/13

Updated DYK query On 13 August, 2008, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Heights of Buildings Act of 1910, which you created or substantially expanded. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page.

--Daniel Case (talk) 04:27, 13 August 2008 (UTC)

I know, right. ;) Hey, you should read the caption on my page about Heights of Buildings Act of 1910 getting a DYK. :P --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 03:44, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
Totally. But, you did most of the work. So, I was given permission to add it to my page. ;) Busy, today? --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 17:07, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
Just wondering. Am I doing good so far for Unforgiven '05? --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 21:21, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
Made the changes. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 22:05, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
Awesome. Yeah, shame on you. ;) Do you think you can make some copy-edits to Unforgiven '05 this weekend? --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 23:27, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
Yes, shame on you. :P Yup, I think you need to have like a page so people can leave in "requests" for their selective articles. I should be #3, Unforgiven '05 came third before anyone else left you a copy-edit notice. :) --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 23:40, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
I like the notice, I might steal it, for people coming to my talkpage and telling me that they've gotten the stuff at GA reviews. :P But, who knows. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 00:35, 15 August 2008 (UTC)

It can say: If you're here in response of a GA review that I gave, don't leave a message, I'll check the GA review and see if the statements were answered. IDK, something like that. And, I hate archiving my talkpage, because of the messages. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 00:57, 15 August 2008 (UTC)

When people come to my talkpage and tell me they've answered the statements in the GA review, cause I review the articles. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 01:14, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
True, but I have been busy. Yeah, I can probably do that with the GA's I review, but probably later. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 01:20, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
Yeah, after I'm done reviewing Cycling at the 2008 Summer Olympics and Al Gore, I'll take a break from reviewing GA's. Its probably for the best. I need to resume the previous stuff I used to do. :) --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 01:33, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
That's good, you definitely need a break. :) OMG, I know. Its like, PW articles are read by other users, besides PW people. I swear, they need to abide that it goes by Wikipedia's guidelines. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 01:44, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
I saw your message on my talkpage, its late, but who cares. Dude, ignore what he says, he's not worth getting into a fight with. I got into an altercation with him at Randy Orton's talkpage. Just, don't pay attention to what he says. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 02:28, 19 August 2008 (UTC)

Nah, don't worry about it, I wanted to really work on a PPV by myself and see if I could roll with it, with the new changes.. No pressure, man. Don't make Unforgiven your priority, just when you have the time, just make the necessary changes. :P Man, I start college next week and for sure I'm gonna be busy. :P Hey, whenever your free time is available, can you give BB a quick glance to see if everything is in order and stuff. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 02:35, 19 August 2008 (UTC)

Out of Universe

Hey, how are you doing SRX? Yeah, I took Lockdown Out of Universe the best I could. IMatthew comes back tomorrow to start the review again. I need to know if the Out of Universe is correct. I wasn't sure how to describe the matches, so could you review it and tell me anything that needs to be corrected. It would be a big help, thanks.--WillC 04:50, 13 August 2008 (UTC)
I'm surprised by that, I went too much into detail. The Xscape is the little things that happened. I can provided you went a link to the match if you would like.--WillC 13:09, 13 August 2008 (UTC)

Can you also take Armageddon (2006) out of universe, please? I will most likely add the reception tonight. -- iMatthew T.C. 10:52, 14 August 2008 (UTC)

Can you also remove the wrestling jargon. -- iMatthew T.C. 00:29, 15 August 2008 (UTC)

Few things

1) I replied to your e-mail.
2) Hope you don't mind, but I've added an article to your copy-edit box.
3) This maybe of interest to you in developing the Bad Blood (2003) article.

1) I've sent you another since (about 12pm Eastern)

Another e-mail sent (although a reply isn't needed); and I'll try and help, but I'm really not good at stuff like that. D.M.N. (talk) 16:35, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
I agree sadly. I would suggest asking Nikki (when the FAC has finished) to give it a clean-up. D.M.N. (talk) 16:41, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
You deserve a break quite frankly. D.M.N. (talk) 16:44, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
The next week is gonna be sorta stressful for me as well, I've got my GCSE results next week (dunno what the equivalent of that is in America) so I hope I've done well, otherwise I might not be round here a lot. And, yes, I hope D2D stays an FA. =) D.M.N. (talk) 16:53, 15 August 2008 (UTC)

I've finished taking Matt Sydal out of universe, save for a few jargon terms I'm not sure how to reword. Could you take a look and leave your opinions on the peer review page? A review of the sourcing I used would be appreciated as well. Gavyn Sykes (talk) 04:58, 16 August 2008 (UTC)

Summerslam (2003) FA restart

I am more than willing to reiterate my support for this article. I got very annoyed by some of the futile, negative comments that the article attracted during its first round of FA, and possibly my sharp responses did more harm than good, so this time I will confine my comments to my reasons for supporting, & try not to get involved in the more heated aspects of the discussion. FYI

Just going offline, but as a courtesy note, if you revert again on Unforgiven (2008), a administrator may block you. D.M.N. (talk) 21:16, 19 August 2008 (UTC)

Quick question since your on.

