Alison Luff
Did you seriously just do that? I know Alison personally and went to college with her and she has always wanted for her to have a Wikipedia page. She always told me that the day she got a Wikipedia page is the day she will feel like she made it. Guess what? Today is her birthday. And I wanted it surprise her with it. Now it could be months. Thanks a lot Hatchens. I understand that it need citations, which I was getting all of them together, when I got the notification that you put her on the waiting list to be approved. You could have just sent me a suggestion like everyone else. :( Chip1883 (talk) 04:08, 21 December 2020 (UTC)
- Chip1883, Thank you for reaching out. No need to worry. Kindly use the draft to build/enhance the article - such as text, add references, etc. And, also please disclose your WP:COI at the talk page of the draft as you have admitted to be involved with the affected article. Sooner or later... an editor will attain your case. - Hatchens (talk) 05:57, 21 December 2020 (UTC)
- As reviewing administrator, I have explained things to the other editor. Since the subject might be notable, I'm letting the article remain in mainspace, but it is, of course, subject to afd in the usual way DGG ( talk ) 05:21, 28 December 2020 (UTC)
- Thank you, DGG, I'll go with your call. I will not put it up for an AfD discussion... from my end (I participated once, and I think... it's more than enough). If anyone else would like to do it, then it's ok. I would like to admit, I refer to your reasoning (statements) often... to learn more about Wikipedia editing. It's an honor and thank you once again. - Hatchens (talk) 06:26, 28 December 2020 (UTC)
- There is a way to deal with afds without getting frustrated -- when I nominate something, I reply to objections only once or twice at most, and, sometimes, I get convinced and I withdraw it. I try not to look back at the ones where the decision was against me. If the consensus wants to do something weird, they will often succeed. DGG ( talk ) 06:33, 28 December 2020 (UTC)
- DGG, ok. That's quite an input, will put it into practice. But, I have made one rule for myself... if I nominate any article for an AfD, then I will try not to participate in the discussion (had a bad experience, once I was dragged to WP:ANI... yes, I did realize my mistake). So, from that day onwards, I try my level best... to give my reasons in a proper manner at the time of nomination itself. And, let the competent admin decide on it at the time of the closure. This way we all can maintain our sanity. Pure trial by fire case. lolz. - Hatchens (talk) 06:39, 28 December 2020 (UTC)

Draft:Vega-Genesis
It seems you have deleted the page for Vega-Genesis. I would like to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, as it took me a decent amount of time and to start all over would be tedious. The article was approved and you nominated it for speedy deletion based on the ground of promotion, but all items in the article were cited and even more sources could be provided if needed. I don't understand what the exact violations were as none of them were specifically listed. Please help with the retrieval so that corrections can be made based on your recommendation, and so that more sources can be added.
Thank you WikiPub27 (talk) 18:40, 2 January 2021 (UTC)
- Dear WikiPub27, Thank you for reaching out. I had nominated it, not deleted it. Kindly get in touch with the deleting administrator. - Hatchens (talk) 06:40, 3 January 2021 (UTC)

Talk:Linda Dela Cruz
Hello! Thank you for reviewing the new Linda Dela Cruz article. On the talk page you've marked it as FA-class, which I'm sure is a mistake, but I'm not sure what to change it to. Thanks! Skvader (talk) 05:55, 4 January 2021 (UTC)
- Hi Skvader, thanks for pointing it out. I just put it "start-class". I hope someday, it will become an FA-class article. - Hatchens (talk) 06:01, 4 January 2021 (UTC)
- That's just fine, thank you. Skvader (talk) 06:02, 4 January 2021 (UTC)

Thank you for your kind remarks on my draft.
I would like to ask you to check it now, please, after I removed all references to press-release sites, and replaced them with all external third-parties links.

Draft: Francysk Skaryna Medal
Per your decision, the draft was declined since you'd believed the article subject already existed on Wiki as 'Order of Francysk Skaryna'. However, the order and the medal are two different Belarusian awards (with different dates of establishment, appearance, recipients, etc.). Please see 'Orders, Decorations, and Medals of Belarus'. Thanks! ChickenLady1984 (talk) 10:30, 6 January 2021 (UTC)
- ChickenLady1984, Thank you for reaching out. Regarding this medal, I have my own doubts. That's why I'm referring your draft to Wikipedia:WikiProject Orders, decorations, and medals. Let's take the opinion from the project experts. - Hatchens (talk) 05:43, 7 January 2021 (UTC)
- ChickenLady1984, I apologize. You're correct. Both, order and the medal are not the same. I am reviewing your draft. Thank you for pointing it out. - Hatchens (talk) 05:52, 7 January 2021 (UTC)

