The following list of articles may contain tables whose sort functions do not work properly due to the presence of rowspans or colspans. Rowspans tent to cause sorting to yield malformed tables. Colspans tend to cause either the wrong data to be sorted or the failure of the entire sort process. These are cases that should be fixed with the implementation of the proposed table sort enhancements.

This list is based of the 2009-05-20 dump for tables with table sorting enabled (class="sortable") that also appear to have cells with either rowspan of colspan attributes no equal to one. Tables that define the "unsortable" or "sortbottom" rows are excluded. The following regular expression was used.

The list may contain some false hits, but a random sampling shows that most do in fact have problems.
