unblock Lumbini Eye Institute
I noticed you deleted and locked the page of Lumbini Eye Institute without providing sufficient reasons or time for discussion. Could you please revert it? Or perhaps you can relist in AfD so that it can be dicussed more openly. nirmal (talk) 06:52, 3 August 2020 (UTC)
- @Sam-2727: This is your third time creating said article and there have been previous discussions about it. If you wish to re-create it use the AfC process. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 06:53, 3 August 2020 (UTC)
- @Nirmaljoshi:, fix ping. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 06:54, 3 August 2020 (UTC)
Agree. But it was 2013. And you may have noticed in AfD discussion that only 2 peson were involved in decesion to delete. nirmal (talk) 06:56, 3 August 2020 (UTC)
- You also recreated it in 2014 and it was deleted then too. Why are you so obsessed with this article? HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 06:56, 3 August 2020 (UTC)
I dont remember the second deletion. Anyway, may be that was TOSOON. Now could be right time to redo do it properly. The article is well referenced now. And most importantly i do not have back up of the text. May be you can Drafty it and go though usual AfC process. nirmal (talk) 07:00, 3 August 2020 (UTC)
I am not obsessed but i used to live near this city and witnessed the number of people visiting this hospital and the good outcomes. nirmal (talk) 07:03, 3 August 2020 (UTC) Why is admins obsessed with deleting it? Now protecting it not to create? Strange. nirmal (talk) 09:36, 3 August 2020 (UTC)
- Hi Nirmaljoshi. I disagree that the article was well referenced. The references you used were as followed: primary source for their own website, another primary source, good source that doesn't say much though, another primary source, a source that's seems to be just a directory, a source that vaguely mentions them, and a press release. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 20:47, 3 August 2020 (UTC)
Thank you for taking time to review. Also, please note that its difficult to find long articles in english newspaper in Nepal just mentioning about a single hospital. Even when they mention, its written like a press release as you observed. I would be glad if you go through other articles about Nepal. If GNG is stictly followed i guess more than 90% nepali articles will be deleted. Therefore, i request you to reconsider it by comparing with similar other articles. nirmal (talk) 01:09, 4 August 2020 (UTC)
- Nirmaljoshi, I understand the frustration regarding GNG. I too have wished to create articles for places near me but failed to find any sources. Please see WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS though and I will not restore your article just because there are already poorly sourced ones out there. If you could point me to some I will gladly WP:PROD them. When you get a chance can you look into Adambadger for potential edit warring on the Chicago Blackhawks article? I warned them yesterday about their behaviour and they picked up right where they left off. Deadman137 (talk) 13:54, 5 August 2020 (UTC)

I have the citations.
Hello. You recently removed an edit I made on the Coral Reef Senior High School Wikipedia page. I have now found the citations would like to add them. You also removed the entire Athletics section which is unreasonable. Thank you.
- Manuellopez05 That's fine but you have to remove your content such as

. Wikipedia maintains a neutral point of view.HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 23:34, 6 August 2020 (UTC)
@HickoryOughtShirt?4: Oh ok thank you. How can I fix it?
- Manuellopez05 I also removed the entire section because it was unsourced. I suggest completely re-writing it since it was not salvageable. Please just state the facts and we do not tend to mention students or specific faculty. Maybe read up on Wikipedia:WikiProject Schools/Article advice HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 23:34, 6 August 2020 (UTC)
@HickoryOughtShirt?4: I only wrote about the band, not the entire athletics section. Please put it back so I could edit it or send me a copy of what I wrote about the band so I can provide citations and remove what I need to. Thank you.
- Manuellopez05 Oh I see your confusion. I removed it regardless of whom put it there because we cannot keep unsourced content in Wikipedia articles. If you would like, I can paste it in your sandbox (your own personal editing spot) but I will not post unreferenced content back onto Wikipedia. By the way, please end your sentences with four ~ to sign. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 23:39, 6 August 2020 (UTC)