I'm working on something to make it a featured list at the moment, with luck it will be, but I need sources for some people's real names. I'm not sure where to find that, do you have a good idea of a reliable web site that gives alot of TNA wrestlers real names.--WillC 21:19, 19 August 2008 (UTC)

I'm working on a risky article that to seems impossible to get to FL but I thought to at least give it a try since I can find references for most of the stuff easily. It is located here.--WillC 21:37, 19 August 2008 (UTC)
I'm not really done with it yet, after I'm done maybe you could look at it again and tell me. Because I just started on it yesterday. Either way at least the roster page will look better.--WillC 21:44, 19 August 2008 (UTC)
I was planing on doing that but I was going to wait till peer review and asked if it would be a good idea.--WillC 00:59, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
Yeah I'm going to make it a table after a little bit, I read on the criteria that it said something about a table, so I've already decided to make it. Just not sure how I'm going to go about it.--WillC 01:09, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
I was thinking about something just like that. Have it if they are a champion in TNA. Their ring name in one box and their real name in another. If you could, since you have worked on list more than I have, could you read the lead and tell me if it sounds right, since I'm not sure if I've explained everything that is needed? Just for you to know I'm not done with the lead but I'm almost there.--WillC 01:19, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
Okay, I would accept your help if you were asking but I would rather work on it on my own to know I did something, so even though you can't help it doesn't matter, no harm no foul. Hopefully I can get this to FL and Lockdown will pass GA on the tip of a hair.--WillC 01:31, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
Alright, I'll do that. Question, I'm also going to expand the TNA 2008 World X Cup Tournament, I don't know if it qualifies for either FL or FA. Since it isn't a list but neither was the 2008 draft but it is an FL. So I'm not sure.--WillC 02:13, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
Okay, since I was wondering after I saw the draft become an FL and not have really anything to do with a list besides who got drafted. Thanks for telling me.--WillC 02:25, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
Alright, I wasn't disagreeing with you, I was just wondering which the X Cup fell under. I wasn't sure.--WillC 02:48, 20 August 2008 (UTC)

Thanks

Cool, I'll appreciate any comments that BB needs. ;) Thanks and I'm going to UNLV, can't wait for the college life. And, thank you for squeezing some time for Unforgiven, I really appreciate it. Question: Do you see Unforgiven as a potential FA? --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 02:52, 20 August 2008 (UTC)

I will be majoring in Film, I'm very excited. :) Yeah, that's what I thought. I was gonna add a PR, but that would sorta be rude to you, since you removed the jargon and stuff. Do you think that might help? --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 02:59, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
Yeah, I was gonna add one, but IDK, it might have been insulting or something. But, if its all cool, I'll add one and see where that goes, like you did for SS'03. :P --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 03:22, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
Damn, that's a pretty strong case he raised at the FA. But, you know wrestling is "acting" and the ring names are ring names, so basically just trying to explain it a little better makes sense. Hope that made sense. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 03:39, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
Haha, no I meant it as an example to wrestling being "acting". :P --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 03:49, 20 August 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for the IYH1 OOU copy-edit. =) D.M.N. (talk) 14:28, 20 August 2008 (UTC)

No, you don't sound like a dick. :P Alright, I ended up "cutting" some info. out of the AM, how does it look? --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 16:27, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
I just did. ;) --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 17:00, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
Oh, cause I was about to say. You know, I gotta "cut" more..... Great :) Also, the article went from 35 kilobytes to 31. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 17:15, 20 August 2008 (UTC)

RE: WM celebs

I like the format so far. I think it could be a good candidate for FL. The only thing I see is that the celebrity column isn't long enough...some of the names are going onto the second line. Nikki311 23:50, 20 August 2008 (UTC)

My comments on SummerSlam 2003

Hi, I looked through this article today and noticed a few things that stood out to me. I decided to look closely and make notes of what I thought could be touched up. While I think the article is good overall, I managed to come up with a list of small prose fixes. I had planned to post it in the FAC, but it's long and I don't want to look like an ass by disrupting the FAC or like I'm trying to make a point or ruin the article's chances by posting an insurmountable list during an FAC. The list is at User:GaryColemanFan/General; it's all pretty minor, but I think it would help the article.