Hi. My request on the article Draft:Asif Tariq was declined because of lack of sources. Unfortunately is a very small town and is difficult to find many sources. I did my best. The article I created is for a college project. Hope in your help. Majid Saleem78 (talk) 14:05, 6 January 2021 (UTC)
I added some more citations as it was mentioned by you. Majid Saleem78 (talk) 14:41, 6 January 2021 (UTC)
- Majid Saleem78, Thank you for reaching out. I checked the references, they are not relevent enough. However, this is my personal opinion so I would request you to hold patience and let the page being reviewed by another AfC reviewer or else, I would also suggest you visit Wikipedia:Teahouse and seek advice on how to improve this draft. All the best. - Hatchens (talk) 05:29, 7 January 2021 (UTC)
Thank you for your advice. The subject is a renowned Kashmiri poet. Majid Saleem78 (talk) 05:30, 7 January 2021 (UTC)
- Dear TheAafi, what's your opinion on this Draft:Asif Tariq? Since you are from the South Asian subcontinent, I would be happy to align my thought with yours. - Hatchens (talk) 05:35, 7 January 2021 (UTC)
- Hatchens, Majid Saleem78, The article in its current form appears to me in bad tone. I feel good to mention that Mahmud Gami lies rested close to my place. Reviewing the article sources, it seems that they are just meant to promote the subject. The best piece at ThePrint does not have any kind of information about Asif Tariq. ─ The Aafī (talk) 06:01, 7 January 2021 (UTC)
- At quite young age Asif has gained prominence for his works.
- Temi doh oos rood pewaan" ("تمہِ رہ اوس رود پیوان") (transl. It was raining that day) is highly appreciated.
- He's well-versed in Kashmiri Sufi literature, having read and memorised the works of prominent Sufi poets such as Sheikh ul Alam, Shams Fakeer, Mahmood Geámi, Lala Ded and Mehjoor.
- He wrote his first poem Waqt. He always found solace in listening to Kashmiri folk tales from his family elders. When he was confident that his work was sublime and possessed a certain amount of literary merit, he paid a visit to the renowned Kashmiri poet, Zareef Ahmad Zareef. The latter was charmed by the young poet’s work and offered to be his mentor.
- Hatchens, Majid Saleem78, The article in its current form appears to me in bad tone.
There is no promotional tone i have written the draft as mentioned in references. I request you please don't criticise the said draft. I request you to help me out. Majid Saleem78 (talk) 06:48, 7 January 2021 (UTC)
- Majid Saleem78, On the Wikipedia, you need to follow neutral point of view defo. As I've outlined above, the article is clear cut promotion of its subject. The subject fails to meet general notability criteria and there is no indication of "presumed notability". ─ The Aafī (talk) 10:43, 7 January 2021 (UTC)
A kitten for you!
I hope you won't feel bad as I closed a discussion on your talk page. Lol. Have fun. You're an amazing editor.

Draft:The Spirit of Israel
Hi there, I cannot understand why was the draft declined?... The spirit is one of the largest non-profit organization in Israel that helps so many people! I placed 17 sources and most of them are huge in Israel which is a small country, i.e: Dun & Bradstreet (huge huge site), ynet (top 2 news sites and most bought newspaper) and maariv (top 5 news sites and a large newspaper), that besides the jpost, jewish agency, etc. Can you please reconsider? Thanks, Shir2020 (talk) 08:47, 12 January 2021 (UTC).