- Hi JohnOjara and welcome to Wikipedia. The reason why both me and DGG deleted the article was that it appeared to be unambiguously advertising. I understand this wasn't your intention but writing an article on a person is much different than one for a school. A lot of your content wasn't sourced to what we consider reliable sources or seemed to pass our general notability criteria. I would recommend against creating it (for a third time) and maybe continue to work on similar articles so you get a feel for it. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 23:01, 7 August 2020 (UTC)
- promotionalism in WP is not necessarily written for pay---people frequently write promotional articles on things they admire. And the promotional style is so pervasive that even a good faith editor can without specifically intending to, write a promotional article. User; Hickory has given you good advice. Learn, and then re-try in Draft. DGG ( talk ) 00:21, 8 August 2020 (UTC)

Hiya! Sorry to bother you with a question...Noticed from Recent Changes that you've blocked someone for having a promotional name. May I know where can I report such similar occurrences? I just added an advert maintenance tag for an article and noticed one of the editors shares the same name as the subject of the article. Question about post edit
Hi HickoryOughtShirt?4,
Thanks for reaching out. I am writing in response to your concerns with my edits to the David Guzick page (just changed them back for now). Can you please specify which of my edits did not conform to Wikipedia's verifiability policy? I have read the resources and guidelines you provided and am having trouble finding which aspects of the article are not conforming.
The reason I had changed the page was because I noticed a couple factual inaccuracies/misrepresentations in the prior version that are corrected as outlined below:
1. As stated in the Gainesville Sun article by Kkristine Krane, Guzick was born to a second-generation immigrant family. Both of his parents were born in the U.S., so I removed the part of article that said he was born to Polish immigrants 2. There was no information in the referenced article about his title as Professor while at the University of Pittsburgh so I removed that part of the article. 3. The prior version indicated that he was inducted into the Johns Hopkins Society of Scholars and the Institute of Medicine (now National Academy of Medicine) as the result of his administrative appointments. Rather, he was elected into these societies because of his research. Since a recitation of Guzick's research was not included, a brief summary is provided to explain his election to these societies/institutes (here is the National Academy of Medicine site that describes the basis for election to the National Academy of Medicine: https://nam.edu/about-the-nam/)
Please let me know if you see any specific errors in the current version! Edarmandg (talk) 01:07, 26 August 2020 (UTC)
- Edarmandg, my apologies, I misread the references. Would you mind telling me if you are in any way connected to the professor?HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 01:12, 26 August 2020 (UTC)
HickoryOughtShirt?4 So sorry for the misunderstanding here. I do know Dr. Guzick personally- I looked up wikipedia's conflict of interest policy after reading your message and now realize that I should have disclosed this conflict. Sorry- still new here! Just wanted to correct some inaccuracies but I switched the article back to the previous version for now. What is the preferred way to make a request for these changes with appropriate conflicts disclosed? Thanks! Edarmandg (talk) 01:29, 27 August 2020 (UTC)Edarmandg
- Edarmandg, I very much appreciate your efforts to abide by Wikipedia's rules. You'd be surprised by how many people read them and ignore them, which lands them in hotter water. The best way to approach this would be to make WP:Edit requests on the articles talk page (located at the top). HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 19:49, 27 August 2020 (UTC)
Deleted Actor Page
Not sure why the page Jason Alan Cook was deleted. Wikipedia page not used for advertising, rather for information on an up and coming actor. Actor has 25 credit to his name with more to be listed and gaining notoriety.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Oxyrinchus (talk • contribs)
- Oxyrinchus It wasn't deleted (yet) and you need to provide sources to prove this person passes WP:NACTOR. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 23:05, 28 August 2020 (UTC)
- Oxyrinchus Deleted as a copyright violation. It was 81% copied from IMDB. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 23:08, 28 August 2020 (UTC)
I need access to the page to edit the information. Sources are from the actor.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Oxyrinchus (talk • contribs)
- Oxyrinchus Do not remove my reply please. Since 81% is taken from IMDB you're going to have to start over. Please read over our crtieria for actors and our reliable sources guidelines. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 23:15, 28 August 2020 (UTC)
The page was redone as requested; however, the new page was deleted. I would like a review by another administrator. Actor notability has been shown via various URL's. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Oxyrinchus (talk • contribs) 00:24, 29 August 2020 (UTC)
- Oxyrinchus It wasn't deleted, it was rejected and the "various" URLS show nothing but sure, Drmies can we have your input? HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 00:27, 29 August 2020 (UTC)
- Oh, wait, I'm getting called in as "another administrator"--haha, I thought it was something I did. OK, my response is threefold.
a. The article shows no reason for us to consider the person notable. There isn't a single reliable secondary source in there, and the only URL is to a WordPress blog that mentions that supposedly the subject played a small part in an otherwise unknown 12-minute movie. IMDB is user-submitted (likely by the subject or their agent/publicist) and thus not helpful as a source; the list of movies there gives us no reason to think the subject notable, not until Bigfoot: Path of the Beast hits it big.
b. The text is clearly written by someone who is all too close to the subject, including all kinds of details about the subject's youth that if the person were notable wouldn't even be known. That one of the supposed references is "Personal communication" is never a good sign.
c. The text is written the wrong way around: someone wrote up the suspect's biography, and then tried to find, or hoped to find, something to serve as a reference. It should, of course, be done the other way around: you start with the sources to see what you can pull out of it. In this case, there's no sources.
In summary, I'd say that rejection was the right solution here. Let me add one more thing, Oxyrinchus: you asked for an administrator. Administrators judge all kinds of things, but they are not arbiters of content. Fortunately for us I know a bit about article writing too. Hickory here has judged thousands of articles since they have volunteered for so long in the Articles for Creation process (a thankless task for which I am very appreciative), and you can have some trust in their judgment. That's nothing personal against you or your subject. Thank you. Drmies (talk) 00:41, 29 August 2020 (UTC)
- Oh, wait, I'm getting called in as "another administrator"--haha, I thought it was something I did. OK, my response is threefold.
- Thank you Drmies, you definitely explained it better. I did go in-depth on the articles (now deleted) talk page and on the help desk where they asked but I guess I wasn't clear enough. Oxyrinchus, I hope this helps. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 00:43, 29 August 2020 (UTC)