The list of WrestleMania celebrities is also looking good. The only thing I wanted to mention is that the "Ref" coumn should be expanded to "Reference" or "References" before moving it to the mainspace. Good work! GaryColemanFan (talk) 18:29, 21 August 2008 (UTC)

Thanks...

Thanks for your support. Now the List of number-one Billboard Top Latin Albums of 1999 is a Featured List.

Once again, thank you, Jaespinoza (talk) 20:56, 21 August 2008 (UTC)

O_O OOU?

Wait, I just searched the SS 03 FAC. I can't find anythign that says that we can maintain ring names and not mention real names and still comply with Wikipedia guidelines. What's going on? Gavyn Sykes (talk) 18:00, 22 August 2008 (UTC)

Hey, do you think that User:KonigBerserk should be warned to 3RR? For reverting so many edits and saying that "spoilers" aren't allowed for the Unforgiven '08 article? --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 01:35, 23 August 2008 (UTC)

SummerSlam is an FA

Congratulations man, SummerSlam 03 just made it to FA. All you hard work payed off.--WillC 04:26, 23 August 2008 (UTC)

Congratulations. I believe you deserve this:

For your time and effort to showing us to believe in getting PPV's to FA's. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 19:52, 23 August 2008 (UTC)
Dude, you gave us hope to see that FA's can happen. :P --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 00:32, 24 August 2008 (UTC)
Hey, man I noticed that maybe your back. The note in your page isn't there anymore. If you are back, can you do JD'05 a "cleanup"? If you're still busy, from that one note on your page, its cool. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 22:25, 29 August 2008 (UTC)
Like I've said, if you do have the time, I would appreciate it. :P If not, its all cool. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 22:38, 29 August 2008 (UTC)

Hey SRX, can you please add this to your list of OOU Copyediting? Thanks! -- iMatthew T.C. 13:29, 23 August 2008 (UTC)

Hello.

Thanks for all your comments regarding my lists. I have some doubts about 2 of them: I do not understand your comment about the 2 columns for the refs, I only see one. And the other one, should I seek for help about the template? Could you give me an example from another list or article?.

Once again, thank you Jaespinoza (talk) 18:17, 23 August 2008 (UTC)

Congrats

I must say, SummerSlam passing has inspired me to work hard in getting TGAB 2005 to FA. To congratulations on SummerSlam, and here's to The Great American Bash (2005) being our next FA! Cheers, -- iMatthew T.C. 00:33, 24 August 2008 (UTC)

Alright, well when you get the chance. -- iMatthew T.C. 00:39, 24 August 2008 (UTC)
Hey, I know it will be a while before you get to it, but can you also add Hornswoggle to your list? I really appreciate all of your work! -- iMatthew T.C. 13:59, 24 August 2008 (UTC)
Thanks a bunch, dude! -- iMatthew T.C. 14:05, 24 August 2008 (UTC)

No problem, thanks! -- iMatthew T.C. 14:08, 24 August 2008 (UTC)

Also, I know you're always interested in getting FL's, right? Would you like to work with me to get another one? -- iMatthew T.C. 14:30, 24 August 2008 (UTC)

Damn, I keep forgetting that you'll be on break. It was List of professional wrestling slang, I plan on sourcing it, cleaning it up, removing non-notable terms. -- iMatthew T.C. 14:42, 24 August 2008 (UTC)
I know, I might put the information into a table, I'll need to source it, and copyedit. -- iMatthew T.C. 14:46, 24 August 2008 (UTC)

SRX, also accept my congratulations. I will save the article today and get it spoken in the next few days, I'll aim for Friday for the files to be attached. Darrenhusted (talk) 08:04, 26 August 2008 (UTC)

In addition it may also be worth putting in Main Page request, from what I can see it could have at least four points going for it (if timed for Unforgiven then five): Subject underrepresented (1), A similar article has not been featured within six months of requested date (2), Requestor has not previously had an article appear (1) and Date relevant to article topic (1). Darrenhusted (talk) 09:55, 26 August 2008 (UTC)

I addressed your concerns. Could you review the list again? Thanks—Chris! ct 19:49, 24 August 2008 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (Image:WWEHeat2008.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:WWEHeat2008.jpg.

Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:16, 29 August 2008 (UTC)

Future-class

At first it shown up red, because it was formatting wrong with capital letters and was different to the rest. I've fixed it now, as shown by the diff. Regards, D.M.N. (talk) 15:54, 30 August 2008 (UTC)

issue

I understand what it is for, but if you notice that it is on the 31. Mostly people won't read it till 1 of September. Since it is on the 31, it should tell about August and part of September. If you want, just up till the 14 of September. So, just because I'm nice, no one's birthday is missed, or ppvs go unknown, like No Surrender which is on the 14, the date of the issue 25's release.--WillC 17:34, 30 August 2008 (UTC)

Both. I would like to know what has happened and what will or might happen. If a new bill could be passed, or if congress is meeting.--WillC 17:54, 30 August 2008 (UTC)
Maybe the policy should be changed, we're changing everything else, this will be minor.--WillC 18:25, 30 August 2008 (UTC)
But that way doesn't inform people of events in time. Like No Surrender. No one will be watching besides the 8 that know of the event until the day of the event and not many are online on Sundays to look at the newsletter. Plus it could get delayed and, like with Victory Road (2008), only one user (myself) and a shit load of IPS will be working on it that day.--WillC 18:50, 30 August 2008 (UTC)
Though the thing is useful. At least people get info. It lets people know what to watch.--WillC 20:51, 4 September 2008 (UTC)

Already done. Just 2 quick notes. 1) Wait for the COTW to be updated before you leave the message for Misza, and 2) (S)He requested that the issue number be left on his/her talk page. Question

Hey Kevin I'm thinking of adopting a user, I don't have any in mind but I think I could do it, I know a little bit about most stuff on wiki, I just really think I could handle it. Since you adopted me some time ago I though it would be good to ask you if you though I would be good for it. SteelersFan94 19:26, 1 September 2008 (UTC)

O.K I though of a good way to get some stubs up to start class. And the best part is that most of the project will be involved. However I don't want to say it here on wiki could you please e-mail me I will tell you my idea and you can tell me if it could work or not. Cheers, SteelersFan94 17:00, 2 September 2008 (UTC)

Note

This diff, specifically the edit summary. I hope you didn't mean the edit summary literally - if that was an idiot saying it, it would be straight to ANI per WP:SUICIDE (specifically this) and the authorities would be getting phoned. Next time, please don't use edit summaries of that nature. Thanks, D.M.N. (talk) 11:30, 4 September 2008 (UTC)

The way you written implied in the edit diff, is that you wanted to kill yourself, that's how I read it. Anyway, I don't wish to see edit summaries from people I know well on Wikipedia like that as it can be upsetting to see others writing that in summaries. D.M.N. (talk) 11:37, 4 September 2008 (UTC)
OK. D.M.N. (talk) 13:16, 6 September 2008 (UTC)

Kevin I think I'm going to retire. I'm sorry you wasted ur time on me with the adoption program, you were a great adopter. I'm just a waste here on Wikipedia, I mean I can't do shit. SteelersFan94 22:15, 4 September 2008 (UTC)

Lockdown (2008)

Hey, you peer reviewed Lockdown and you know what it was like before the out of universe change and the GA review. Since I've worked alot on it I've thought about taking it to FAC. It is about to pass its GA review as soon as Mshake3 takes care of a few fixes with his pictures. I'm going to edit it a little bit and change most of the references then take it to FAC. Do you think it might have a chance?--WillC 03:54, 7 September 2008 (UTC)

Well hopefully you will change your mind after I rewrite a little bit of it. Fix things that were mentioned in the GAB 05 and SS 03 reviews. I probably won't have it up for a FAC for maybe a month. Also it has been reviewed by two people outside of WP:PW. They both say it is written well.--WillC 16:20, 7 September 2008 (UTC)
I'm not saying that it will pass just because two people outside the project think it is well written, I'm saying it might have a chance because a adminastar thinks it is well written and another user thinks it is as well. Anyway I'll ask you after I'm finished with the GA review and I rewrite part of it.--WillC 17:55, 7 September 2008 (UTC)
I feel after I remove the Online world of wrestling and PWWEW.net refs and replace them with Wrestling Observer refs, remove the names of moves and just place the description of the move in its place, and move the scripted part from the lead and place it in the background it will be ready for an FA Review. Since that is nearly the same of what SS 03 and GAB 05 were like. I might write a production section to add on to it since Lockdown is TNA's third main ppv. It had alot of build placed on the Joe/Angle match and I have a place to add the Fan Fest.--WillC 18:13, 7 September 2008 (UTC)
I feel I can make it alot smaller. Well maybe not alot. Around the size I made Sacrifice (2008).--WillC 18:37, 7 September 2008 (UTC)

Sorry to butt in, but I echo SRX here. Lockdown needs a lot of work, and a lot of cutting down. Sacrifice is way to long as well. It will take some time though. iMatthew (talk) 18:42, 7 September 2008 (UTC)

