Two issues with the File:Kate Isaacs.jpg image: 1. Proof of permission is compulsory. See donating copyrighted materials for guidance. 2. If BBC created the image, BBC likely holds the copyright, and a grant from Kate Isaacs would not be good enough. Neither this talk page nor your live edits indicate a clear declaration by you anywhere. Your statement about paid editing turns Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy on it's head. Your contributions regarding Kate Isaacs and NotYourPorn are an obvious conflict of interest and also look promotional. If you are paid to edit these articles, you must clearly declare that. I just reverted your latest edit to NotYourPorn, that removed the maintenance tags. The flagged references are unacceptable. See WP:METRO and WP:CIRCULAR.
