Forsyth's speedy deletion
[edit]Forsyth's is officially one of the most important buildings in Edinburgh, and from any number of perspectives - architectural, sculptural, social - it deserves its own wikipedia page. I was astounded it did not have. Perhaps you could explain your arguments for speedy deletion. Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Delfin Le Dauphin (talk • contribs) 18:32, 28 January 2022 (UTC)
- Hello @Delfin Le Dauphin: I have removed the speedy deletion tag based on your comment after doing a search. It was added because there is no claim of notability in the article and no references.
- You need to establish why is notable and provide references with in-depth coverage of the subject by multiple independent reliable sources. If you don't know how to add references, this guide might be helpful: Help:Referencing for beginners. Regards. --Crystallizedcarbon (talk) 18:42, 28 January 2022 (UTC)

Una circunstancia inesperada
[edit]Hola Crystallizedcarbon:
Te escribo este mensaje para comentarte que últimamente he estado establecido la fórmula de consenso en los artículos de políticos catalanes. Y en todos los artículos a los que les apliqué el consenso, utilicé este resumen de edición: the country of citizenship of the subject should not be removed from the lead for ideological reasons. The consensus formula should be used: "Spanish politician from Catalonia
Pero sucedió algo que me ha dejado un poco preocupando: un administrador llamado Czar me ha dejado el siguiente mensaje en mi página de discusión:
Hello. What guideline are you referencing to make these mass changes across dozens of biographies? MOS:CONTEXTBIO states to use the region most commonly used in reliable sources and for individuals in the periof of the Civil War, this most often was "Catalan" not "Spanish".
En ese momento lo que pensé hacer fue responderle con el último resumen de edición que tú usaste en el artículo de Antoni Gaudí:
This is a consensus solution. MOS states that the country of origin should be used in the intro. The Spanish from Catalonia or Catalan from Spain was proposed in an RfC on the matter as a intermediate solution
Aziyade Gil (talk) 04:34, 12 February 2022 (UTC)
Hello! I wanted to drop a quick note for all of our AFC participants; nothing huge and fancy like a newsletter, but a few points of interest.
- AFCH will now show live previews of the comment to be left on a decline.
- The template {{db-afc-move}} has been created - this template is similar to {{db-move}} when there is a redirect in the way of an acceptance, but specifically tells the patrolling admin to let you (the draft reviewer) take care of the actual move.
Short and sweet, but there's always more to discuss at WT:AFC. Stop on by, maybe review a draft on the way? Whether you're one of our top reviewers, or haven't reviewed in a while, I want to thank you for helping out in the past and in the future. Cheers, Primefac, via MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 15:59, 16 February 2022 (UTC)

New Page Patrol newsletter May 2022
[edit]Hello Crystallizedcarbon,
At the time of the last newsletter (No.26, September 2021), the backlog was 'only' just over 6,000 articles. In the past six months, the backlog has reached nearly 16,000, a staggering level not seen in several years. A very small number of users had been doing the vast majority of the reviews. Due to "burn-out", we have recently lost most of this effort. Furthermore, several reviewers have been stripped of the user right for abuse of privilege and the articles they patrolled were put back in the queue.
Several discussions on the state of the process have taken place on the talk page, but there has been no action to make any changes. The project also lacks coordination since the "position" is vacant.
In the last 30 days, only 100 reviewers have made more than 8 patrols and only 50 have averaged one review a day. There are currently 804 New Page Reviewers, but about a third have not had any activity in the past month. All 853 administrators have this permission, but only about a dozen significantly contribute to NPP.
This means we have an active pool of about 450 to address the backlog. We cannot rely on a few to do most of the work as that inevitably leads to burnout. A fairly experienced reviewer can usually do a review in a few minutes. If every active reviewer would patrol just one article per day, the backlog would very quickly disappear.
If you have noticed a user with a good understanding of Wikipedia notability and deletion, do suggest they help the effort by placing {{subst:NPR invite}}
on their talk page.
If you are no longer very active on Wikipedia or you no longer wish to be part of the New Page Reviewer user group, please consider asking any admin to remove you from the list. This will enable NPP to have a better overview of its performance and what improvements need to be made to the process and its software.