Speedy deletion nomination of HRH Group of Hotels
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on HRH Group of Hotels, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. (See section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
- It appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement of https://www.hrhhotels.com/abouthrh.php. (See section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Update
Dear friend, I'm taking a short break from Wikipedia (though not fully, because I really feel bad without academic works) as my semester exams at the University are starting from 27 of this month. In case you need any help concerning AfC submissions, please ping my alt-mobile account i.e. AafiOnMobile where I've both AfC and NPP flags. As a token of appreciation, I received a beautiful gift from Wikidata India (on the eighth birthday of Wikidata), but I got it late, today, and such gifts increase my passion "more". Council of Five
It wasn't really a hoax or a prank, it's something from a book allegedly from the KGB. Speedy Deletion: Sam Adeyemi
Dear Hatchens,
It seems you deleted the page for Sam Adeyemi. The article was not intended to be promotional, and I believe the subject deserves a Wikipedia page, for the following reasons: 1. He is one of the most notable Nigerian citizens. 2. He is an author with many published works. 3. He is an international motivational speaker. 4. He is the founder and pastor of one of the most prominent Nigerian megachurches.
I was doing some research and was quite astounded to find no Wikipedia page on him, hence my decision to work on creating the page. Everything I wrote was based on publicly available information, from many sources. Apart from the cited sources, many any others are available and can be provided. I am not connected with the subject in any way, and have no reason whatsoever to promote him or his ministry.
Kindly assist to retrieve the deleted material for improvement, as it took lot of time to create; starting all over would be onerous. I don't understand what the exact violations were. Please help with retrieval so corrections can be made based on your recommendation, and more sources added.
Thank you. ProfParochus (talk) 03:39, 3 February 2021 (UTC)
- Dear ProfParochus, thank you for reaching out. I have only nominated for deletion because of lacking any kind of encyclopedic value in the first place. You need to get in touch with admin Deb who have actually deleted it and I guess you do need certain administrator permission/access to recreate it because of WP:SALT. All the best. - Hatchens (talk) 03:59, 3 February 2021 (UTC)

Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". Regarding redirect
Hey there, regarding the redirect of Uttarakhand glacier outburst. I created the article 5 hours before the one that you redirected. So please act according to that. Thankyou Kichu🐘 Discuss 05:07, 8 February 2021 (UTC)
And please tell me how does it become vandalism.. Regards Kichu🐘 Discuss 05:10, 8 February 2021 (UTC)
- Kashmorwiki, it doesn't matter who created which article first. You can maintain your independent article. Do not redirect by yourself. If your page had been redirected to the page which I have created... then it might have been done by an admin or a reviewer. So, kindly do not override by yourself. Involve an admin/reviewer from your end for the redirection (if needed). - Hatchens (talk) 05:12, 8 February 2021 (UTC)
- Kashmorwiki, kindly refer to your talk page for more details. Best regards. - Hatchens (talk) 05:16, 8 February 2021 (UTC)
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:MobileDiff/1005456063 It was not done by an admin or reviewer. Thats why did it myself. And by the way you should not accuse others for vandalism without any valid reason. Cheers Kichu🐘 Discuss 05:17, 8 February 2021 (UTC)
- Kashmorwiki, once the redirection is done... a reviewer is also taking a look at it. It doesn't happen just like that. Besides, it's a current event. so better refrain and maintain your own independent article or else your act can be counted as vandalism. Again I'm repeating... you can create and maintain your own article. Merge/redirection calls can be taken later as the event timeline evolves. If you intend for redirection, then you can post a notice for redirection by following these guidelines WP:RFD#HOWTO. All the best. - Hatchens (talk) 05:23, 8 February 2021 (UTC)
- Kashmorwiki, I have not yet accused you of vandalism. If I had, I would have had warned you under the guidelines of WP:UWS via WP:TWINKLE. Take this discussion in a constructive manner. - Hatchens (talk) 05:26, 8 February 2021 (UTC)
In my talk page, you started a discussion under the heading Kindly avoid vandalism. Please dont make any such comments. I have been just granted temporary rollback rights for my continuous effort in fightin vandalism. So posting such things which I dont know will have a negative impact on the reviewer. Regards Kichu🐘 Discuss 07:49, 8 February 2021 (UTC)

