Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Citizens' Movement (Mexico), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page National Action Party (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Hi. :-) I reverted your profile image change because one can hardly make out his face on the World Cup 2018 picture. I wanted to add it to the "International career" section instead but a third image seems to make the section difficult to read… Regards, Robby.is.on (talk) 17:29, 29 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Draft:Beatriz Gutiérrez Müller requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

This article has been already reviewed and created, here is the existing page on english Wikipedia Beatriz Gutiérrez Müller.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, pages that meet certain criteria may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Information icon Hello, I'm Mattythewhite. I noticed that you made one or more changes to an article, Carlos Vela, but you didn't provide a reliable source. If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Please stop adding unsourced content. This violates Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. — JJMC89(T·C) 03:16, 27 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You mind giving an example? It's rather difficult to tell what you are referring to when you accuse without specifying. There is a reason why the "Citation needed" template exists. At least, propose on deleting the template if it does not satisfy what I have contributed.Gumbi93 (talk) 14:18, 27 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Reliable sources

[edit]

Hi there, I just noticed your recent edit to the Hirving Lozano article, which generally looks really good. I think a couple of the sources will need to be replaced though, as they wouldn't fit the criteria as reliable sources:

  • totalfootballanalysis.com: The author is "an American college student [and] football fanatic"
  • tribalfootball.com: The website is described as "fan driven"

In both cases, no journalistic credentials are required for writers on these websites and there is no evidence of editorial control. They would therefore be covered by the self-published section of the policy, which is made even more explicit for BLPs.

This is just a heads up, I'm not intending to revert.. Thanks, Nzd (talk) 22:44, 28 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I've just given it a little cleanup and removed those two sources. Hope that's OK. Nzd (talk) 07:55, 29 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Understood. I'm currently looking for other sources that discuss Lozano's style of play. Thanks! Gumbi93 (talk) 14:40, 1 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:Maya train

[edit]

Hello, Gumbi93. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Maya train".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Please stop re-adding unsourced content. Please include a reference. GiantSnowman 16:05, 6 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
If anyone is doing the disruptive editing, it is you considering that I have already listed the citations for related article within the main body. As I have said before, the "Citation Needed" template exists so there is no reason to remove it entirely. Gumbi93 (talk) 16:11, 6 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