New Page Patrol newsletter June 2022
[edit]Hello Crystallizedcarbon,
- Backlog status
At the time of the last newsletter (No.27, May 2022), the backlog was approaching 16,000, having shot up rapidly from 6,000 over the prior two months. The attention the newsletter brought to the backlog sparked a flurry of activity. There was new discussion on process improvements, efforts to invite new editors to participate in NPP increased and more editors requested the NPP user right so they could help, and most importantly, the number of reviews picked up and the backlog decreased, dipping below 14,000[a] at the end of May.
Since then, the news has not been so good. The backlog is basically flat, hovering around 14,200. I wish I could report the number of reviews done and the number of new articles added to the queue. But the available statistics we have are woefully inadequate. The only real number we have is the net queue size.[b]
In the last 30 days, the top 100 reviewers have all made more than 16 patrols (up from 8 last month), and about 70 have averaged one review a day (up from 50 last month).
While there are more people doing more reviews, many of the ~730 with the NPP right are doing little. Most of the reviews are being done by the top 50 or 100 reviewers. They need your help. We appreciate every review done, but please aim to do one a day (on average, or 30 a month).
- Backlog drive
A backlog reduction drive, coordinated by buidhe and Zippybonzo, will be held from July 1 to July 31. Sign up here. Barnstars will be awarded.
- TIP – New school articles
Many new articles on schools are being created by new users in developing and/or non-English-speaking countries. The authors are probably not even aware of Wikipedia's projects and policy pages. WP:WPSCH/AG has some excellent advice and resources specifically written for these users. Reviewers could consider providing such first-time article creators with a link to it while also mentioning that not all schools pass the GNG and that elementary schools are almost certainly not notable.
- Misc
There is a new template available, {{NPP backlog}}
, to show the current backlog. You can place it on your user or talk page as a reminder:
Very high unreviewed pages backlog: 11901 articles, as of 06:00, 10 November 2024 (UTC), according to DatBot
There has been significant discussion at WP:VPP recently on NPP-related matters (Draftification, Deletion, Notability, Verifiability, Burden). Proposals that would somewhat ease the burden on NPP aren't gaining much traction, although there are suggestions that the role of NPP be fundamentally changed to focus only on major CSD-type issues.
- Reminders
- Consider staying informed on project issues by putting the project discussion page on your watchlist.
- If you have noticed a user with a good understanding of Wikipedia notability and deletion, suggest they help the effort by placing
{{subst:NPR invite}}
on their talk page. - If you are no longer very active on Wikipedia or you no longer wish to be part of the New Page Reviewer user group, please consider asking any admin to remove you from the list. New Page Patrol newsletter August 2022
[edit]Hello Crystallizedcarbon,
- Backlog status
After the last newsletter (No.28, June 2022), the backlog declined another 1,000 to 13,000 in the last week of June. Then the July backlog drive began, during which 9,900 articles were reviewed and the backlog fell by 4,500 to just under 8,500 (these numbers illustrate how many new articles regularly flow into the queue). Thanks go to the coordinators Buidhe and Zippybonzo, as well as all the nearly 100 participants. Congratulations to Dr vulpes who led with 880 points. See this page for further details.
Unfortunately, most of the decline happened in the first half of the month, and the backlog has already risen to 9,600. Understandably, it seems many backlog drive participants are taking a break from reviewing and unfortunately, we are not even keeping up with the inflow let alone driving it lower. We need the other 600 reviewers to do more! Please try to do at least one a day.
- Coordination
- MB and Novem Linguae have taken on some of the coordination tasks. Please let them know if you are interested in helping out. MPGuy2824 will be handling recognition, and will be retroactively awarding the annual barnstars that have not been issued for a few years.
- Open letter to the WMF
- The Page Curation software needs urgent attention. There are dozens of bug fixes and enhancements that are stalled (listed at Suggested improvements). We have written a letter to be sent to the WMF and we encourage as many patrollers as possible to sign it here. We are also in negotiation with the Board of Trustees to press for assistance. Better software will make the active reviewers we have more productive.
- TIP - Reviewing by subject
- Reviewers who prefer to patrol new pages by their most familiar subjects can do so from the regularly updated sorted topic list.
- New reviewers
- The NPP School is being underused. The learning curve for NPP is quite steep, but a detailed and easy-to-read tutorial exists, and the Curation Tool's many features are fully described and illustrated on the updated page here.
- Reminders
- Consider staying informed on project issues by putting the project discussion page on your watchlist.

Correcting Age
[edit]Hi, for Melanie Chandra's profile, the AP article age contradicts age listed in several press articles, including most recent (June 8 2022) Harper's Bazaar: https://www.harpersbazaar.com/culture/features/a40207988/six-indian-american-women-who-are-charting-their-own-creative-path/ KRs21SK (talk) 22:33, 17 August 2022 (UTC)
- Hello @KRs21SK: can you please provide links to those other press articles. The source you cited only gives the age which would allow to determine the year, but it does not give the date. Regards. --Crystallizedcarbon (talk) 12:32, 22 August 2022 (UTC)

New Page Patrol newsletter October 2022
[edit]Hello Crystallizedcarbon,
Much has happened since the last newsletter over two months ago. The open letter finished with 444 signatures. The letter was sent to several dozen people at the WMF, and we have heard that it is being discussed but there has been no official reply. A related article appears in the current issue of The Signpost. If you haven't seen it, you should, including the readers' comment section.
Awards: Barnstars were given for the past several years (thanks to MPGuy2824), and we are now all caught up. The 2021 cup went to John B123 for leading with 26,525 article reviews during 2021. To encourage moderate activity, a new "Iron" level barnstar is awarded annually for reviewing 360 articles ("one-a-day"), and 100 reviews earns the "Standard" NPP barnstar. About 90 reviewers received barnstars for each of the years 2018 to 2021 (including the new awards that were given retroactively). All awards issued for every year are listed on the Awards page. Check out the new Hall of Fame also.
Software news: Novem Linguae and MPGuy2824 have connected with WMF developers who can review and approve patches, so they have been able to fix some bugs, and make other improvements to the Page Curation software. You can see everything that has been fixed recently here. The reviewer report has also been improved.
Suggestions:
- There is much enthusiasm over the low backlog, but remember that the "quality and depth of patrolling are more important than speed".
- Reminder: an article should not be tagged for any kind of deletion for a minimum of 15 minutes after creation and it is often appropriate to wait an hour or more. (from the NPP tutorial)
- Reviewers should focus their effort where it can do the most good, reviewing articles. Other clean-up tasks that don't require advanced permissions can be left to other editors that routinely improve articles in these ways (creating Talk Pages, specifying projects and ratings, adding categories, etc.) Let's rely on others when it makes the most sense. On the other hand, if you enjoy doing these tasks while reviewing and it keeps you engaged with NPP (or are guiding a newcomer), then by all means continue.
- This user script puts a link to the feed in your top toolbar.
Backlog:
Saving the best for last: From a July low of 8,500, the backlog climbed back to 11,000 in August and then reversed in September dropping to below 6,000 and continued falling with the October backlog drive to under 1,000, a level not seen in over four years. Keep in mind that there are 2,000 new articles every week, so the number of reviews is far higher than the backlog reduction. To keep the backlog under a thousand, we have to keep reviewing at about half the recent rate!
- Reminders

- If you're interested in instant messaging and chat rooms, please join us on the New Page Patrol Discord, where you can ask for help and live chat with other patrollers.