Your Intention?
Why are you creating a dupliclate article by just changing the title name for the second time? Kichu🐘 Discuss 14:18, 9 February 2021 (UTC)
- Kashmorwiki, it's not a duplicate article. It's different content. Besides that, it's not a glacial lake outburst flood. It's an avalanche. - Hatchens (talk) 15:00, 9 February 2021 (UTC)
If it is the case so, you could have opted for moving the page. Why going for a new article with almost same contents. You could have started a discussion and then after achieving consensus, the page could have been renamed from flood into Avalanche. Please follow the correct procedured rather than going for some uncertain methods. Regards Kichu🐘 Discuss 16:06, 9 February 2021 (UTC)
- Kashmorwiki, relax dude. There is always an option called "merge to and from" which we can franchise at the right time. And by the way the content is bound to be similar because its a "common event" with a different outlook. - Hatchens (talk) 16:08, 9 February 2021 (UTC)
I understood the point brother. I respect your contribution to this platfotm as you are more experienced user me. But what I am trying to imply here is that going for a requested move or boldy moving the article was the first choice that you cold have done in this case. Explain
You've made a number of inexplicable mistakes at AFC, but this is by far the most baffling one. Please explain. CUPIDICAE💕 15:23, 11 February 2021 (UTC)
- Dear Praxidicae, thank you for reaching out. With respect to Daniel Watrous, I was not able to find the required multiple reliable sources (at the time of review) - especially in Google Scholar and Google Books. In the latter, I did find passing mentions in quite a few administrative registers but none satisfied the "significant coverage" angle. That's why I took that call. Maybe my interpretation is not as good as yours due to lack of experience. But, yes, I am learning and evolving. Also, I would like to know my other mistakes that might have come to your notice so that I can learn and make my AfC reviewing much more justifiable and relevant to editing norms. Thank you once again for helping me by being critical. - Hatchens (talk) 02:42, 12 February 2021 (UTC)

I am still thinking Praxidicae is pointing towards this mistake of mine. please do correct me. - Hatchens (talk) 11:53, 12 February 2021 (UTC)

Declined draft submission
Hi, you recently declined the Draft:Prateek_Sharma_(Gastroenterologist).
WP's rules Wikipedia:Notability_(academics) say that an academic is considered notable if:
The person has been an elected member of a highly selective and prestigious scholarly society or association or a fellow of a major scholarly society which reserves fellow status as a highly selective honor
Sharma is a Fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology and the American College of Physicians. Both are highly prestigious and acclaimed. The latter's page reads that "Fellowship and Mastership in ACP recognize outstanding achievement in internal medicine. Fellows are recommended by their peers, endorsed by their local chapter leadership, and reviewed by a national credentials subcommittee."
Considering he is a fellow of these two, especially the ACP, he seems qualifying by default.
I obviously don't want to step on anyone's toes but is it possible this was missed during the review?
My apologies if this is not the proper channel to ask this. Gastr850oath (talk) 12:56, 16 February 2021 (UTC)
- Gastr850oath, Thank you for reaching out. But, I will not discount you on your interpretation. Yes... you're right. It can be considered as one of the factors of under WP:ACADEMICS. But, for an academic notability qualification, citations and h-index are very much important which you haven't added yet as suggested by DGG (5 most cited papers). Secondly, during my review... I found the whole draft is more about the glorification of one's achievement and because of that neutrality is a bit hard to establish. Last but not the least, I found crucial dates are missing or intentionally left out. Kindly address these issues. And feel free to get back, we (reviewers) are always there to assist you. Thanks - Hatchens (talk) 14:44, 16 February 2021 (UTC)
- Hi, thanks for the steadfast reply. I am a bit confused by so many rules and I swear I never intended to write anything that could sound unencyclopedic. I have removed two sections altogether which I guess are not essential to his notability or significance. His h-index is 65. I'm not sure where in the article I'm supposed to reflect that. I also added his year of birth - the full date of birth isn't cited anywhere in public. Gastr850oath (talk) 15:02, 16 February 2021 (UTC)
- I'd like to add I just added 5 most cited publications with all the links. For his field the h-index is quite high. Gastr850oath (talk) 16:04, 16 February 2021 (UTC)
- Gastr850oath, I've added the Scopus author ID on behalf of you. - Hatchens (talk) 16:59, 16 February 2021 (UTC)
- I'd like to add I just added 5 most cited publications with all the links. For his field the h-index is quite high. Gastr850oath (talk) 16:04, 16 February 2021 (UTC)
- Thank you. Could you kindly fill me in on the process: as I've responded to each comment and have demonstrated notability, how do I go about it? Do I tag DGG since he was the first to comment and ask for another review? I think the ACTP fellowship and h-index of over 60 is a definite pass for notability from what I read. Thank you in advance. Gastr850oath (talk) 18:47, 16 February 2021 (UTC)
- As you have resubmitted the draft. It will be soon reviewed by another reviewer. As I have already reviewed it once, I will not get involved in it... for a second time. And, of course, you can ping DGG. He is the most seasoned editor in our midst. I trust his validation and reasoning. - Hatchens (talk) 03:07, 17 February 2021 (UTC)