deleted my page/article
Hi,
can you explain why you deleted my article? I am so confused as i worked so hard on writing and editing my article. Why does it get deleted? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Newport2020 (talk • contribs) 23:44, 28 August 2020 (UTC)
- Hi Newport2020 and welcome to Wikipedia. I know it can be disheartening when an article you write is deleted but it failed to comply with Wikipeida's standards. You may be unaware of this but Wikipedia has rules and guidelines every article must follow. The ones I will specifically highlight that said article violated was WP:NPOV, WP:V, and WP:RS. All content on Wikipedia must be sourced to reliable source and needs to be neutrally written. Content like
Habib has always been committed to supporting female artists because he recognized early on in his career, that the art world is not one of parity. Women were for the longest time barred from the music industry. This imbalance motivated Habib to discover young female talents to help them break barriers and give them a voice.
is very clearly promotional and unsourced. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 23:47, 28 August 2020 (UTC)
G11: Unambiguous advertising or promotion
this is your message for deleting may Article but why can't you explain what part of my article is promoting or advertising this artist? talking about how many songs a singer has released and what a singer has achieved is not promoting or advertising. It would help if you point out what part of my article reads promotional or advertising to you — Preceding unsigned comment added by Newport2020 (talk • contribs) 23:48, 28 August 2020 (UTC)
- Hi Newport2020 you have posted the same question on various editors talk pages and we have all tried our best to explain it to you. I suggest checking out similar articles to see how to write neutrally. Writing articles is tough, I didn't write my first one until like 5 months in. Also, please just add two dots (:) to indent and don't make a whole new section.HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 23:51, 28 August 2020 (UTC)

