Rogue and Little Butte
Thanks so much for the kind words and for posting the Rogue photos. (I'll have to think a bit more about which to add and where.) I've had vague notions about hiking along the Rogue with my camera, but it takes time and planning, and a zillion other things keep popping up. I'm really glad you got these. Also, I'd be happy to review the Little Butte Creek article and post some notes to the talk page. I was happy to see Upper and Lower Table Rock go through PR, and I wish you well with the push to FA. Finetooth (talk) 23:37, 4 October 2009 (UTC)
- Thank you for the kind words. :) Yeah, I've personally never been on the Rogue River Trail or Agness, but I've heard it's quite a drive... (from anywhere!). Thanks in advance for looking at Little Butte Creek, I just found a whole bunch more information so I'll be working on it tonight. Sincerely, LittleMountain5 23:51, 4 October 2009 (UTC)
- I've added one of your photos to the "Parks" section, and looking at the article again prompted me to add some old-dead-guy mug shots and then a rock and a plant and Crater Lake. I had forgotten what vast stretches of unillustrated print I had left in the article the last time I worked on it. Thanks for the image and also for the DYK medal. Alas, by my count I have only nine Oregon-related DYKs; my first DYK was Pennsylvania-related. I guess I will have to hurry up and do one more for Oregon. :-) Finetooth (talk) 16:52, 5 October 2009 (UTC)
- Oops, didn't catch that. You deserve it anyway. :) I took some more photos of the Rogue from the Table Rocks today, you can use them if you want to:

- Also, thanks for fixing my typos and other things on Little Butte Creek! LittleMountain5 23:56, 5 October 2009 (UTC)
- The new batch of photos looks very good. Meanwhile, I did a fairly complete review of Little Butte Creek and posted it to the article's talk page just now. I think the article is pretty close to GA quality already. Finetooth (talk) 01:00, 6 October 2009 (UTC)
- I just added one of your panoramas to the Rogue River (Oregon) article. It looks terrific. If you think the caption needs more detail, please add it. I think that is farmland to the south of the river, but I didn't want to guess. Finetooth (talk) 01:22, 6 October 2009 (UTC)
- Awesome, I'll take a look at both. Thanks! LittleMountain5 01:25, 6 October 2009 (UTC)
- Are the rectangular bodies of water irrigation ponds? Finetooth (talk) 01:26, 6 October 2009 (UTC)
- I'm sure they are, but it's just a guess. :/ LittleMountain5 02:35, 6 October 2009 (UTC)

Merry Columbus Day 2 all and 2 all a goodnite, beware of large windstorms bearing gifts
a plethora of pictures you requested
I added two pics to Seven Feathers already. I have the following four photos for Golden, Oregon that I haven't added- I'll let you choose the pic(s) and post them:
- File:Golden church 1 - Golden Oregon.jpg
- File:Golden church 2 - Golden Oregon.jpg
- File:Golden church 3 - Golden Oregon.jpg
- File:Golden building - Golden Oregon.jpg
Enjoy! tedder (talk) 23:52, 12 October 2009 (UTC)
- Sigh, all those null edits and I forgot something real. Here's the sign at Golden. I didn't post it because the status of posting that to commons is unknown to me. Still, it should give you things to use in the article or for researching. tedder (talk) 23:58, 12 October 2009 (UTC)
- Awesome pictures, thanks for taking them! :) LittleMountain5 00:28, 13 October 2009 (UTC)
Upper and Lower Table Rock
Hey, I'm still fairly tied up and probably will be until Spring (same thing every year), but I am trying to be around more. I saw the FAC ... right on! I'll try to fix what I can. This is a cool picture, too. ZabMilenko 03:37, 16 October 2009 (UTC)
- Yeah, real life can get busy. :/ Thanks, I'd never been to that side of Lower Table Rock before, it's neat! LittleMountain5 14:12, 16 October 2009 (UTC)
- You have a much stronger stomach for the wikilawyering than I do! ZabMilenko 03:32, 10 November 2009 (UTC)
Happy Halloween!
As Halloween is my favorite holiday, I just wanted to wish those Wikipedians who have been nice enough to give me a barnstar or smile at me, supportive enough to agree with me, etc., a Happy Halloween! Sincerely, --A NobodyMy talk 23:49, 30 October 2009 (UTC)