Sacrifice has 14 matches. They all just say who was the dominate team, what match was next, and who won the match. I can't go any smaller. Most of it is references as well.--WillC 18:47, 7 September 2008 (UTC)
At this point in time, Sacrifice is 48 kilobytes long, lets see how much I can get rid of in one quick copyedit.--WillC 18:52, 7 September 2008 (UTC)

Okay I didn't remove alot but I did get it down to 47. Which is a start.--WillC 19:21, 7 September 2008 (UTC)

I was just wondering, when was the last time you read Lockdown (2008)?WillC 01:18, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
I was just wondering if you were going by the last time you read it or today. Since User:GaryColemanFan did a major copyedit over it and took it down as much as he could. I believe the changes I'll make to it will bring it down a good little bit since I'm probably going to remove about a good paragraph wroth of stuff and remove about 10 refs or so. I believe Sacrifice will probably pass GA which is all I want to do to it. I'm just going to make TNA's main 3 (Lockdown, Slammiversary, and Bound for Glory) FAs.--WillC 01:25, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
Well I'll take a quick copyedit through it right now in a minute after I get done writing the first match for Slammiversary (2008) in my sandbox to what I'm going to make it and you can tell me what you think if you wish.--WillC 01:34, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
Okay I have discovered that I was wrong about a move in Lockdown. I said Love tried to pin Roxxi with a Straddle. That was the wrong type of pin. Here is a link I found to their match, around the end of the match you should see what type of pin it is, can you tell me what type of pin that is? It happens around 17:22.--WillC 22:17, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
Okay, thanks. I thought it was a straddle at first then I read the descriptive a while back and wasn't sure until now.--WillC 00:14, 9 September 2008 (UTC)
Thanks, and also for the help. Oh yeah, I'll be done with Lockdown here in a minute with all the changes I'm going to make.--WillC 00:26, 9 September 2008 (UTC)

Re: BB

I know, right. ;) What's your view on BB'04 being an FA candidate? --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 23:59, 7 September 2008 (UTC)

Tweaking... do tell. ;) --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 00:07, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
Damn, that's the same problem I have with HBK's article. Well, I'll wait when Unforgiven '05's PR closes and I'll open one for BB. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 00:14, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
Oh, I see how it is Mr. I got a PPV to FA. ;) Well, if you say so, I guess I can sorta work those grammar problems out. Sorta. I did leave a notice at PW for some feedback, maybe some people can come out and say what needs to be done. I guess the strategy is that I'm better at bios. then PPV's. :) --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 00:20, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
I know, I know. I guess, I should work harder on HBK's article. Fine, the PPV's will have their time, but now, I gotta focus on the winner of a bad ass match from last night. ;) --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 16:07, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
True, that's why HBK is so bad ass, that the fact is that his article needs to be bad ass. ;) Question: The SCM image in the article, should I write out Lance Cade's "real name" or leave it as it is? --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 20:13, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
Alright, I was just wondering. Hey, do you think your up for an FL? --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 20:22, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
Oh, yeah I forgot you got school now. Oops. Um, I guess some other time. No, besides again I forgot you got other stuff you got to work on. But, can I come to you for some feedback on a list that I'm sorta working on? --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 20:33, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
Well, its "under construction" and not done yet. See here. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 20:57, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
Will do. Another question: I'm working on season 9 of South Park, now, is that bad if I want to nominate it, when I'm done, even though I'm working on season 9, but not the first 8 seasons? Hope that made sense. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 21:06, 8 September 2008 (UTC)

Cool, cause I was starting to panic, you know, all the work, and gotta start from the... start. ;) Thanks, for answering my questions. :) --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 21:22, 8 September 2008 (UTC)

Joel Turner discography

Regarding your comment at Wikipedia:Featured_list_candidates#Joel_Turner_discography; "Looks way better, but I still feel there needs to be more about himself and his career in the prose."

I would like to do this, but can you please give me an example of what this could be (for other artists); such as musical style, awards? His music genre is urban and he has been nominated for 3 ARIA Awards and 4 APRA Awards. In 2005, he won the Hip Hop World Challenge? Where should I put this and how should I word this within the lead? I would really appreciate some assistance in this matter, because I am not sure. Thank you very much. Hpfan9374 (talk) 05:57, 8 September 2008 (UTC)

Okay, it is a work in progress but I've finished changing Lockdown so that it is ready for a peer review then a FAC. It is located in my sandbox (User:Wrestlinglover/Lockdown (2008)).--WillC 01:23, 9 September 2008 (UTC)

Yeah I guess I can move them to the background. Do you still want me to link their names in the lead?--WillC 01:39, 9 September 2008 (UTC)
Okay done.--WillC 01:53, 9 September 2008 (UTC)