Re
I'm also posting this here because while I copied that ping thing from the top of your page, I don't know if it works or not. Never done that before. Either way, I request that you post any reply to this on my talk page because as an unregistered editor, I have no way of monitoring your talk page for any replies. Anyways: If you mean removing the Kent Parson information on the Check Please! page its because I moved it to a new section I created further down. Hence why it was removed from the section about Friends and Family. Which by the way, I wrote originally.--32.214.191.156 (talk) 22:09, 27 August 2020 (UTC)
- There was no explanation here for the reason for deletion. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 16:13, 28 August 2020 (UTC)
- I'm only seeing this because I double-checked your talk page. I only read messages posted on my own talk page. Yeah, I didn't post a response there because immediately after I started the new section it went into. It took, what, five minutes between changes??? I didn't see the point since I was gonna have it done in just a couple of minutes. Please post any response to my own talk page.--32.214.191.156 (talk) 01:58, 30 August 2020 (UTC)

I,m sorry I'm new to this. I've been trying to add a source reference to a paragraph of narrative history of this school, but something keeps going wrong. I'll log out nw and if you reinstate my new paragraph I'll try again. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Alapper (talk • contribs) 16:37, 28 August 2020 (UTC)
- Alapper, please review Wikipedia verifiability policy. Everything added to Wikipedia needs a source. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 20:13, 28 August 2020 (UTC)
Please can you tell me why my narrative history of the school has been removed? I had eventually managed to provide a reference. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Alapper (talk • contribs) 12:23, 29 August 2020 (UTC)
Hello I'm alapper. I did eventually manage to put a reference at the end of my narrative history of st bart's school but I see that you have still taken it down. Could you please let me know why as I have put a lot of effort into getting this right and felt that the previous rather poor list of recent events was not very adequate. I am quite happy to alter the narrative if you could show me where you are unhappy with it. Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Alapper (talk • contribs) 13:50, 29 August 2020 (UTC)
- Alapper Please show me the link or tell me where this information came from. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 16:53, 29 August 2020 (UTC)
There are two references which I combined into one. One was a book by David Peackok (a local historian, the other was the website of the old newburians. I give the article in full below with the added references at ther end as follows:

The earliest mention of an established grammar school in Newbury is in 1548 when the school is recorded as being at the Litten chapel, part of St Bartholomew’s hospital between Newtown Road and Argyle Street. The hospital itself was established in the late 12th century and by 1548 had been affected by the dissolution of the monasteries. There is a much quoted earlier will of a cloth merchant, Henry Wormestall who in his will dated 1466 bequeathed funding to pay for a teacher. The school took its name from the hospital and would remain at the Litten for centuries. In the 16th century Newbury was well known for its cloth and in particular the father and son merchants Jack O’Newbury who devised production line processes. The only head teacher known during the next 300 years is Thomas Parker, head teacher in 1630. In 1634 he left and lead 100 Wiltshire men to found the town of Newbury, Massachusetts on the estuary of what became the Parker river on America’s east coast, near Boston. He continued teaching there until his death in 1677. Part of this town of Newbury split off and became Newburyport in 1764. The school survived the Civil wars including the two battles of Newbury but declined as its funds were appropriated by the unreformed corporation in the late 18th century and in the early nineteenth century it closed. In 1849 a new body of trustees rebuilt the Litten and revived the school which opened with 60 boys being taught. The headmaster was Henry Newport. In 1876 the headmaster was the Rev. J. Atkins. In 1885 the charity commissioners agreed to the provision of new buildings in Enborne Road at the corner with Buckingham Road for 150 pupils including 20 boarders. In 1902 the Rev. Atkins retired and was replaced by Edward Sharwood-Smith. He had considerable enthusiasm for the school and in 1903 composed the (very Victorian) school song and the school moto. After the tragedy of the first world war he named four school houses after ex-pupils who had died in the 1914-8 period, three of them killed in action. These were Curnock, Davis, Evers and Patterson. Sharwood-Smith retired in 1924 and in 1925 he was replaced by the Rev.T.Rutherford-Harley. He lead the school through the second world war and in 1948 was replaced by J. Andrew Ballantyne. In that year the combined cadet force (C.C.F.) was established at the school. The 1950’s was a period of recovery from the war, in which many of the teachers had fought. There were many older-style features – teachers wore gowns, the head master could still use the cane and games were restricted to cricket and rugby. In 1960 Andrew Ballantyne retired and was replaced by Basil E.D. Cooper. There followed a period of progressive reform. In 1968 the boarding house closed and in 1975 he was to take over running of the comprehensive school formed by the merging of the boy’s grammar school with the girl’s high school at the other end of Buckingham Road. The Newbury girls grammar school had opened in 1904 in the technical institute in Northbrook Street. Miss Esther Jane Luker was the first headmistress and seems to have had an enthusiasm and charisma to match that of Sharwood-Smith. Both lead their schools through the first world war. In 1910 the girl’s school moved to purpose-built premises in Andover Road with 250 pupils. The school groups, equivalent to the houses at the boy’s grammar school, were Jade, Flame, Blue and Gold. In 1933 Miss Luker retired. After the second world war Miss Ireland became headmistress in 1945. She retired in 1968 and was replaced by Miss Gray who carried on till the merger with the boy’s grammar school in 1975 when, as noted above, Basil Cooper became headmaster of the combined comprehensive school. The comprehensive school formed in 1975 took over the name of St Bartholomew’s School together with its motto. Initially the school used the previous buildings with the boy’s grammar school buildings given the name of Wormestall while the girl’s high school buildings took on the name of Luker. The boy’s house names were kept but each was merged with one of the girl’s colour groups. In 1985 Basil Cooper retired and was replaced by Robert Mermagen . In 1994 he, too, retired and was replaced by Stuart Robinson. In 2009 he was replaced by Mrs Christina Haddrell but stayed on to cover the transfer to new school buildings in 2010. These were built between the sites of the two previous schools on Buckingham Road, but nearer the old girl’s High School on the south-west side of Fifth Road. Both of the previous school buildings were converted into private flats. In 2011 the school gained academy status. In 2014 Mrs Haddrell retired and was replaced as Headmistress by Ms Julia Mortimore. |