Gastr850oath, I will review it after you make all the changes I suggested. Give the citation numbers. / It's not the h value that's the criterion, It's whether there are papers with over 100 cites otr, better 20). And remove trivial awards. You might also wantto look atour pagefor Americna College of Physicians. Fellow is not even their highest level of membership. As with medical societies generally, Fellow is nowhere near the level as Fellow AAAS . It's worth mentioning, but it doesn't show notability under WP:PROF DGG ( talk ) 03:13, 17 February 2021 (UTC)
- DGG I indicated the citation numbers in the publication list. It is as follows: 241, 181, 102, 84, 62. I also removed all awards but the ASGE which I believe warrants inclusion as it is considered prestigious in the field of endoscopy and is reserved for senior mentors who have put in a substantial amount of time in guiding and mentoring next generation professionals. Thanks User:AafiOnMobile, working on it. Kind regards, LovingOperaForever (talk) 11:01, 5 February 2021 (UTC)
Hi The Aafī on Mobile, I analyzed the draft again, and the only part that could lead to a misunderstanding regarding the neutrality is: "Her voice is feminine with a dark timbre, brought by dynamic music accent to highlight opera singing's tragic nature." This is a technical evaluation of Opera singers voice instrument in this case her voice technically has a "Dynamic Accent", e.g.:
- A dynamic accent or stress accent is an emphasis using louder sound or a stronger sound, typically most pronounced on the attack of the sound.
- A tonic accent is an emphasis on notes by virtue of being higher in pitch as opposed to higher in volume.
- An agogic accent is an emphasis by virtue of being longer in duration.
Please let me know if this explaination can solve the issue. Kind regards, LovingOperaForever (talk) 12:13, 5 February 2021 (UTC)
Hi Hatchens and AafiOnMobile, could you help me to understand if the draft is good for the approval after my explanation or needs to be amended, please? Kind regards, LovingOperaForever (talk) 08:15, 8 February 2021 (UTC)

Enquiry on notability assessment and recommended improvements
Hello Hatchens,
I have noted your comments on the talk page of the draft for the article Bluebell Group, thank you.
I am unsure how to proceed before resubmitting for review, as the coverage on this company is comparatively rich, with notable industry sources (Women's Wear Daily / Yahoo Finance) dedicating an entire article to the company, and regular coverage in news and trade media (SCMP, Inside Retail etc). From a business perspective, the company also has a reported annual turnover of USD 2.5 billion, and plays an important role in the distribution of luxury goods in Asia - though I understand industry significance does not weigh as much as notability.
In both respects, the references and notability exceed those of other published articles from the same industry and geography - e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jebsen_Group.
Is it a case of cutting down the article's information to only the coverage that is notable (WWD/Yahoo Finance) and removing the information based on "passing mentions", e.g. the brands that the group distributes?
Many thanks in advance for your guidance.

- Hi Gregocole, thanks for reaching out. Can you enhance the draft further with SCMP links (which I didn't find) and other news sources as per WP:RS? In the meanwhile, let me introduce you to two expert editors from Asia who can further assist - Prolix and TheAafi. Let's work together on this. - Hatchens (talk) 14:05, 19 January 2021 (UTC)
- Hi Hatchens, thanks for getting back so quickly, and good to be in touch with Prolix and TheAafi. In the current draft I have referenced only two articles from SCMP that I believe to be relevant/significant:
- This interview with the company's fashion director: Sophie de Rougemont talks bringing Asia affordable luxury
- This news piece on retailer strikes in Hong Kong last year: Hong Kong retailers stage unprecedented strikes
- Hi Hatchens, thanks for getting back so quickly, and good to be in touch with Prolix and TheAafi. In the current draft I have referenced only two articles from SCMP that I believe to be relevant/significant:
- All other articles are mentions so I didn't reference them: https://www.scmp.com/search/%22bluebell%20group%22
- Appreciate your thoughts/advice, thanks!
Gregocole (talk) 13:46, 19 January 2021 (UTC)
- Gregocole, This SCMP piece is not independent, and thus unhelpful for the subject to establish notability. I don't find online available sources enough to satisfy GNG. This AfD must be concerned as well. Thank you. ─ The Aafī (talk) 02:00, 20 January 2021 (UTC)
- Also my friend, a note; just because any existing article on Wikipedia is unreferenced or badly referenced, is not a valid reason/argument to say that "my article is better than this & that". ─ The Aafī (talk) 02:03, 20 January 2021 (UTC)
- TheAafi, true that! - Hatchens (talk) 04:27, 20 January 2021 (UTC)
- Thanks TheAafi for your review, and the comparison was certainly not meant in any presuming way - I was trying to use a benchmark to better understand the standards applied and required. All the sources provided for this article date from 2016 onward, as the company has seen momentum and increased coverage since the last AfD in 2011. With this in mind, may I ask if none of the other references (including coverage from WWD - one of the leading global publications for the fashion industry, which was also picked up on Yahoo! Finance) qualify the GNG? More generally, is the consensus that Bluebell Group will not qualify to be listed on Wikipedia as a notable company in Hong Kong? Thanks in advance. Gregocole (talk) 10:03, 20 January 2021 (UTC)
- TheAafi, true that! - Hatchens (talk) 04:27, 20 January 2021 (UTC)

