Music of Serbia
Ok, you.....i improved article with shortening biography of singer which was written already on page when you click on singer, there wasn't really need to have double text....and corrected some things like turbo folk, pop folk music...since there were some incorrect things like....real folk music has nothing to with turbo folk. I hope this is enough to prove my editing as correct and not violation --95.85.150.29 (talk) 19:49, 2 May 2015 (UTC)

Birdman
Hi, I'm tlwendt2 and I made an edit to the Birdman(film) page. The edit I recently made about the plot was no attempt of vandalism, but I was wondering if you could tell me why Cluebot NG removed it immediately? Is there any reason why no specific person made an edit to it? Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 130.126.255.191 (talk) 02:43, 5 May 2015 (UTC)

Starbucks
Hi! I'm lscheff2, I edited the Starbucks page and added a section on the mobile app, and in less than a minute my contributions were deleted by ClueBot. If you could just let me know why the bot deleted my content, that would be great! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lscheff2 (talk • contribs) 20:49, 5 May 2015 (UTC)
- @Lscheff2: There are some things we need to clarify here:
- Your contributions were not deleted. Deletion is something only administrators can do, and ClueBot NG is not an administrator. Your contributions were reverted and are still visible in the page history.
- I'm fairly certain your question would fit better on User talk:ClueBot Commons and not this page.
- Now, the bot reverted your edit because it was similar to many other unconstructive edits in the bot's database. Looking at the edit carefully though, your edit seemed to read more like something written for promotional purposes, which is why the bot reverted it. You made a similar edit a few days later and Davey2010 reverted it since he/she believed it read like a manual or instructional guide, which isn't what Wikipedia is (it's an encyclopedia — like Encyclopedia Britannica). --I am k6ka Talk to me! See what I have done 21:25, 5 May 2015 (UTC)
- Lscheff2 - The edits IMHO were a Guide hence me reverting - I have no objections to you readding providing it's reworded in to a sentence rather than a list, Cheers K6ka for pinging. –Davey2010Talk 21:34, 5 May 2015 (UTC)
Re:Help with a stub
Hi, I am very wiki illiterate, and was wondering if you might be able to help me stumble through my assignment- the guidelines are as follows Find a person, place, or event in history from the years 1500-2000 that is on Wikipedia as a “stub”. Research and write a Wikipedia-style article of at least 500 words about it. Make sure you use hyperlinks (web links) to link it to other subjects that Wikipedia treats, just like Wikipedia articles include links! Make sure you have REFERENCES (footnotes, works cited)! Wikipedia likes references. Your article should be of a high quality, well-written, well-supported, and thorough, comparable to good articles on the Wikipedia website. It should be able to be published.
Here is a list of history-related stubs. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:History_stubs
You could choose virtually any one of these under "history stubs" to use for this project. A stub generally has a sentence or two, no more--it's really ready for some enterprising historian (like you!) to come along and use his or her research and writing skills to inform the world!
Please note: you MAY NOT write a Wikipedia article about a person, place, or thing that already has a thorough article on Wikipedia. That wouldn't be very useful, because the world already knows who that person is or what that place is.
I encourage you to join the Wikipedia community and actually post your article to Wikipedia!
However, that is not required; if you choose you may simply submit it as a .doc or .html file or similar, PROVIDED ALL THE LINKS WORK.
Let me know thanks — Preceding unsigned comment added by Vernonwashere (talk • contribs) 23:33, 5 May 2015 (UTC)

Recent changes
- You can now make charts and maps on your wiki with the new "graph" tool. If you have an old browser, you will see images instead. It uses a tool called Vega; you can learn how to use it and write help pages for your wiki. You can use the Vega edit tool to make charts and copy the code to your wiki. Charts and maps use complex code and you should put them into templates. In the future, you will be able to create charts with VisualEditor. [7] [8] [9]
- You can apply for technical jobs to develop tools for the community. [10]
- The logos of all wikis are now in a new place. It will make pages load faster. You can still ask to change the logo. You can also use local CSS for brief changes. [11] [12]
Problems
- There was a problem that caused slow editing. [13]
- Pages were sometimes removed from your watchlist in VisualEditor. This problem is now fixed. [14]
Changes this week
- The new version of MediaWiki has been on test wikis and MediaWiki.org since May 6. It will be on non-Wikipedia wikis from May 12. It will be on all Wikipedias from May 13 (calendar).
- You can now use data from Wikidata on more pages. The page doesn't need to be linked to the Wikidata item. It works on a few wikis and more wikis will be added soon. [15] [16]
- You should get fewer errors when you add files to Commons. [17]
- When you use an external link to link to a wiki page, VisualEditor now converts it to a wiki link. [18]
- When you add a link in VisualEditor, you see pages that match what you type. It is now easier to see where they match. [19]

Vandalism on a dangerous-subject page
The page Lolcow is currently being vandalized with harassing information on me (Gabriel James Navarro), being put there by the very same cyberbullies who aggressively treat me as a "lolcow", and who are also presently harassing my IP talk page. Please ban these malicious parties. 45.49.131.121 (talk) 03:33, 12 May 2015 (UTC)

Gabriel James Navarro
Can you please explain why you and the other user are reverting factual changes to the Lolcow article? As far as I can tell, the article was created to simply provide non-biased information regarding the lolcow phenomenon on the internet. Most of the recent edits are just adding another example, Gabriel James Navarro, who is a known lolcow as evidenced by sites like this: http://cwckiforums.com/threads/moleman9000.1357/page-1. Allowing the other user, who I suspect is Gabriel Navarro revert edits would be like allowing celebrities to edit out controversies on their own articles for the sake of reputation keeping rather than actual writing information content. 104.138.250.63 (talk) 03:36, 12 May 2015 (UTC)
- Can you please explain why you assumed I reverted edits to the Lolcow article when I haven't? Please seek dispute resolution for content issues. --I am k6ka Talk to me! See what I have done 03:37, 12 May 2015 (UTC)
Bullies
Please help me report these longtime stalkers and cross-site harasser-slanderers. And understand that my "edit warring" is simply removal of vandalism. 45.49.131.121 (talk) 03:53, 12 May 2015 (UTC)
- If you read our page on vandalism carefully, you should realize that this is not considered vandalism. Please stop reverting and seek dispute resolution. --I am k6ka Talk to me! See what I have done 03:55, 12 May 2015 (UTC)

ClueBot III not archiving correctly
Hi,
I thought you might like to know that I have heard back from Rich regarding this. Apparently the WP:API has changed again which has generated a lot of PHP errors so ClueBot III therefore hasn't archived correctly. Rich is now looking into this, hopefully ClueBot III will be back archiving your page shortly!--5 albert square (talk) 00:24, 19 May 2015 (UTC)
