[edit]An article you recently created, Milon Bhattacharya, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:

- This article needs more references
- The references have to refer to the television titles and roles played
- The references should be sources that are independent of this person, and detail, assess or review his television acting history. Interviews and articles saying "Happy Birthday" to this television actor do not pass scruitiny.
- Kindly do the needful and attend to matters laid out here, in the entertainers policy,WP:NACTOR and WP:NFILM

Orphaned non-free image File:Bangladesh Television Logo.png
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Bangladesh Television Logo.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 17:11, 27 October 2021 (UTC)

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Bangladesh Television 25th Anniversary Stamp.jpg
[edit]Thank you for uploading File:Bangladesh Television 25th Anniversary Stamp.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.
If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator seven days after the file was tagged in accordance with section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. Whpq (talk) 13:24, 8 November 2021 (UTC)
- Hello. I don't think removing the image would be a good idea. The article for Bangladesh Television is already underdeveloped and I need to improve it further, and I also want more images to make it look better and eligible for a featured article. Thanks. Ilhamnobi (talk) 13:58, 8 November 2021 (UTC)
- As a free content encyclopedia, Wikipedia only uses non-free images under very strict circumstances. The use of non-free images must meet all of the non-free content criteria. Adding "more images to make it look better" does not not meet with the criteria. And if you are looking to make this "eligible for a featured article", then you will find that non-free images that do not meet non-free content criteria will mean the article will fail a featured article review. See Wikipedia:Featured article criteria. -- Whpq (talk) 14:39, 8 November 2021 (UTC)

- Hello, this file should only be used as evidence that Ekushey Television had shutdown. I believe verification could be much more easier if images are used. Ilhamnobi (talk) 14:01, 8 November 2021 (UTC)
- References are already in the article to provide sourcing for the shutdown. There is no need for a non-free image to support that. -- Whpq (talk) 14:32, 8 November 2021 (UTC)

Been watching this article because it's a bit of a cruft magnet, but so I understand the purpose of this (and maybe so that it gets in the article)... Is there a specific change in programming accompanying the move? How is this new channel going to be differentiated from Hungama TV? Sammi Brie (she/her • t • c) 04:14, 1 March 2022 (UTC)
- It's basically Disney XD in another name. Hungama TV will air more local content as opposed to Super Hungama which airs more content from the Disney US library, such as Milo Murphy's Law. Ilhamnobi (talk) 04:29, 1 March 2022 (UTC)

I think there should only being one Boomerang template containing it's list of programs instead of two [Template:Boomerang and Template:Boomerang original programming]. I already moved its international programs to Template:Cartoon Network. Similar to Template:Nickelodeon and Template:Disney Channel it's the flagship brand. [edit]Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give a page a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into Rabeya (2008 film). This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.
In most cases for registered users, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you. —CX Zoom[he/him] (let's talk • {C•X}) 15:22, 4 December 2022 (UTC)

Sylheti letter
[edit]Hi,
I think, the people of Sylhet, speak the Sylheti language but do not use the Sylheti script for writing nor can they read anything written in it. They use only the English and Bengali scripts and don’t even have any understanding of the Sylheti script. So, what is the need to include the Sylheti script in that article? Cerium4B (talk) 14:24, 10 November 2024 (UTC)
- The Sylheti script holds significant importance in Sylheti history and heritage. The fact that Sylheti speakers don't use the script is not completely true. In both the UK and Bangladesh, there are several revival strategies of the Sylheti script. I think it should be there as it holds cultural significance within Sylhet.