New Pages Patrol newsletter January 2023
[edit]Hello Crystallizedcarbon,
- Backlog
The October drive reduced the backlog from 9,700 to an amazing 0! Congratulations to WaddlesJP13 who led with 2084 points. See this page for further details. The queue is steadily rising again and is approaching 2,000. It would be great if <2,000 were the “new normal”. Please continue to help out even if it's only for a few or even one patrol a day.
- 2022 Awards
Onel5969 won the 2022 cup for 28,302 article reviews last year - that's an average of nearly 80/day. There was one Gold Award (5000+ reviews), 11 Silver (2000+), 28 Iron (360+) and 39 more for the 100+ barnstar. Rosguill led again for the 4th year by clearing 49,294 redirects. For the full details see the Awards page and the Hall of Fame. Congratulations everyone!
Minimum deletion time: The previous WP:NPP guideline was to wait 15 minutes before tagging for deletion (including draftification and WP:BLAR). Due to complaints, a consensus decided to raise the time to 1 hour. To illustrate this, very new pages in the feed are now highlighted in red. (As always, this is not applicable to attack pages, copyvios, vandalism, etc.)
New draftify script: In response to feedback from AFC, the The Move to Draft script now provides a choice of set messages that also link the creator to a new, friendly explanation page. The script also warns reviewers if the creator is probably still developing the article. The former script is no longer maintained. Please edit your edit your common.js or vector.js file from User:Evad37/MoveToDraft.js
to User:MPGuy2824/MoveToDraft.js
Redirects: Some of our redirect reviewers have reduced their activity and the backlog is up to 9,000+ (two months deep). If you are interested in this distinctly different task and need any help, see this guide, this checklist, and spend some time at WP:RFD.
Discussions with the WMF The PageTriage open letter signed by 444 users is bearing fruit. The Growth Team has assigned some software engineers to work on PageTriage, the software that powers the NewPagesFeed and the Page Curation toolbar. WMF has submitted dozens of patches in the last few weeks to modernize PageTriage's code, which will make it easier to write patches in the future. This work is helpful but is not very visible to the end user. For patches visible to the end user, volunteers such as Novem Linguae and MPGuy2824 have been writing patches for bug reports and feature requests. The Growth Team also had a video conference with the NPP coordinators to discuss revamping the landing pages that new users see.

[edit]Is there a reason why the page that you helped control to status quo Gurbaksh Chahal has been massively edited negatively again by User:Chisme after you and others had warned him for not trying to add negative content and removing positive content back to the page?
It is clear with all of the warnings he has received, that he is clearly getting paid for this task. Please look into this and help revert his changes.

- Despite what the Hong Kong IP asserts (Hong Kong being where the subject lives), nobody pays me to edit Wikipedia articles. All my edits are voluntary, not mercenary. I've kept an eye on the article in question because so many attempts have been made over the years to white-wash it. Chisme (talk) 21:09, 14 January 2023 (UTC)
- So Chisme attacks the very user who just informed Crystallizedcarbon of disruptive edits on this page that you have been told many times not to disrupt. However, when the page is not being monitored by that many other editors, you continue to re-add your negative context to the page, over and over. You are aware that Wikipedia does not conceal your edit history or previous editors' warnings about editing on this page? Perhaps other editors should get involved again to look into your disruptive practices on this subject over the years. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 61.238.106.82 (talk) 13:39, 15 January 2023 (UTC)
- All contributions I make to Wikipedia are documented from reliable sources. I have written and edited articles on Wikipedia for many years. I do not engage in "disruptive practices" or "disruptive edits." Crystallizedcarbon alerted me to your comment on this page, which is why I responded to your initial comment. Case closed. Chisme (talk) 00:05, 16 January 2023 (UTC)
- You have a history of disruptive editing to this page that dates back to 2014. And the user talk pages share only your account that has continuously advocated for either removing content and adding negative content to your liking.

- While we're on the subject of your "disruptive" editing practices, your major change began in (Banning by Twitter of BNN accounts), so much so that you dedicated an entire section to banning a "set of Twitter accounts" to as much importance as "Personal Life and "Career." While there is no mention of BNN on the Career or Intro pages to begin with to qualify for that "weight". That was the start of your disruptive practices, which began on July 2nd of this year and then you continued to delete content and add negative content in the months that followed. The previous link, which dates back to 2014, details the history of your disruptive practices.

- Hello @61.238.106.82: Please remember to assume good faith. You can be critical with the contributions of other editors, but you should never resort to personal attacks. Hello @Chisme: I removed the content you added based on the court ruling as it is a primary source and its direct use is discouraged. If it is covered by a reliable secondary source in the future it could be added back. Regards. --Crystallizedcarbon (talk) 18:49, 16 January 2023 (UTC)

- Actually there are serious issues now, Chisme, has added all of his negative comments to the already controversial Domestic Violence section that was in status quo for years. And further removed the status quo of Personal Life, Career.
- I believe as an independent neutral editor that helped achieve the status quo, it's only fair to revert it back to it, rather than achieve the negative rhetoric. 61.238.106.82 (talk) 12:27, 5 February 2023 (UTC)
- Dear @Crystallizedcarbon:
As I've just seen the changes now, I believe you missed out the key changes that were "added" by @Chisme:, as part of his long-history of adding to this page in this topic. As already shown in disruptive edit history, his only mandate has been to magnify these changes over 10 years. https://sigma.toolforge.org/usersearch.py?name=Chisme&page=Gurbaksh+Chahal&max=500&server=enwiki
You can see for yourself the changes for the status quo of July 31, 2022 and the changes he altered shortly after that.
July 31, 2022 Edition by Crystallizedcarbon
Domestic violence and battery conviction
In August 2013, the San Francisco District Attorney's Office (SFDA) charged Chahal with committing acts of domestic violence against his girlfriend.[74] Chahal proclaimed his innocence[75] but nevertheless entered into a no contest plea to one charge of domestic violence battery and one charge of battery.[76] He was sentenced to three years' probation, ordered to pay a fine, and compelled to undergo a 52-week domestic violence training course along with 25 hours of community service.[76] Subsequently, he was fired from his position as CEO of RadiumOne[77][78] (Chahal alleged that his guilty plea was coerced by the board of RadiumOne).[79][80]
In 2016, after he committed acts of domestic violence against a second woman, the San Francisco County Superior Court found Chahal guilty of violating the terms of his September 2014 probation.[81] The court sentenced him to one year in jail; he resigned from his position as CEO of Gravity4.[81] The California State Appeals Court upheld the verdict in April 2018[82] and Chahal served six months in San Francisco County Jail.[83]
After a lengthy debate on not changing to this disruptive editing, Chisme added edits after July 31.
Domestic violence and battery conviction
Chahal was arrested in 2013 and charged with 45 felonies following an attack on his then-girlfriend.[76] Video footage of the assault, taken by a camera in Chahal's bedroom ceiling, showed Chahal smothering the woman with a pillow and hitting and kicking her 117 times over a half hour period.[77][78]

