Anti-vandalism
Hey there, thank you for your tireless efforts in fighting vandalism! However, it would be much appreciated if you left an edit summary behind. This makes it easier for other users to understand the reasons for reversion. As patrolling recent changes leaves little time to write elaborate summaries, you might want to look at WP:ESL for common abbreviations for edit summaries. Best, Caius G. - Hey @Caius G.:, thanks for the advice. I will take a time to read the content you sent me, as other politics on this wiki to improve further editions. Best, MikutoH (talk) 16:25, 22 January 2021 (UTC)

Redirects to articles where the redirect term in not mentioned
Please ensure that the page you redirect to actually mentions the redirect term. This is particularly important for terms that may be controversial or construed as derogatory. In those cases ensure that the target is reliably sourced, and that the redirect is targeted as precisely as possible. Consider adding an anchor to redirect to. Failure to do this may result in the redirect being deleted, and if there are complaints, further action may be taken. If you cannot find sources, do not create the redirect. Cheers, · · · Peter Southwood (talk): 08:06, 1 July 2023 (UTC)
- Hello. If you're talking about bisexual lesbianism, I created it because both terms are mentioned in the article, although separately. MikutoH (talk) 23:36, 13 July 2023 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited LGBT slang, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Dyke. Speedy deletion nomination of Transmaxxing
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Transmaxxing requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Transmaxxing. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Hello, MikutoH,
If you are considering creating categories that include gender, sexual orientation or sexual identity, please read, carefully, Wikipedia:Categorizing articles about people#EGRS. To categorize an individual based on sexual orientation or sexual identity, it must be verified in their article content. Please be careful, more caution is taken with these categories than those based on occupation or nationality. If you have questions, please bring them to the Teahouse. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 04:46, 17 March 2024 (UTC)
- Additionally, you are not creating appropriate category redirects. They are not created like an article redirect. Please use {{category redirect|Category:Target category}}. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 04:49, 17 March 2024 (UTC)
- They have created a discussion at Wikipedia:Categories_for_discussion/Log/2024_March_17#Category:LGBT_people_by_identity for renaming the root category into "variation".
- I think most people would strongly consider this term a form of othering that people would not be okay with for self-identification as a root category. A persons sexual/romantic orientations and gender identities are not some kind of variation, they are their orientations and identities. Raladic (talk) 05:17, 17 March 2024 (UTC)
- @Liz: if you're referring to the non-binary gay men category, as I said in WT:LGBT, I used WP:PetScan so all biographies I categorized were already in the parent categories (Category:Gay men and Category:People with non-binary gender identities). I made redirects because I can't rename categories in enwiki, bots already automatically replace the redirect with the template you cited, and I was the category creator, so I guess WP:CUT doesn't apply to this case since it's a category and it's a common practice in my native project (ptwiki). But I will put the template next time instead of redirecting.
- @Raladic: you already talked about that in the RfD. I agree that's not the best option. I started the renaming discussion because people expressed they were uncomfortable with the existing category before in other RfD, as I pointed in the rationale. The reason I chose variation was merely because the original category in the simplewiki, as I also pointed in the rationale. And as I also said, the consensus could result in reparenting the intervening/interleaving subcategories (aka merging) instead of renaming. If someone comes with a better name, I would support. And I'm neutral in the current name. --MikutoH talk! 20:40, 17 March 2024 (UTC)

Please do not tag full categories for speedy deletion. They can't be deleted if they aren't empty. The article Spectrasexual has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Very similar to polysexuality.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Rrjmrrr (talk) 11:21, 25 May 2024 (UTC)

