Director for Hot in Cleveland Pilot
Hi. Where does it say that Michael Lembeck was the director of the Hot in Cleveland Pilot? This source says differently. Thanks. Mike Allen 20:28, 22 June 2010 (UTC)
- That's what I figured. I tried to watch it again online at TV Land but it wasn't available. I wonder if he just directed the pilot and the other directors listed on that site will be the series main directors. I guess we will see tomorrow. Thanks Mike Allen 21:59, 22 June 2010 (UTC)
Reviewer
Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, is currently undergoing a two-month trial scheduled to end 15 August 2010.
Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under pending changes. Pending changes is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:OldReviewedPages.
When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.
If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. --Ϫ 23:35, 22 June 2010 (UTC)

Actually, it needs to pass WP:NFF. I'll keep deleting it as a recreation until it does, because that was the reason it was deleted in the AFD.—Kww(talk) 20:28, 26 June 2010 (UTC)
- Show me a reliable source for that (even just a reference that says they've started filming, it doesn't have to say that they've completed it), and I'll undo the last delete so that you can add it to the article.—Kww(talk) 20:49, 26 June 2010 (UTC)
- Please add http://www.disneychannelmedianet.com/web/showpage/showpage.aspx?program_id=3129853&type=lead to the article. It has been restored.—Kww(talk) 05:20, 27 June 2010 (UTC)
List of The Suite Life on Deck episodes
Regarding this edit, the information isn't cited, you just said it was from a press release,[1] and JLKTENNIS43 was quite justified removing the information for the reasons stated in his edit summary. If you can cite the source properly, all should be fine. Regarding Showfax, it uses casting information that can drastically change by the time episodes are produced, so it's not really a reliable source. --AussieLegend (talk) 08:51, 27 June 2010 (UTC)
- The Showfax info may not seem trustworthy, but that's all we have right now as far as the production codes go, same goes for Eric Dean Seaton site. As for the director and writers, I got the information from the Disney Channel press release, the same press release that used to add director and writer info for Hannah Montana (season 4). QuasyBoy (talk) 18:33, 27 June 2010 (UTC)
- I've added that to the article so all should be OK now. --AussieLegend (talk) 19:00, 27 June 2010 (UTC)

Album cover image sizes
Hi QuasyBoy, I run into your name frequently. If I see an album cover image larger than 300 px on one side, I will reduce the image. Since I see your name often, I thought I'd let you know that to meet fair-use requirements in accordance with WP:Albums#Cover, images can't be more than 300 pixels on the largest size. This way, you can upload your images and they'll remain (to your credit), instead of me swinging by and resizing and requesting the larger image's deletion. Hope that makes sense; I think this would work to both our benefit! – Kerαunoςcopia◁galaxies 22:22, 9 July 2010 (UTC)

Deletion of Alexis Fields
I have seen your message on my talk page about recreating Alexis Fields. You say you will add "references and all the bells and whistles". I suggest assembling a list of references first, and when you have done so let me know, and I will see whether I think they establish notability. You could write a draft for the article at User:QuasyBoy/Alexis Fields, but personally I would not encourage you to, because I have seen many users put a lot of work into doing that sort of thing, only to see it wasted if the subject is not notable. No amount of good writing and reference adding will make a non-notable subject notable. If you can provide good evidence of notability then it will be fine to re-create the article, but with an article which has already been deleted nine times I am not highly optimistic, so I think "provide the references first" is a better suggestion. If you do decide to do that then User:QuasyBoy/Alexis Fields is probably a good place to save them. One final point: I see that, although the article has been deleted 9 times, only one of those deletions has been within the last two years. A lot can change in two years, so it may be that she really is more notable now, and an article may be a better proposition than it once was. I have no idea whether that is so, but I thought it worth mentioning as a possibility. JamesBWatson (talk) 19:48, 22 July 2010 (UTC)

Alexis Fields
Enough is enough. This article has now been deleted ten times, so I have "salted" the title - protected it against re-creation. If you want to persist, you will have to create a draft in your user space, as suggested by JamesBWatson above, and then go to WP:Deletion review; but I would repeat JBW's warning against spending much too time trying to make a non-notable subject look notable by rewriting. Look carefully at WP:ENTERTAINER which is the standard concerned, and note the word "significant". Regards, JohnCD (talk) 20:14, 26 July 2010 (UTC)
- I will absolutely dispute this in deletion review, when I have the time. I still believe that the article was unfairly deleted in the first place. The fact that it was created 9 times, including by myself means that Ms. Fields does have notability with the public. QuasyBoy (talk) 20:20, 26 July 2010 (UTC)
- OK, good luck, but Wikipedia notability is a technical term, not necessarily the same as "popular with the public". If you like, I will copy the last version into your userspace for you to work on. JohnCD (talk) 22:14, 26 July 2010 (UTC)

