This user played a significant role in helping Anthony Peridis graduate from incubation.

Congratulations, Anthony Peridis has graduate incubation and returned to mainspace. Keep up the excellent work! --ThaddeusB (talk) 02:59, 13 March 2010 (UTC)

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Troy Ugle, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.fullpointsfooty.net/t-u-v.htm. Rahilly posters

Hi. Think the following ref might help:

The Age issue of Monday 22 May 1911 p.11 carries a match report on Fitzroy (10.24) vs St Kilda (4.6). It confirms the claims made about Rahilly.

"..Rahilly had extraordinarily bad luck in kicking for goal. He hit the post four times during the course of the match."

Jeff Shaw (politician)

Hi Hack,
Thanks for getting onto this article, the stuff you added was just what it needed. (I'm not very interested in politics!) The references, especially the Parliamentary 'Bio' were excellent, thanks!. Happy Editing! --220.101.28.25 (talk) 02:14, 11 May 2010 (UTC)

I have nominated Sanna Frostevall, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Alison Logue. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. AussieLegend (talk) 02:41, 11 May 2010 (UTC)

Honours - source

Regarding the following question: I've just created an article on an Australian politician who apparently was made an officer of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic in the 1960s. Is there a definitive source for confirming the award of these sorts of honours? Hack (talk) 03:41, 11 June 2010 (UTC)

Yes, you can check people that received the Order of Merit or any other order of the Italian Republic, the database has over 270,000 names. The list is constantly updated, not all receivers are in the list, only high ranking receivers before 1991. Here is the link: Presidency of the Italian Republic http://www.quirinale.it/elementi/onorificenze.aspx

You are now a Reviewer

Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, will be commencing a two-month trial at approximately 23:00, 2010 June 15 (UTC).

Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under flagged protection. Flagged protection is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial.

When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.

If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. Courcelles (talk) 05:06, 16 June 2010 (UTC)

Manual of Style

Hi, you've just relinked "Australian". The MoS says that commonly known words are not generally linked. Any reason for linking it? Tony (talk) 13:34, 23 June 2010 (UTC)

Yes, WP has so many rules it must be daunting for the visitors. About linking "Australian" ... and "American" and "British" etc, which used to grace the start of just about every BLP article. It's in WP:OVERLINK, and here, because it looks like becoming a well-read article from tomorrow onwards, I don't want to encourage editors! There's "Australian Labor Party" linked close by. And I like to think that just about every English-speaker in the world has heard of Australia.
Probably more important is getting that article on Gillard up to scratch in a short time. I hope editors will gather around it soon. Cheers. Tony (talk) 14:15, 23 June 2010 (UTC)

not vandalism

I reverted an edit of yours as vandalism, but it is likely that you unintentionally restored that. My apologies for that summary. cygnis insignis 06:16, 24 June 2010 (UTC)

Your DYK nomination for Len Koenecke

Hello! Your submission of Len Koenecke at the Did You Know nominations page has been reviewed, and there still are some issues that may need to be clarified. You should ideally distribute pertinent references within an article instead of bunching them at the end of paragraphs, especially as this involves a hook fact under DYK rule #3. Please review the comment(s) underneath your nomination's entry and respond there as soon as possible. Thank you for contributing to Did You Know! KimChee (talk) 14:53, 24 December 2010 (UTC)

Shaun George deletion

George is a forgettable light-heavy whose claim to fame is KOing washed-up Heavyweight champ Chris Byrd and that was it. I wouldn't create an article about him but I don't think it's a candidate for deletion either. People will read the Byrd article and check out George, too. German.Knowitall (talk) 15:01, 11 May 2011 (UTC)

Paul Kamara

Thanks for your comment at Paul Kamara. I'm doing my best to sort out the references but I'm being hampered by my lack of football knowledge (I'm an American baseball fan, personally), and the fact that no Sierra Leonean newspapers appear to be Internet-archived that far back. Would you be willing to look over the minor additions I made to both his ministerial and football sections? This one's potentially headed to the front page in a few days via DYK and I want to avoid any major blunders. Cheers, Khazar (talk) 16:43, 27 May 2011 (UTC)

Also, is "Team Manager" a clear enough term in football lingo to address your concerns? Khazar (talk) 16:43, 27 May 2011 (UTC)

Australian Players

Im just wondering on the off chance if you know where i can find a source thats shows national team statistics for under 20 and 23 players. I haven't been able to find one. Im particularly trying to source Dylan McGowan.Edinburgh Wanderer 21:01, 9 February 2012 (UTC)

Thanks its just really annoying i have no idea if the stats on the article are correct. I just hoped Australia would have something similar to the Scottish Fa they have a site that gives detailed stats from under 15 up. Thanks.Edinburgh Wanderer 13:24, 12 February 2012 (UTC)