- @MikutoH, I'd strongly encourage you not to reverts moves to draft space like this, and instead actually have a conversation about it. These redirects are pretty much just WP:NEO, which really shouldn't be pages. Mason (talk) 00:38, 25 May 2024 (UTC)
- @Smasongarrison No one answered me about this. But I can open it in the Drafts Wikiproject specifically to talk about these issues. --MikutoH talk! 00:41, 25 May 2024 (UTC)
- And amphisexual isn't neo. It's the literal transliteration of bisexual in Greek. --MikutoH talk! 00:42, 25 May 2024 (UTC)
- It's similar to ambisexual (Esperanto also uses ambosexual instead of bisexual). --MikutoH talk! 00:43, 25 May 2024 (UTC)
- I was making a comment on this entire class of redirects. If it's a translation, then it ought to redirect to bisexual, not to the wiktionary. Mason (talk) 00:44, 25 May 2024 (UTC)
- My reading of Template:Wiktionary redirect is that you should only make a wiktionary redirect IF there's no appropriate redirect on wiki as well as several other things:
Only use it when:
There is no scope for a Wikipedia article at this title, and
There is no other Wikipedia page to which this would be an appropriate redirect, and
There is a relevant entry in Wiktionary, and
Readers search for it on Wikipedia.
- Mason (talk) 00:52, 25 May 2024 (UTC)
- That's a just tip, not a policy. Also, that template you added to the redirects only work in articles that you can put references. Also WP:CHEAP. --MikutoH talk! 23:20, 27 May 2024 (UTC)
- As I said, that was my reading of the template. The advice seems reasonable, and seems to effectively be the recommendation for how to use the template. Mason (talk) 23:28, 27 May 2024 (UTC)
- I agree. Anyways, you retargeted spectrasexual somewhere, which is appreciated. So hard redirects are preferred I guess. --MikutoH talk! 23:30, 27 May 2024 (UTC)

- I was making a comment on this entire class of redirects. If it's a translation, then it ought to redirect to bisexual, not to the wiktionary. Mason (talk) 00:44, 25 May 2024 (UTC)
- It's similar to ambisexual (Esperanto also uses ambosexual instead of bisexual). --MikutoH talk! 00:43, 25 May 2024 (UTC)

Hello, I'm Gottagotospace. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Temple Grandin, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Gottagotospace (talk) 23:48, 29 May 2024 (UTC)
- Sorry, I subcategorized because Asexual is parented by LGBT category. But I see not every asexual self-identify this way. --MikutoH talk! 23:50, 29 May 2024 (UTC)

New page reviewer granted
Hi MikutoH, I just wanted to let you know that I have added the new page reviewer user right to your account. This means you now have access to the page curation tools and can start patrolling pages from the new pages feed. If you asked for this at requests for permissions, please check back there to see if your access is time-limited or if there are other comments.
This is a good time to re-acquaint yourself with the guidance at Wikipedia:New pages patrol. Before you get started, please take the time to:
- Add Wikipedia talk:New pages patrol/Reviewers to your watchlist to follow NPP-related discussions
- If you use Twinkle, configure it to log your CSDs and PRODs
- If you can read any languages other than English, add yourself to the list of reviewers with language proficiencies
You can find a list of other useful links and tools for patrollers at Wikipedia:New pages patrol/Resources. If you are ever unsure what to do, ask your fellow patrollers or just leave the page for someone else to review – you're not alone! signed, Rosguill talk 13:47, 28 June 2024 (UTC)
Sportsmen and women are diffusing categories
Can you please revert you additions of pages like Maria Eduarda Alexandre to Category:21st-century Brazilian sportspeople who are in the gendered subcats? I encourage you to review WP:EGRS as well as observe whether the category has a tag for non-diffusing. Sportspeople are diffusing by gender.Mason (talk) 20:27, 3 July 2024 (UTC)
- I think I've just Fixed it. Due to edit limit, I wonder if some other pages are missing. --MikutoH talk! 16:29, 6 July 2024 (UTC)

Category Names
Please review the naming conventions for Men artists versus Male artists. Category:American LGBT men artists should be Category:American LGBT male artists, not Category:American LGBT men artists because the norm is to use the adjective. I've issued speedy rename requests. Thanks! Mason (talk) 19:55, 3 July 2024 (UTC)
- I supported your proposed change. I was about to request it uncontroversially myself. Thanks. --MikutoH talk! 16:29, 6 July 2024 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Nxm
A tag has been placed on Nxm requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section R3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a recently created redirect from an implausible typo or misnomer, or other unlikely search term. Nxm redirect
Hi. A few days ago you created the redirect Nxm. That redirect got erroneously placed in the Category:Redirect templates (see here in the category under N) which in turn caused that category to be wrung up in this week's database report on Template categories containing articles.
I believe the problem is the use of {{R rcat example}}, which per the usage documentation is "for testing purposes only".
Soon, I intend to removed the example template along with the — what would then be an empty — redirect category shell from the redirect. Just letting you in case you want to follow up by adding a proper rcat. --DB1729talk 11:37, 8 October 2024 (UTC)
... which all might be irrelevant as you see above, it has been tagged for speedy deletion. --DB1729talk 11:46, 8 October 2024 (UTC)