Also, the @BNNBreaking Twitter accounts appear to be back; is it worth having Chisme edit this page so that an entire section, normally reserved for "Career" or "Personal Life," is dedicated to discussing Twitter accounts for a company that is not even mentioned in his entire bio...and are now back?
- P.P.S. @Crystallizedcarbon:, since it's quite obvious of @Chisme:'s pattern that we've seen and his hatred for the subject. It will be quite amusing for you to keep the BNN reference up, as I'm hoping you look at this a form of neutrality.
Here are just a few instances I found of "Wikipedia" Pages using subject's BNN Network as a "reference", when creating Wikipedia's page. I think maybe that might be enough to just state the intent behind every edit of @Chisme:'s 10 year edit history associated with this page.

- I have removed the Twitter ban on BNN news section. It may warrant inclusion if BNN news is a notable part (covered by multiple reliable sources) of the subject's career. If so a subsection should be added to the career section for BNN news with the content from the sources and then the ban could be appended back there. I removed it just because it does not merit a section and would need additional context within the career section if BNN News is indeed a notable part of his career. --Crystallizedcarbon (talk) 17:11, 14 March 2023 (UTC)
- Re-reading, I still stand by my comments from 2018 and wonder why this essentially reversed back to the state it was in mid conflict. As in 2018, the whole "117" thing doesn't deserve a spot in the article unless strong consensus is formed -- of which it appears none has been to my knowledge for any of the re-additions -- given that it is only "allegedly" and never used/proven in court. We aren't in the business of being sensational. I hate to see history repeating itself; this is a quagmire I thought was behind us, as I am sure you did as well Crystallizedcarbon. When it comes to BNN specifically, I have no real opinion here. TheSandDoctor Talk 06:55, 15 March 2023 (UTC)

- Hello @Woni3verse: this edit has some problems. First, you inserted an empty ref at the top, second you added an external link in the body of the article which is also wrong. Even if you wanted to use it as a reference it does not meet the independent reliable source requirements. - You will see that I did as suggested, but IP immediately deleted my text and introduced another one disqualyfing my sources, today at 16:42. It seems like IP is in possession of the truth/Wikipedia and he/she behaves as a censor of the opinions and sources he simply dislikes. What can we do to avoid this situation? thanks for your help! Mariano211 (talk) 17:14, 16 April 2023 (UTC)
- Hello @Mariano211: you can add content and then reference it from the reliable sources, making sure to provide due attribution and keeping balance. The points within activism are not the right place as it is just a list. You may want to neutralize the last paragraph of the section where it presents only the view of ERC by presenting alternative views with attribution.

New Pages Patrol newsletter June 2023
[edit]Hello Crystallizedcarbon,
Backlog
Redirect drive: In response to an unusually high redirect backlog, we held a redirect backlog drive in May. The drive completed with 23851 reviews done in total, bringing the redirect backlog to 0 (momentarily). Congratulations to Hey man im josh who led with a staggering 4316 points, followed by Meena and Greyzxq with 2868 and 2546 points respectively. See this page for more details. The redirect queue is steadily rising again and is steadily approaching 4,000. Please continue to help out, even if it's only for a few or even one review a day.
Redirect autopatrol: All administrators without autopatrol have now been added to the redirect autopatrol list. If you see any users who consistently create significant amounts of good quality redirects, consider requesting redirect autopatrol for them here.
WMF work on PageTriage: The WMF Moderator Tools team, consisting of Sam, Jason and Susana, and also some patches from Jon, has been hard at work updating PageTriage. They are focusing their efforts on modernising the extension's code rather than on bug fixes or new features, though some user-facing work will be prioritised. This will help make sure that this extension is not deprecated, and is easier to work on in the future. In the next month or so, we will have an opt-in beta test where new page patrollers can help test the rewrite of Special:NewPagesFeed, to help find bugs. We will post more details at WT:NPPR when we are ready for beta testers.
Articles for Creation (AFC): All new page reviewers are now automatically approved for Articles for Creation draft reviewing (you do not need to apply at WT:AFCP like was required previously). To install the AFC helper script, visit Special:Preferences, visit the Gadgets tab, tick "Yet Another AFC Helper Script", then click "Save". To find drafts to review, visit Special:NewPagesFeed, and at the top left, tick "Articles for Creation". To review a draft, visit a submitted draft, click on the "More" menu, then click "Review (AFCH)". You can also comment on and submit drafts that are unsubmitted using the script.
You can review the AFC workflow at WP:AFCR. It is up to you if you also want to mark your AFC accepts as NPP reviewed (this is allowed but optional, depends if you would like a second set of eyes on your accept). Don't forget that draftspace is optional, so moves of drafts to mainspace (even if they are not ready) should not be reverted, except possibly if there is conflict of interest.
Pro tip: Did you know that visual artists such as painters have their own SNG? The most common part of this "creative professionals" criteria that applies to artists is WP:ARTIST 4b (solo exhibition, not group exhibition, at a major museum) or 4d (being represented within the permanent collections of two museums).

