User talk:Welaskesi
Welcome!
[edit]Hello, Welaskesi, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as Parnas Café, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's content policies and may not be retained. In short, the topic of an article must be notable and have already been the subject of publication by reliable and independent sources.
Please review Your first article for an overview of the article creation process. The Article Wizard is available to help you create an article, where it will be reviewed and considered for publication. For information on how to request a new article that can be created by someone else, see Requested articles. If you are stuck, come to the Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can help you through the processes.

Speedy deletion nomination of Parnas Café
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Parnas Café requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company, corporation or organization that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Mccapra (talk) 20:00, 16 June 2021 (UTC)

The article Irakli Abashidze street has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Non-notable street
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. wizzito | say hello! 00:15, 19 June 2021 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not move a page to a title that is harder to follow, or move it unilaterally against naming conventions or consensus, as you did to Georgian Air Force. This includes making page moves while a discussion remains underway. We have some guidelines to help with deciding what title is best for a subject. Georgian Air Force
[edit]STOP changing or removing reliably sourced, content as you have done on the Georgian Air Force article. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement. If you continue these disruptive actions you will be permanently blocked from editing - FOX 52 talk! 15:18, 20 July 2021 (UTC)

[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Vere (river), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Betania. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Replaceable fair use File:Shalva Papuashvili portrait.png
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Shalva Papuashvili portrait.png. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the file description page and add the text
{{Di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}}
below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing<your reason>
with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable. - On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification, per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Whpq (talk) 01:48, 19 January 2022 (UTC)

First Deputy Prime Minister
[edit]Hi
Such position does not exist. currently there are 2 VPM Thea Tsulukiani and Levan Davitashvili.
In January 2022, there are 3 VPM David Zalkaliani, Thea Tsulukiani and Levan Davitashvili
In May 2021, there are 1 VP David Zalkaliani. --Panam2014 (talk) 16:22, 3 May 2022 (UTC)
- On February 2021, 2 VP have been appointed : Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani and Finance Minister Ivane Machavariani. Ivane Machavariani left the government on April 2021.
- On July 2 more VP have been appointed, Georgian Minister of Culture, Sport and Youth Tea Tsulukiani and Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia Levan Davitashvili. Panam2014 (talk) 16:33, 3 May 2022 (UTC)
- Hi @Panam2014:
Article 55 of the Constitution of Georgia says:,,The Prime Minister shall appoint and dismiss ministers. He/she shall be authorised to assign the duties of the first Vice Prime Minister to one of the ministers and to assign the duties of the Vice Prime Minister to one or more ministers.
Article 10 of the Low of Georgia ,,ON THE STRUCTURES, POWERS AND PROCEDURES FOR THE ACTIVITIES OF THE GOVERNMENT OF GEORGIA,, says:
1. The Prime Minister shall be authorised to assign to one of the ministers the duty of the First Vice-Prime Minister, and to one or more other ministers the duty of the Vice-Prime Minister.
2. The First Vice-Prime Minister shall perform the duty of the Prime Minister in his/her absence and in other cases provided for by law, as well as in respect of certain individual assignments.
3. The Vice-Prime Minister(s) shall coordinate the exercise of executive power in the field of public management as established by an order of the Prime Minister.
4. The number of Vice-Prime Ministers shall be determined by the Prime Minister.
5. The duties of the First Vice-Prime Minister and the Vice-Prime Minister(s) shall be detrmined by an order of the Prime Minister. The members of the Government shall be notified of the order within 5 days of its issuance. The same order shall determine the functions of the First Vice-Prime Minister and the Vice-Prime Minister(s).
Maya Tskitishvili was First Vice Prime Minister (see :[1]; [2]; [3])
Dimitri Kumsishvili was First Vice Prime Minister (see: [4] (In Georgian))
The Post of Secend Vice Prime Minister does not exist. As written on the Government website, both Tsulukiani and Davitashvili are ordinary Vice Prime Ministers.
––Welaskesi (talk) 20:26, 3 May 2022 (UTC)
P.S. About Zalkaliani, you are right. Im Sorry i was mistaken.
- But Vice Prime Minister of Georgia is not an extra constitutional post. But we should add the list of officeholders. Panam2014 (talk) 20:51, 3 May 2022 (UTC)
- Yes. The information provided in the article is incorrect. But about infoboxes: your last edit is not correct. the post of the First vice PM is Vacant and Tsulukiani and Davitashvili are ordinary Vice PMs.––Welaskesi (talk) 20:56, 3 May 2022 (UTC)
- Both are incumbent since 12 July 2021. Could you add the list of officeholders? Panam2014 (talk) 00:24, 4 May 2022 (UTC)
- But Maya Tskitishvili was VPM from 2018 to 2021 then First VPM From January to February 2021 because in First Gakhari cabinet's website, she is listed as deputy PM. Panam2014 (talk) 00:36, 4 May 2022 (UTC)
- The Last First DPM before Maya Tskitishvili is Dimitri Kumsishvili . Panam2014 (talk) 01:05, 4 May 2022 (UTC)
- Yes, it's true. and about extra constitutionality: Article about Vice PM post is in 2012 Version of the Constitution. (see Article 78 of May 2012 Version)
- I think that the post of Vice VP was created in 2004, when the PM post was created. –– Welaskesi (talk) 10:43, 4 May 2022 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for File:United_Airports_of_Georgia_Logo.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:United_Airports_of_Georgia_Logo.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? — Ирука13 15:02, 24 July 2023 (UTC)