- Awesome is right! You persisted cheerfully through hail, thunder, briars, and tangles at FAC. (You deserve a week in Hawaii, all expenses paid). It's a terrific article. Finetooth (talk) 02:42, 11 November 2009 (UTC)
- Ha, I wish I could have a week in Hawaii! :) Thanks, LittleMountain5 02:45, 11 November 2009 (UTC)
- I'd also like a week in Hawaii! Congrats again, and I agree with Finetooth - good job keeping at it and keeping your cool in FAC, Ruhrfisch ><>°° 03:25, 11 November 2009 (UTC)

Waterfalls, waterfalls, waterfalls!
Feeling wikistress? Wish you could have a vacation someplace with two dozen waterfalls? Well the next best thing is here!
If you want to, please come look at pictures of waterfalls and pick which ones you like best. You'll be helping make a better article too.
Thanks, Dincher (talk) and Ruhrfisch ><>°° 02:01, 14 November 2009 (UTC)

Hi Your {{db-g7}} tag was perfectly correct, but I have taken it off and asked the author what he really wants, because this page has a very odd history - three times he blanked it and was reverted, but after the third one he just removed part of it. Also, it seems to me a perfectly acceptable article as a starting point. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 20:52, 30 November 2009 (UTC)
- Fine with me. It was kind of odd, but I figured that's what G7 is for. Well, we'll see... Thanks, LittleMountain5 00:08, 1 December 2009 (UTC)
OE template
Thanks for getting it to work with the full stop. I tried a couple of times and it was sort of flaky. Your fix looks like it did the trick. --Esprqii (talk) 17:19, 8 December 2009 (UTC)

PayLess at Sprouse-Reitz for your G.I. Joe's, brought to you by Troutman's Emporium and Frederick & Nelson
Hello WikiProject Oregon member, and seasons greetings. Here at Collaboration Of The Week we thank you for your efforts making Oregon better, at least on Wikipedia, and hope you are doing better than Joe's. Or, in the eloquent words of some marketing manager for another now defunct Oregon chain, Merry Christmas from PayLess... Merry Chriiiistmaaaasssss!!!
Now that pleasantries have been exchanged, thank you to those who worked on the last two collaborations, the Semi-annual Great Oregon Picture Drive, and Oregon Country Fair and Geoff Petrie. For this edition of the COTW we have Gambling in Oregon and NRHP in Washington County. The hope for the later is to fill in the last few images (5) and then see if we can make it the first NRHP list in Oregon with an article for every entry (need 27). As always, click here to opt out of these messages, or click here to make a suggestion for a future COTW. Aboutmovies (talk) 09:03, 16 December 2009 (UTC)extra URL
So the extra URL was because the article is syndicated. I thought KATU was a more RS for it, but having two online sources was nice. Including it as a second ref seemed disingenuous, as it's the same AP article. Thoughts? tedder (talk) 01:49, 18 December 2009 (UTC)
- I removed the second url because it wasn't working; it just showed up in the link to the first url, like this: http://www.katu.com/news/10718681.html Oregon Motorcycle Fatalities Rise with Aging Riders. I'm not sure how to fix it, so I'm fine with whatever you want to do with it. Thanks, LittleMountain5 02:27, 18 December 2009 (UTC)
- Gotcha. I trudged through the cite documentation, couldn't figure out a good way to do it. So I just added it as part of hte ref, but outside of the cite template. Thanks for looking over that, BTW. tedder (talk) 02:54, 18 December 2009 (UTC)
- Great, that works! Nice job on the article. :) LittleMountain5 03:33, 18 December 2009 (UTC)

Tenth Oregon DYK at last
Well, I made it to 10 today, so the silver medal you sent me weeks ago is now valid. I thank you again. Absent your note, I might not have realized that 10 was a magic number. Finetooth (talk) 03:56, 23 December 2009 (UTC)