New pages patrol newsletter
[edit]Hello Crystallizedcarbon,
Backlog update: At the time of this message, there are 11,300 articles and 15,600 redirects awaiting review. This is the highest backlog in a long time. Please help out by doing additional reviews!
October backlog elimination drive: A one-month backlog drive for October will start in one week! Barnstars will be awarded based on the number of articles and redirects patrolled. Articles will earn 4x as many points compared to redirects. You can sign up here.
PageTriage code upgrades: Upgrades to the PageTriage code, initiated by the NPP open letter in 2022 and actioned by the WMF Moderator Tools Team in 2023, are ongoing. More information can be found here. As part of this work, the Special:NewPagesFeed now has a new version in beta! The update leaves the NewPagesFeed appearance and function mostly identical to the old one, but updates the underlying code, making it easier to maintain and helping make sure the extension is not decommissioned due to maintenance issues in the future. You can try out the new Special:NewPagesFeed here - it will replace the current version soon.
Notability tip: Professors can meet WP:PROF #1 by having their academic papers be widely cited by their peers. When reviewing professor articles, it is a good idea to find their Google Scholar or Scopus profile and take a look at their h-index and number of citations. As a very rough rule of thumb, for most fields, articles on people with a h-index of twenty or more, a first-authored paper with more than a thousand citations, or multiple papers each with more than a hundred citations are likely to be kept at AfD.
Reviewing tip: If you would like like a second opinion on your reviews or simply want another new page reviewer by your side when patrolling, we recommend pair reviewing! This is where two reviewers use Discord voice chat and screen sharing to communicate with each other while reviewing the same article simultaneously. This is a great way to learn and transfer knowledge.
Reminders:
- You can access live chat with patrollers on the New Page Patrol Discord.
- Consider adding the project discussion page to your watchlist.

Backlog update: The October drive reduced the article backlog from 11,626 to 7,609 and the redirect backlog from 16,985 to 6,431! Congratulations to Schminnte, who led with over 2,300 points.
Following that, New Page Patrol organized another backlog drive for articles in January 2024. The January drive started with 13,650 articles and reduced the backlog to 7,430 articles. Congratulations to JTtheOG, who achieved first place with 1,340 points in this drive.
Looking at the graph, it seems like backlog drives are one of the only things keeping the backlog under control. Another backlog drive is being planned for May. Feel free to participate in the May backlog drive planning discussion.
It's worth noting that both queues are gradually increasing again and are nearing 14,034 articles and 22,540 redirects. We encourage you to keep contributing, even if it's just a single patrol per day. Your support is greatly appreciated!
2023 Awards
Onel5969 won the 2023 cup with 17,761 article reviews last year - that's an average of nearly 50/day. There was one Platinum Award (10,000+ reviews), 2 Gold Awards (5000+ reviews), 6 Silver (2000+), 8 Bronze (1000+), 30 Iron (360+) and 70 more for the 100+ barnstar. Hey man im josh led on redirect reviews by clearing 36,175 of them. For the full details, see the Awards page and the Hall of Fame. Congratulations everyone for their efforts in reviewing!
WMF work on PageTriage: The WMF Moderator Tools team and volunteer software developers deployed the rewritten NewPagesFeed in October, and then gave the NewPagesFeed a slight visual facelift in November. This concludes most major work to Special:NewPagesFeed, and most major work by the WMF Moderator Tools team, who wrapped up their major work on PageTriage in October. The WMF Moderator Tools team and volunteer software developers will continue small work on PageTriage as time permits.
Recruitment: A couple of the coordinators have been inviting editors to become reviewers, via mass-messages to their talk pages. If you know someone who you'd think would make a good reviewer, then a personal invitation to them would be great. Additionally, if there are Wikiprojects that you are active on, then you can add a post there asking participants to join NPP. Please be careful not to double invite folks that have already been invited.
Reviewing tip: Reviewers who prefer to patrol new pages within their most familiar subjects can use the regularly updated NPP Browser tool.
Reminders:
- You can access live chat with patrollers on the New Pages Patrol Discord.
- Consider adding the project discussion page to your watchlist.
- To opt out of future mailings, please remove yourself here.

Regarding recent edits
[edit]Kindly explain the guidelines violated by me or any type of vandalism done. Don't make false allegations and accuse falsely. You don't own Wikipedia, I have not made any false edits or not added any false information nor violated any guidelines. I have just updated the page to look better with accurate information. Hello @Anonymous copy:: Union territory should not be capitalized and I have never seen the term megacity used in the info boxes.I appologize because it was hasty to assume you were vandalizing. I believe you edited in good faith, so I have removed the warning from your talk page. Regards. --Crystallizedcarbon (talk) 17:40, 8 May 2024 (UTC)

Regarding Edit on (Delhi) page
[edit]I just edited Delhi's settlement from city to Megacity, Delhi's population is way more than 10 million. Isn't Delhi a megacity, and what type of vandalism did it cause to Wikipedia. I will make sure not to make any further contributions to Wikipedia and stop making donations to Wikipedia. Thanks for showing your true bossy nature Mr. Crystallizedcarbon. Even issued me a warning. Anonymous copy (talk) 17:50, 8 May 2024 (UTC)
- (edit conflict) Right. As I said above, it was my mistake about Megacity. You also capitalized "union territory". That does not constitute vandalism and that is why I removed the warning. Sorry again. Regards. --Crystallizedcarbon (talk) 17:52, 8 May 2024 (UTC)
- How is capitalizing "Union Territory" an act of Vandalism. and if you realize that you were wrong about megacity then you must correct it by yourself, that is what is expected from your side. Please make the correction or publish my edit. Anonymous copy (talk) 18:03, 8 May 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Have you ever seen Capital City of [Particular province] written on info box. Similar cities to Lucknow contain "Metropolis" in their infobox and you reverted that too. Even minor edits cannot be made by normal user ? Anonymous copy (talk) 18:01, 8 May 2024 (UTC)
- and regarding Nestle India headquarters even with respect to the given source (moneycontrol) the edit done by me is absolutely correct and I am shareholder of Nestle India so after seeing the reports sent by the company (which contained address of headquarters) is exactly what I edited with complete address and you reverted that edit as well. - Added Content: "In 2022, Chahal founded the now-defunct news website and aggregator BNN Breaking in Hong Kong. The website was subject to several controversies regarding the accuracy of its reporting, and all of its accounts were suspended from Twitter in June 2022 for violations of the site's policy on spam and platform manipulation. As of March 2024, Google appeared to no longer show search results for the website. The BNN website was deleted and moved to the website TrimFeed. Trimfeed was closed after The New York Times informed Chahal they were doing a report on BNN."

