Government |
The 2010 Alabama House of Representatives elections were held on November 2, 2010. Voters in all 105 districts of the Alabama House of Representatives voted for their representatives. Other elections were also held on November 2.
Overview
[edit]Republicans gained 17 seats, taking control of the chamber, while the Democrats lost 17 seats. After the election, four Democratic representatives switched to the Republican party, increasing the size of their caucus to 66 seats.[1][2]