Curious why you "deleted references for aired episodes." It's not typical to delete references here - they are the backbone of Wikipedia, and the hardest part to get right. List of Wizards of Waverly Place characters
This edit was inappropriate because it breaches Wikipedia's non-free content criteria, as I indicated in the edit summary when I removed it.[2] Non-free content must be used encyclopaedically. An image of the cast in a characters article is appropriate because it identifies the cast members. File:Wowp poster.png is a promotional poster identifying only three of the six cast members shown in File:WOWPcast2.jpg. It is not a cast photo per se, and it does not provide the same encyclopaedic value that WOWPcast2.jpg does. WP:NFCC#8 states, "non-free content is used only if its presence would significantly increase readers' understanding of the topic, and its omission would be detrimental to that understanding." Use of WOWPcast2.jpg in the article barely meets the requirements of WP:NFCC#8. While it does increase readers' understanding of the topic, although not significantly, its removal would not be detrimental to that understanding. Wowp poster.png doesn't even meet the first part of WP:NFCC#8 because it does not significantly increase readers' understanding of the topic. Its use in the article seems gratuitous at best. --AussieLegend (talk) 00:00, 15 September 2010 (UTC)
Regarding use of File:WOWPcast2.jpg in Wizards of Waverly Place (season 2), as indicated in you edit summary,[3] it was also used in Wizards of Waverly Place. However, it only had a non-free use rationale (FUR) for Wizards of Waverly Place.[4] FURs are required for each article that a non-free image is used in so I have added the required FURs. --AussieLegend (talk) 00:11, 15 September 2010 (UTC)

It already is. See here: List of One Tree Hill episodes. Jayy008 (talk) 20:51, 15 September 2010 (UTC)
- I didn't realise. I will get around to it eventually, but it will take me a while. I don't own the page though, you don't need my permission, if you think it would be better (which I also do) then go for it! :) Jayy008 (talk) 21:08, 15 September 2010 (UTC)
- I did it for The Vampire Diaries but it took me so long. I'll have to wait until I have a lot of time to do it. Jayy008 (talk) 21:26, 15 September 2010 (UTC)
- I did TVD before it was incubated. It should still be correctly formatted when it comes out of incubation. Jayy008 (talk) 22:13, 15 September 2010 (UTC)
- Yep, but work is progressing very slow on both. Jayy008 (talk) 22:20, 15 September 2010 (UTC)
Wizards episodes
Yes that is true, becuase one, the season will be starting to film soon, and two those episodes are from Showfax, a site that posts scripts for people to buy to audtion for that episode. Showfax does not fit into Wikipedia's "Reliable Source" rules so technically they should be removed. Also, just because Season 4 episodes titles (That may very well change) are released, that doesn't mean there are not more season 3 episodes to air. What you told me is original research, which does not count as a reliable source, which is why a Press Release released by Disney counts as a reliable source.
- Showfax does not count as a reliable source for one, they only give pre-production information, not the post-productions, meaning if the episode title name changes when it does air, Showfax's "Reference" isn't reliable.
- The "the codes begin with the number 4, not 3, indicating that the episodes of Wizards that are coming up are season 4 episodes, NOT season 3 episodes." Is true, because they deleted the Season 3 information that was on there and filming for Season 3 ended in March, so they wouldn't have that information on there anymore.
- The Press Release is still valid because tehy extended the season during production of the Show back at the time the Press Release was released. The Press Releases says "Extended toe season to have a total of 86 episodes." Meaning they extended Season 3 enough for after Season 3 finished production, there will be 86 total episodes produced.
- As for "If there are really 5 episodes left in season 3 as you claim (not including the 3 episodes that will air in October), the episodes titles would have leaked by now." There's still HM Forever episodes left to air and we don't know the episode titles for those. As well as Good Luck Charlie, there's Season 2 episode titles released however season 1 is airing with unknown episodes inbetween. - Alec2011 (talk) 21:54, 21 September 2010 (UTC)
uploading images
I am trying to re-upload these images that are here http://www.pbs.org/parents/fetch/program/characters_s01.html http://www.pbs.org/parents/fetch/program/characters_s02.html http://www.pbs.org/parents/fetch/program/characters_s03.html http://www.pbs.org/parents/fetch/program/characters_s04.html
They are mainly the casts pics. Them seem to look a bit better. any they pages I have for the old images are here File:Fetchcast.jpg File:Fetchtv main.jpg File:Page3 img b.gif File:Local13a.jpg
and it seams to be not working to replace the old image to the old one. I don't know what I am doing wrong. Is there something I am supposed to do. when I get the re upload page I fill in the information. I tried just giving it a simple description and putting this in for the different seasons

So what am I supposed to do for the upload.
I did change the title when I saved it as Season 2 cast and so on. I got season 5 working since I had to upload that one anyway.Saylaveer (talk) 15:04, 22 September 2010 (UTC)

One Tree Hill season 1
Hello, the BR symbols were there because the image pushes the episode section the right. Jayy008 (talk) 14:16, 24 September 2010 (UTC)
- They shouldn't show up on the page at all? They should be hidden. How can you see them? Jayy008 (talk) 19:04, 24 September 2010 (UTC)
- Oh, well I just don't like the table pushed to the right. I'm for removing the image all together though? Or making it smaller? Jayy008 (talk) 19:11, 24 September 2010 (UTC)
Nikita
I saw the ratings go back up too. The reason I didn't revert is because the first ep and the third ep uses overnight ratings. Why should the second ep be the only one to use finals? Shouldn't they all be the same for consistency? Jayy008 (talk) 13:25, 25 September 2010 (UTC)
- Nope. By the way, do you know anywhere that actually posts finals that isn't a forum? That would be so helpful as TvbytheNumbers doesn't seem to post them in viewers any more. Jayy008 (talk) 16:05, 25 September 2010 (UTC)
- Okay, thanks anyway. Jayy008 (talk) 16:19, 25 September 2010 (UTC)

RE: [5] IMDB has user generated content in the "trivia" sections, but the staff/crew portions are staff reviewed and so that content has been identified as acceptable information. There is no indication that ANY of the content at TV.com recieves ANY review and oversight and therefore is NOT a place that meets the WP:EL guidelines. Please revert yourself.