- Added Content: "Video footage of the assault, taken by a camera in Chahal's bedroom ceiling, showed Chahal smothering the woman with a pillow and hitting and kicking her 117 times over a half-hour period."
Given these changes, it is clear that there has been a pattern of disruptive editing aimed at highlighting negative aspects of Gurbaksh Chahal's life while removing or minimizing his career achievements and contributions. I kindly request that the page be reverted to the version as of July 31, 2022, which can be found here: July 31, 2022 version.
Thank you for your attention to this matter and for your efforts in maintaining the integrity and neutrality of this Wikipedia page. 103.139.133.12 (talk) 13:53, 22 June 2024 (UTC)
- I removed the mention of the criminal record from the infobox and the reference in the first paragraph as I think both are undue. The additional source information included in the criminal charges section I think is OK. For the positive content removed, the gravity4 content was sourced by a blog so removal was also warranted. For the philanthropy please provide the diff of the removals to check. --Crystallizedcarbon (talk) 08:24, 25 June 2024 (UTC)
Thank you User:Crystallizedcarbon for your prompt response and for taking action to address the recent disruptive edits on the Gurbaksh Chahal Wikipedia page.- I appreciate your removal of the mention of the criminal record from the infobox and the first paragraph, as I agree that these references were undue.
- Regarding the removal of positive content, I acknowledge your point about the Gravity4 content being sourced from a blog, which warrants its removal. For the philanthropy section, I will provide the relevant diffs for your review.
- I also reviewed your earlier intervention on the page, particularly your comments from March 14, 2023 (link):
I have removed the Twitter ban on BNN news section.
- Now, it seems that a dedicated paragraph has been added, and the same contributors have also created a separate BNN Breaking page that is completely negative and does not even meet Wikipedia's standards, particularly the notability criteria for having its own page. I kindly ask you to review this section again at your convenience.
- Additionally, in line with the same discussion, User:TheSandDoctor, whom I also reached out to regarding this issue, previously expressed concerns about the re-addition of certain content by Chisme. This content had been removed since 2018, yet it has been reinstated without proper consensus:
Re-reading, I still stand by my comments from 2018 and wonder why this essentially reversed back to the state it was in mid conflict.
- Given these observations, I believe it is essential to revert the page to a version that reflects a balanced and neutral view, achieved through consensus, rather than one dominated by sensational and potentially biased content.
- Thank you once again for your attention and efforts in maintaining the integrity and neutrality of this Wikipedia page.
Best regards, 203.95.220.74 (talk) 06:34, 27 June 2024 (UTC)- P.S. Just did a quick Google Search. Here is more information on Gravity4 from well-known publications. As you can see, the current edit by Chisme was reduced to two sentences, with the third appearing to be related to a lawsuit that never materialized. This content seems to have been added for sensationalism by Chisme, while removing other content about the firm.
203.95.220.74 (talk)07:04, 27 June 2024 (UTC)@Crystallizedcarbon: @TheSandDoctor:- Dear User:Crystallizedcarbon and User:TheSandDoctor,
- I urge you to monitor this page closely, as it appears to be subject to ongoing disruptive edits. Notably, your June 25th revision removing "undue" content from the infobox lead was subsequently reverted by User:Amigao, who has, as previously highlighted, been vandalizing this page since March 2nd, 2024.
- cur prev 22:21, 30 June 2024 Amigao talk contribs 65,858 bytes +375 Rescuing 2 sources and tagging 0 as dead.) #IABot (v2.0.9.5 Tag: IABotManagementConsole [1.3]