Sock?
I noticed Special:Diff/975520172. Did you do (or are you doing) any further investigation of this supposedly new user, who added that template in creating their user page with their very first edit, or do you think they maybe copied someone's user page and forgot to remove it? They've since done some questionable things, found CSD and AfD (odd for a new user), etc. I did some searching for common user page items and didn't come up with anything in which I had high confidence. Does this look like an evasion to you? Should I take it somewhere? —[AlanM1 (talk)]— 03:33, 29 August 2020 (UTC)
- AlanM1, It's very possible they are a WP:Good hand account and it is suspicious they jumped on the Wiki-train so early and easily. You may be better off asking a checkuser or someone with a more familiar grasp on socks. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 16:55, 29 August 2020 (UTC)
- Thanks for the sanity check. I hate to make a public accusation and be wrong (which is why I rarely do it). Seems like I might wait just a bit as their contribs might show a familiar pattern. Usually, admins who look for that sort of thing end up seeing a pattern before I do, and blocking them. —[AlanM1 (talk)]— 22:10, 29 August 2020 (UTC)
- AlanM1, Just chipping in to say I think you're dead on. I had raised raised similar concerns with HickoryOughtShirt?4 on the WP:DISCORD yesterday. Considering recent events on the talk page of the user in question, the ducks are basically giving me tinnitus at this point. I have no idea who the sockmaster might be though. If no one's quicker than me, I'll try to get a hold of a CU or SPI Clerk tomorrow – though this might end up at ANI before I wake up if their disruptive editing resumes. — Blablubbs (talk • contribs) 00:02, 30 August 2020 (UTC)
- I’m sorry I can’t be of more assistance. When I became an admin I become less involved with SPIs. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 01:02, 30 August 2020 (UTC)

