Scope

This task force covers Italian military history after the fall of the Western Roman Empire (c. 500); previous events are covered by the Classical warfare task force.

Any article related to this task force should be marked by adding Italian-task-force=yes or Italian=y to the {{WPMILHIST}} project banner at the top of its talk page (see the project banner instructions for more details on the exact syntax). This will automatically place it into Category:Italian military history task force articles.