- The latest updates seem to be about two things:
- 1. Adding: "Criminal charges Domestic violence battery[2]" back into the infobox
- 2. Adding "BNN Breaking" into the lead of the sentence to highlight negative coverage. This appears to be part of a larger pattern:
- A separate BNN Breaking page was created with a negative slant by the same group of editors.
- They have been attempting to add a BNN Breaking section to this page since last year, which has now expanded into its own paragraph.
- Now they are trying to bring that same connection to the front of the page by adding BNN Breaking to the lead intro: "Chahal has since founded other internet-based companies including RadiumOne,[5] Gravity4, and BNN Breaking.[6]"
- This seems to be an attempt to drive traffic to their negative messaging by prominently featuring BNN Breaking throughout the article.
These actions mirror previous efforts to highlight the domestic violence section across the page. It appears to be a coordinated effort to emphasize negative aspects and alter the overall tone of the article. 203.95.220.74 (talk)05:21, 1 July 2024 (UTC)- Hello, IP editor. Do you have any WP:COI to declare? - Amigao (talk) 14:03, 1 July 2024 (UTC)
Dear @Amigao:,- I can assure you that I have no WP:COI to declare. My edits and comments are solely motivated by a desire to maintain the neutrality and accuracy of the article, in line with Wikipedia's policies.
- I am also not the one editing; I am just connecting with neutral editors like @Crystallizedcarbon: and admins @TheSandDoctor: who constructively held the page to a neutral stance. You are the one that keeps editing this page to a negative stance and now monitoring even my communications with them.
- I'm concerned about the pattern of edits you've been making to this page since March 2, 2024. Your consistent additions of negative content and reversions of neutral edits could be seen as problematic. The edits you've been making appear to violate several WP:BLP guidelines, particularly those regarding neutral point of view, undue weight, and recentism. The article seems to disproportionately focus on negative aspects, potentially violating the principle of due weight. This approach does not align with Wikipedia's standards for encyclopedic content about living individuals.
- Given this pattern, it might be worth reflecting on whether you have any undeclared interests or biases that could be influencing your edits.
Do you have anything to declare? 203.95.220.74 (talk)05:37, 2 July 2024 (UTC)
- Hello, IP editor. Do you have any WP:COI to declare? - Amigao (talk) 14:03, 1 July 2024 (UTC)
- @203.95.220.74: Please remember that you must asume good faith. Amigao's edits are not vandalism and labeling them as such violates our guidelines on Etiquette. You have been involved only on this article. While you have not edited it since it is protected, you have defended only one side on all your arguments and requests. Can you please confirm if you have any relation to the subject. I have reverted the addition of the criminal charges to the infobox per the consensus reached in the talk page, but please understand that adding neutral and referenced information to the article is perfectly fine. Regards. --Crystallizedcarbon (talk) 09:14, 2 July 2024 (UTC)
@Crystallizedcarbon: @TheSandDoctor:- Dear Crystallizedcarbon,
- Thank you for your response and for reverting the addition of criminal charges to the infobox as per the consensus reached on the talk page. I appreciate your efforts to maintain neutrality.
- I apologize if my comments came across as not assuming good faith. That was not my intention, and I will be more mindful of my language in future discussions.
- To address your question directly: I can confirm that I have no relation to the subject of the article. My involvement stems solely from a concern for maintaining a balanced and neutral representation, in line with Wikipedia's policies.
- I'd like to clarify that advocating for neutrality doesn't make my arguments one-sided. My concern is that the current edits are turning the article into an unbalanced, negative portrayal, which goes against Wikipedia's neutral point of view principle.
- After thorough research of the page, edit history, and talk page history, I have several specific concerns:
- 1. The prominence given to BNN Breaking in the lead, its separate section, and its full two-page negative article seems disproportionate. The BNN Breaking page itself raises questions about notability and adherence to Wikipedia's standards. It appears to be primarily negative in tone and includes information that may not meet Wikipedia's reliable source criteria.
- 2. There appears to be a pattern of adding negative content while positive or neutral information is being removed or minimized. For example:
- ProcureNet, where the subject has been CEO since 2019, is not mentioned in the lead paragraph and has only one sentence in the entire article: "In 2020, Chahal founded ProcureNet and is its CEO. It is a supplier of pharmaceutical materials and vaccines consumables and a subsidiary of VendorCloud." This brief mention fails to capture the company's significance, especially given coverage in reputable sources such as The New York Times (link) and Down To Earth (link), which highlight ProcureNet's crucial role during the COVID-19 syringe crisis. This omission appears to violate lead guidelines for summarizing key points, recentism, and due weight guidelines by neglecting significant recent activities.
- Gravity4's coverage has been reduced to three sentences, one of which focuses on an unsubstantiated lawsuit. This brief treatment fails to reflect the company's activities and achievements as reported by reliable sources including The Wall Street Journal, The Drum, South China Morning Post, AdExchanger, Reuters, Mumbrella, and Fusões & Aquisições. The current representation seems to violate neutral point of view and balance guidelines.
- The philanthropy section has been progressively reduced, minimizing coverage of the subject's charitable activities. This reduction appears to conflict with neutral point of view and balance guidelines, as it fails to provide a comprehensive view of the subject's contributions to society.
- Any mention of the subject's over a dozen patents has been removed from the article. This omission of significant intellectual property contributions seems to violate due weight guidelines and fails to provide a complete picture of the subject's professional accomplishments.
- 3. The article currently dedicates significant space to a misdemeanor charge, including mentions in the infobox, lead, and three paragraphs at the end, while minimizing other aspects of the subject's life and career. Specifically:
- The mention of "47 felonies" and "117 times" seems to be included for shock value, despite these claims being unproven in court and denied by the subject (source).
- More importantly, a 2021 article from Deccan Chronicle (source) reports that this conviction was "set aside" by a San Francisco court, effectively expunging it from the subject's record. The article states:
The Court makes a finding and grant motion pursuant to PC 1203.4 in the interest of justice. Pursuant to the signed and filed order Guilty plea is set aside and a not guilty plea is entered. Order for Dismissal signed and filed in court.
- A copy of the actual Court Order Dismissal is readily available online (link), which can be easily found through a quick Google search. This primary source confirms the expungement of the charge.
- This significant legal development is not reflected in the current version of the article. Instead, outdated and unproven information continues to be prominently featured. This approach appears to violate several Wikipedia guidelines:
- Neutral point of view: by presenting a one-sided narrative that ignores recent legal outcomes and includes unproven claims
- Recentism: by failing to update the article with the most current information
- Undue weight: by giving disproportionate attention to an expunged charge and unproven allegations
- Biographies of living persons: by potentially damaging the reputation of a living individual based on outdated and unproven information
