I have come across a WP:FOUR article where the bulk of the creation was in userspace. What is the start date of the article in your opinion? I was thinking that we should do a history merge and use the very start of the development. - I personally would use the date that the article was moved to mainspace (February 12), because that's what made it eligible for a DYK. It was just a userspace draft prior to then. Hydronymy
Hallo, I am interested in hydronymy as it looks the language of prehistoric Europe is reflected therein. I left a message on the wikiproject rivers talkpage, just looking for editors with similar interests to exchange information. I have discovered the so called old european hydronymy is not limited to Europe but has many correspondences in Iran, India and furhter away so I think this disproves the current scholarly etymological interpretations. - I see Keamy GA pass time is 19:45, 2 July 2008 (UTC) at Talk:Martin Keamy/GA1. A mouseover pointed to this edit at 04:40, 3 July 2008. On closer inspection, I see that this earlier edit at 0:26, 29 June 2008 means we are all good.
- I see Brenda's GA pass time is 19:40, 9 January 2010 (UTC) at Talk:Tropical Storm Brenda (1960)/GA1 and Brenda's nom 21:39, 5 January 2010. I think when I did the mouseover on the preview button for this diff it looked like 9 January instead of 5.

Collaborations
I am just realizing that some of my WP:CHICOTW work should have been evaluated for collaborators. I initially nominated them considering only my own work, but of course have never reviewed them myself. It is likely that reviewers did not evaluate possible collaborators for FOUR consideration at both Chicago Board of Trade Building and South Side, Chicago. - You never gave me your opinion of my collaborators on the above. - Chicago Board of Trade Building: LurkingInChicago (talk · contribs) should definitely receive FOUR credit, because he created the first encyclopedic content, wrote the vast majority of the article, and was active in all four stages of development (less so at FAC, but I think his contributions there were significant enough for consideration).
- South Side, Chicago: I'm not sure if Speciate (talk · contribs) was involved enough in the later stages of the article's development to receive FOUR credit. (Assuming the article ever regains its FA status.)
- No. 2 Operational Conversion Unit RAAF: I don't think Nick-D (talk · contribs) was involved enough to meet FOUR's DYK, GA, or FA criteria. LittleMountain5 16:50, 3 September 2013 (UTC)

The content was deleted because the information you posted (copied from older sources and not your own research) regarding Dinacoma is not up to date/accurate. I am in the process of revising the genus and there have been some taxonomic changes that you are not aware of. - If you would like to remove the current paragraph and replace it with more recent/accurate information, please feel free to do so, provided that you have a verifiable source to back it up—Wikipedia does not accept original research. Also, I did not write the article (and indeed know very little about this particular beetle), so please contact the main author, Melchoir (talk · contribs), or post on the article's talk page regarding any perceived factual inaccuracies. Mexico river list
Thanks for the heads-up. I've never thought about the problem you've pointed out. Does the entire sandbox history automatically tag along every time I create a new article in a sandbox and then move it to mainspace? If so, I may have done this 200 times, not sure. - Oh, it probably only happens during a "move" rather than when I use cut-and-paste. So maybe the other 199 creations did not have this problem? Finetooth (talk) 23:52, 30 October 2013 (UTC)
- Yes, the edit history only moves when the page is moved, not when it is cut-and-pasted. So if the sandbox is new and the entire history is relevant to the article, moving is great. But if the sandbox is older and has a long history, all those old edits will come along with it, so it's better to cut-and-paste. It's really not too big of a problem—just a little confusing for anyone looking at the page history. (As it stands, the Mexico list appears to have over 5,000 revisions!) Please keep in mind that this is a development version and it is not ready for regular use. That means you must:
