Disambiguation link notification for September 1
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Sale el Sol, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page IAC (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

RE: Shakira's Portal and Live from Paris
Congratulations with "Gypsy", you've done a great job with the She Wolf articles! In regards to Live from Paris, I don't see the need to include the album or the tour in the She Wolf topic. Taking a look at the track listing and set list, both are mostly made up of Sale el Sol songs, and the rest are only a couple tracks from a few of her earlier albums. And yes, I think it's a good idea to get the portal going! If you need any help with anything, leave me a message and I'll surely help out! WikiRedactor (talk) 19:40, 6 September 2013 (UTC)
- Looks great! Now that She Wolf is well on its way to GT, it looks like another cluster of Shakira albums/songs is ready for some TLC! I remember you expressing interest in working on her English-language albums first, are you planning on taking on Laundry Service or Oral Fixation, Vol. 2 anytime soon? WikiRedactor (talk) 17:13, 7 September 2013 (UTC)
- Makes sense, ahaha! I had been working on some of the Pies Descalzos articles, but I got a bit side-tracked and started working on revamping/creating The Hills pages, and have been redoing the "Oops!... I Did It Again" and Hannah Montana articles in my sandboxes. Once I get those projects completed, my goal is to get back to working on Britney/Shakira/Xtina articles again. Your GA nomination of Aphrodite (song)
The article Aphrodite (song) you nominated as a good article has been placed on hold . The article is close to meeting the good article criteria, but there are some minor changes or clarifications needed to be addressed. If these are fixed within 7 days, the article will pass, otherwise it will fail. See Talk:Aphrodite (song) for things which need to be addressed. Articles you might like to edit, from SuggestBot
We are currently running a study on the effects of adding additional information to SuggestBot's suggestions. Participation in the study is voluntary. Should you wish to not participate in the study, or have questions or concerns, you can find contact information on the SuggestBot study page.
IMPORTANT CHANGES: We have modified the selection of articles SuggestBot suggests and altered the design to incorporate more information about the articles, as described in this explanation.
Note: All columns in this table are sortable, allowing you to rearrange the table so the articles most interesting to you are shown at the top. All images have mouse-over popups with more information.
Changes to SuggestBot's suggestions
We have changed the number of suggested articles and which categories they are selected from. The number of stubs has been greatly reduced, the number of articles needing sources doubled, and two new categories added (orphans and unencyclopaedic articles). We have also modified the layout of the suggestions and added sortable columns with various types of information about each article. The first two columns are:
- Views/Day
- Daily average number of views an article's had over the past 14 days.
- Quality
- Predicted article quality on a 1- to 3-star scale. Placing your cursor over the stars should give you a pop-up describing the article's quality (Low/Medium/High), current assessment class, and predicted assessment class.
The method we use to predict article quality also allows us to assess whether an article might need specific types of work in order to improve its quality. The work needed might not correspond to cleanup tags added to the article, since our method is not based on those. We have added five columns reflecting this work assessment, where a red X indicates improvement is needed. Placing your cursor over an X should give you a pop-up with a short description of the work needed. The five columns seek to answer the following five questions:
- Content
- Is more content needed?
- Headings
- Does this article have an appropriate section structure?
- Images
- Is the number of illustrative images about right?
- Links
- Does this article link to enough other Wikipedia articles?
- Sources
- For its length, is there an appropriate number of citations to sources in this article?
SuggestBot picks articles in a number of ways based on other articles you've edited, including straight text similarity, following wikilinks, and matching your editing patterns against those of other Wikipedians. It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. We appreciate that you have signed up to receive suggestions regularly, your contributions make Wikipedia better — thanks for helping!

Hi there, I'm pleased to inform you that I've begun reviewing the article She Wolf you nominated for GA-status according to the criteria. This process may take up to 7 days. My GA review
Hey look, I'm really sorry this is taking me so long, normally we'd be in the final stages of review by now but my browser is having some severe issues, so this will take a little bit longer at least until these issues are fixed. Just when I think they are, I discover they're not. Obviously I can still use my web browser, but it's making the review process more complicated than it needs to be. I'll get it done someday though ;) LazyBastardGuy 20:37, 22 September 2013 (UTC)
The article She Wolf you nominated as a good article has failed ; see Talk:She Wolf for reasons why the nomination failed. If or when these points have been taken care of, you may apply for a new nomination of the article. Message delivered by Legobot, on behalf of LazyBastardGuy -- LazyBastardGuy (talk) 04:22, 24 September 2013 (UTC)
- I'm really sorry to have kept you waiting so long and then all of a sudden "Whoops, hey, you didn't make it". I feel really bad about it, but at the same time I can't say I would have put it on hold until it could have been fixed; that workload is too big for the GA review process to handle. LazyBastardGuy 04:24, 24 September 2013 (UTC)
- I'm glad you understand. I suppose a GA fail or two every once in awhile is healthy to keep one's ego in check; I anticipate I'll have a few of my own down the road. LazyBastardGuy 18:47, 24 September 2013 (UTC)