E. A. Gilroy
I finally completed E. A. Gilroy. My brain is tired now. What do you think is interesting for a DYK hook? Flibirigit (talk) 19:08, 29 August 2020 (UTC)
- Flibirigit, how about...HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 19:28, 29 August 2020 (UTC)
- ...that on the eve of the 1936 Winter Olympics, E. A. Gilroy chose to allow two Canadians to play for Great Britain as a gesture of sportsmanship?
- ...that E. A. Gilroy sought to implement consistent ice hockey rules across Canada, specifically for junior ice hockey?
- ...that E. A. Gilroy felt he had assembled the best Portage team of the 1930s?
I am going to play around with this tonight. Thanks. Flibirigit (talk) 20:12, 29 August 2020 (UTC)
- I tweaked the first suggestion a bit and submitted Template:Did you know nominations/E. A. Gilroy. I think it will have the broadest appeal and I want to avoid Canadian-specific niche hooks. Flibirigit (talk) 23:29, 29 August 2020 (UTC)
- Do you have access to photoshop to edit out the watermark on the bottom left hand corner of File:Edward_Albert_Gilroy_photo_circa_1906.jpg? I'm not very technically inclined nor do I have the software. Flibirigit (talk) 23:45, 29 August 2020 (UTC)
- Flibirigit, I don't think photoshop is needed, just some quick cropping. I can do it though, dw. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 03:02, 30 August 2020 (UTC)
- Flibirigit, See [1]. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 03:06, 30 August 2020 (UTC)
- That looks too close up, and the mark is still visible. I'm sure there is a way to write over the mark with black. No rush, btw. Flibirigit (talk) 03:11, 30 August 2020 (UTC)
DYK for Nicholas Robertson (ice hockey)
On 30 August 2020, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Nicholas Robertson (ice hockey), which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that in 2020, Nicholas Robertson became the youngest player since 1996 to play in an NHL postseason game? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Nicholas Robertson (ice hockey). You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Nicholas Robertson (ice hockey)), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

Elmer Ferguson Memorial Award recipients
I see you're working on some Elmer Ferguson Memorial Award recipients again! I am still working on Jim Coleman (journalist) and Scott Young (writer), both of which I will be able to expand significantly and potentially to GA status. I haven't looked into the remaining names, and the only other one I would likely be interested in is Ken McKenzie. Do you intend to work on all of the red links? Flibirigit (talk) 04:52, 18 May 2020 (UTC)
- Flibirigit, ya I was just saving the french ones for last. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 05:59, 18 May 2020 (UTC)
- D'accord, bon chance! Flibirigit (talk) 06:08, 18 May 2020 (UTC)
- Flibirigit While working on Claude Larochelle I discovered that Marius Fortier is without a Wikipedia article. Seems like a large oversight. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 17:07, 22 May 2020 (UTC)
- I have started working on Ken McKenzie, and expect to finish within a week. I am still working on Scott Young (writer), which I expect to be a longer project. I am going through books on Neil Young's childhood. Flibirigit (talk) 17:14, 8 July 2020 (UTC)

hello HickoryOughtShirt?4
i am not creating this page for either commercial purpose neither will i gain any money from it. she is my cousin. trying to help her to make a page in Wikipedia. if it violets any of your rules, i will delete the page. i also tried to upload her photo on but it shows some copyright violations. i dont know what to do.

- Hi Shopnobazbd and welcome to Wikipedia. My name is HickoryOughtShirt?4 and I am an administrator on Wikipedia. I first want to thank you for trying to improve the accuracy of Wikipedia. While Wikipedia is the Encyclopedia anyone can edit, we do have a few policies and regulation you might not have known about. I must first say that since she is your cousin, you must disclose your conflict of interest on your user page (red link where your username is). You do so by following the guidelines at WP:DISCLOSE. Secondly, it is advised you avoid editing articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors. This is because it affects the neutrality of the article. If you wish to make substantial edits, you should use WP:AfC format. An experienced editor will review it and if it is neutrally worded (per WP:NPOV) and well sourced (WP:RS) it will likely be accepted. If not, the editor will explain why in detail. Speaking frankly, us volunteer editors often resent that paid or conflict of interest editors write non-neutrally, displaying obvious bias toward themselves or their clients, and write promotionally. A neutral point of view is one of the five pillars of Wikipedia, and is non-negotiable. Hopefully this helped you. I suggest browsing our COI guideline page as well. Feel free to ask further questions here or at the ever friendly WP:TEAHOUSE. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 20:34, 30 August 2020 (UTC)