- Hi Hatchens, here come additional sources I believe should meet notability criteria (independent, credible, more than just a passing mention, discussing Bluebell's industry role). Seeing as Bluebell is an Asia-wide group, some of the sources are in Japanese and Korean. Would you have any tips on how to get notability reviewed by native speakers? Thanks in advance!

- Gregocole, I checked both SCMP and WSJ links - Both are independent and written by staff writers. It does satisfies WP:NCORP, WP:THREE and WP:RSP. But, it still lacks WP:SIGCOV because of passing mentions in most of the links which you have shared. However, that can be overlooked at the current stage if and only if TheAafi gives a nod. I guess it's time to ping the experts. - Hatchens (talk) 09:24, 19 February 2021 (UTC)
- Gregocole (talk) 08:57, 19 February 2021 (UTC)
Hatchens, If you feel this passes any subjective criteria, that's enough. If NCORP is passed, I don't feel it necessary that other criterias must or should be met as well. ─ The Aafī on Mobile (talk) 09:42, 19 February 2021 (UTC)
- AafiOnMobile, I'm still skeptical. You know when it's about company pages it's better to refer it to particular wiki projects or seek an opinion from experts like Prolix. Shoutout @ Prolix. - Hatchens (talk) 11:47, 19 February 2021 (UTC)
- Hatchens Thanks for checking; looking forward to hearing the thoughts from Prolix, and if needed on the Korean and Japanese sources. Cheers! - Gregocole
- Gregocole, let me resubmit the draft for a review. Let others chip in. -Hatchens (talk) 02:45, 24 February 2021 (UTC)

- Hi Diannaa, Thank you for reaching out and helping me with this draft. I tried to paraphrase it. I apologize for the para 2 in History section. Let me rework on this. Shall I pull the draft out of the submission list? Kindly advise. - Hatchens (talk) 13:56, 2 March 2021 (UTC)

Hello Hatchens
Thank you for reaching out and suggesting Alexander Zaytsev might be a candidate for speedy deletion. I believe it is apparent from the content of the article, supported with sources, how the article is relevant. Consider the following rich Belarusians: Yury Chyzh, Vladimir Peftiev.
Zaytsev is also notable, as is clear in the content of the article, for being closely linked to Victor Lukashenko, son of Alexander Lukashenko, nominal president of Belarus. In other words, this is an influential Belarusian businessman with links to the Lukashenko family.
I would appreciate it if you gave a bit more time to indicate why you chose to nominate it for speedy deletion. --Jabbi (talk) 14:15, 9 February 2021 (UTC)
- Could you please pick up on Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Alexander Zaytsev (businessman) ? It seems to me to be notable as it has a Russian language article which cites multiple other sources. --Jabbi (talk) 23:58, 18 February 2021 (UTC)
- Jabbi, Thank you for reaching out. Let's wait for the AfD consensus/outcome. - Hatchens (talk) 02:15, 19 February 2021 (UTC)
- Hatchens, Do I understand correctly that your editorial policy is to nominate for AfD but not participate in the debate? I have responded in detail to the issues you've raised, other arguments have been made supporting keeping the article. Do you not intend to respond to these developments? --Jabbi (talk) 11:16, 19 February 2021 (UTC)
- Hatchens, The discussion has been relisted. If you could respond to my answers I think that would move things along. Otherwise I am wholly failing to understand how it is you work. You first nominated it for speedy deletion which was rejected by another admin and then re-nominated for AfD with clearly stated issues that you find but then when I respond to them you stay silent. How is that supposed to work? --Jabbi (talk) 19:28, 22 February 2021 (UTC)
- Jabbi, just pinged few experts to take a call on your article's AfD. Let's hope for the best. - Hatchens (talk) 05:18, 5 March 2021 (UTC)
