- I have edited the article so it does not read like a family history project and can stand on its own merits, for the subject notorious contributions to world history via the collection at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts. Fjnovoa (talk) 18:58, 4 February 2024 (UTC)
- == Neutral Point of view and/or conflict of interest ==
- The fact that this contributor may be personally related to the subject, does not preclude him from originally writing a professional neutral point of view on a writer's historical article on the subject. More importantly, the contributor for the fact that he may be personally related, has provided a wealth of firsthand data, knows through the oral tradition and provided supporting citations, is an authority as far as search and research for many years on the subject. There is no evidence of makeup nor embellishment of the facts surrounding the subject.
- So, it can be argued that this is a biographical (not autobiography, for the contributor in not contributing about himself) article, that happens to have a writer's historical significance ("family history project", as Theroadislong(talk) labeled it); or on the other side, a writer's historical significance biography that happens to be contributed by a personally and well-versed related person.
- The article has been reviewed by academia historty scholar (third parties) that are not personally or professionally connected to the contributor nor to the subject, analyzing the sources and citations. And in their opinion, even though there may exist a conflict of interest or a moral hazard, it is neutral point of view, and properly disclosed in the contributor's user page, as it is Wikipedia policy. [edit]Welcome!
Hello, Fjnovoa, and welcome to Wikipedia! I have noticed that you are fairly new! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. I also see that some of your recent edits show an interest in the use of images and/or photos on Wikipedia.
Did you know that ...
- ...Wikipedia has a very stringent image use policy?
- ...most images from Flickr, online news websites, and other web sources are copyrighted?
- ...Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously?
- ...freely-licensed images should be uploaded to Wikimedia Commons, a central location for images where they can be used on all Wikipedia projects?
- ...we recommend that new users use our "files for upload" process – at least until you get the hang of things?
If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{Help me}}
on your talk page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

[edit]- I am still in the process of editing and providing further evidence and citations for the article, after reviews and observations from @Star Mississippi and @Netherzone. Kindly and respectfully, why are you erasing my edits, if the article is still in progress of editing? You are not providing me the opportunity to take care of the issues that have been found with the article that are preventing it from being reviewed and approved. Fjnovoa (talk) 22:27, 11 February 2024 (UTC)
- Will you please reinstate my edits and the citations stated below, which is the evidenced needed for the fine arts notoriety as advised by @Netherzone
- After his death, his dauther Mercedes Antonia inherited multiple manuscripts and papyrus from the Simón Bolívar era that belonged to Arciniegas Tavera with Simón Bolívar handwriting and signature, that she later donated to the Colombian Institute and Library Gold Museum, through Germán Arciniegas where there is a room or wing named after Don Joaquín Arciniegas in gratitude for such donation.
- Additionally, his daughter Mercedes Antonia donated to Museo Romántico that was founded by Doctor Eduardo Santos in the Marroquin's Yerbabuena Hacienda Caro and Cuervo Institute (Casa Marroquín del Instituto Caro y Cuervo[14] ); multiple miniature oil paintings authored by Jesús María Zamora [15] , Ricardo Borrero Álvarez [16] , Roberto Páramo [17] , amongst others authors whose oil paintings were collected by Arciniegas Tavera.

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you recently removed maintenance templates from Draft:Joaquín Arciniegas Tavera. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Please see Help:Maintenance template removal for further information on when maintenance templates should or should not be removed. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. Thank you. Theroadislong (talk) 22:22, 11 February 2024 (UTC)
- That was a mistake, the maintenance templates are still there. I was attempting to produce a clean pdf copy of the article for third party review from academic history scholars, who have offered to help with further research and citations. Fjnovoa (talk) 22:30, 11 February 2024 (UTC)
WP languages and English comprehension
[edit]Dear Fjnovoa, based on your long messages on talk pages and the possible use of machine translation, I am beginning to wonder if you have the English comprehension and competence to edit English Wikipedia. What is the reason why you are not writing these articles on Spanish Wikipedia? Netherzone (talk) 23:36, 14 February 2024 (UTC)
- Because I only used Spanish until I was 14 years old, and was sent to a boarding school in Gainesville, GA (Riverside Military Academy) due to the civil war that was going on in El Salvador. My Spanish is basic, used mainly for my research. I have resided in the USA since 1978, and used English for the last 46 years of my life, as my primary language. My daughter undergrad is a BA in English and assists me reviewing my articles. I have an undergrad BBA in Finance from the University of Texas @ Arlington, if you doubt my English comprehension and competence.
- Why am I having this line of questioning? I can assure you I am not using any machine translation, WOW! Fjnovoa (talk) 01:18, 15 February 2024 (UTC)

Request reason:
This has been unjustified. The Spanish language Wikipedia erases my requests to unblock with no justification Fjnovoa (talk) 03:44, 15 February 2024 (UTC)
Decline reason:
This is not a reason to unblock. You were correctly blocked for disruptive editing, as per consensus at WP:ANI. I am removing your talk page access given the ongoing disruption. Daniel (talk) 04:27, 15 February 2024 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
User @Rosguill has blocked me in retaliation for having filed a descrimination for user@Neverzone and reporting being yelled at by @Theroadislong. Fjnovoa (talk) 03:44, 15 February 2024 (UTC)
(block log • active blocks • global blocks • autoblocks • contribs • deleted contribs • abuse filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System.
Please note that there could be appeals to the unblock ticket request system that have been declined leading to the post of this notice.