- Verifiability: by not including easily verifiable information about the expungement
- To put this into perspective, let's consider how other Wikipedia biographies of living persons handle similar situations:
- 1. Robert Downey Jr.: Despite his well-documented history of substance abuse and legal troubles in the 1990s and early 2000s, his Wikipedia page dedicates only a small portion to these issues. The majority of the article focuses on his career achievements, including his comeback and success in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The legal issues are mentioned briefly in a "Personal life" section, without sensationalized details.
- 2. Martha Stewart: Her insider trading conviction, which resulted in a five-month prison sentence, is covered in a single, concise paragraph within her biography. The majority of her page focuses on her business ventures and media career.
- 3. Mark Wahlberg: His page mentions his troubled youth and criminal convictions in a brief "Early life" section, but the vast majority of the article is dedicated to his successful acting and producing career.
- These examples demonstrate how Wikipedia typically handles negative aspects in biographies of living persons: they are mentioned for completeness but do not dominate the article. In contrast, the current state of Gurbaksh Chahal's page seems to give undue weight to negative aspects, particularly the domestic violence incident, at the expense of a balanced representation of his life and career.
- It's worth noting that this page has a history of contentious edits. In March 2023, there was a significant discussion about the content and tone of the article. During this time, Wikipedia admin TheSandDoctor expressed concerns about the reintroduction of certain content, stating:
Re-reading, I still stand by my comments from 2018 and wonder why this essentially reversed back to the state it was in mid conflict.
- Given this previous discussion and consensus, it's concerning to see these sensationalized details being reintroduced without apparent justification. This seems to contravene consensus and bold, revert, discuss cycle guidelines.
- Additionally, I have concerns about the BNN Breaking page:
- 1. The page appears to lack notability as required by Wikipedia's guidelines. It's unclear whether this topic meets the criteria for having its own article.
- 2. The content seems to be primarily negative and potentially violates neutral point of view guidelines.
- 3. Some of the information presented may not meet Wikipedia's reliable source criteria.
- 4. The page appears to give undue weight to controversies and negative aspects, which is not in line with balance guidelines for Wikipedia articles.
- In light of these observations, I believe it's crucial to reassess the current state of the article to ensure it aligns with Wikipedia's policies on neutral point of view and biographies of living persons. This should involve:
- 1. Adhering to the previous consensus regarding the domestic violence section, reducing it to key facts without sensationalism and including the recent expungement.
- 2. Ensuring equal prominence is given to the subject's professional achievements and recent activities, including his role in addressing global challenges like the COVID-19 syringe shortage through ProcureNet.
- 3. Reviewing the inclusion and placement of information about BNN Breaking to ensure it's not given undue weight.
- 4. Reassessing the notability and content of the separate BNN Breaking page.
Thank you for your consideration of these points and your continued efforts in maintaining the integrity and neutrality of this Wikipedia page. 203.95.220.74 (talk)11:26, 2 July 2024 (UTC)- I am sorry to say that currently I do not have enough free time to take a look at the BNN page or to get into long discussions. What you said about charges being dismissed would belong in the article, but the problem is that the source that you provided is not independent. It is a paid article and does not qualify as a reliable source. Primary sources also should not be used. If it would have been reported by a reliable source from mainstream media I would have had no problem in including it myself as it would be very relevant. Other than that I can not help much more at the time unless the issues are very serious due to lack of time. --Crystallizedcarbon (talk) 18:00, 2 July 2024 (UTC)
Dear @Crystallizedcarbon:,- Thank you for your response. I deeply appreciate your commitment to neutrality and fairness on Wikipedia. Editors like you are crucial in maintaining the integrity of articles, especially in cases like this where balance is essential.
- I understand your time constraints, but given your valuable insights and previous involvement with this page, I hope you might reconsider addressing these issues or perhaps involve other neutral editors who can help.
- To address your points and summarize the concerns:
- 1. The Scribd link is a primary source - the actual court document showing the expungement. While Wikipedia generally prefers secondary sources, WP:BLPPRIMARY states that primary sources may be used in BLPs for "uncontroversial facts."
- 2. Even if we set aside the Deccan Chronicle article, the court document itself is a verifiable, official record that directly contradicts information currently in the article. Ignoring this violates verifiability and neutral point of view policies.
- 3. Furthermore, a thorough review of the article reveals numerous violations of Wikipedia's core policies and guidelines, including:
- Neutral Point of View and Balance:
- One-sided narrative focusing excessively on a single controversy (the domestic violence case).
- Overemphasis on negative aspects while minimizing or omitting recent achievements and significant contributions.
- Inadequate coverage of positive contributions, including intellectual property, patents, and philanthropic activities.
- Undue Weight and Due Weight:
- Disproportionate focus on an 11-year-old legal issue, evident in four sentences in the lead, a separate section in Personal life, and an additional three-paragraph "Domestic violence and battery conviction" section.
- Undue prominence given to BNN Breaking (which itself has accuracy and neutrality issues).
- Minimization of significant aspects of the subject's career, recent activities, and achievements.
- Biographies of Living Persons:
- Potentially damaging claims based on outdated information, particularly regarding the expunged case.
- Use of sensationalist details for shock value, violating the principle of treating living subjects with respect.
- Recentism and Comprehensiveness:
- Failure to update with recent developments (expungement, ProcureNet's role in COVID-19 response, Gravity4's achievements, recent philanthropic activities).
- Inadequate coverage of significant career aspects, including Gravity4's achievements, ProcureNet's impact, and numerous awards and recognitions.
- Coatrack:
- The article uses Chahal's biography as a vehicle to extensively discuss controversial topics rather than providing a balanced overview of his life and career.
- Specific issues:
- Disproportionate focus on an 11-year-old legally expunged case.
- Gravity4 section prominently features an unsubstantiated lawsuit claim, overshadowing actual business activities.
- Dedicated BNN Breaking section focuses solely on controversies and links to a separate problematic Wikipedia page.
- These elements shift focus from the subject's life and achievements to tangential controversies, violating the principle that "an article should not be about tangential or peripheral aspects of the subject."
- Conflict of Interest and Battleground behavior:
- Editors such as Amigao (talk · contribs), Gråbergs Gråa Sång (talk · contribs), War Term (talk · contribs), Belbury (talk · contribs), The ed17 (talk · contribs), Hemiauchenia (talk · contribs), among others, have been consistently adding and emphasizing the 11-year-old controversy and BNN Breaking on the Gurbaksh Chahal page while also contributing significantly to the BNN Breaking page.
- This pattern suggests a potential conflict of interest and possible battleground behavior, as these editors appear to be using multiple pages to push a particular narrative about the subject.
- Such behavior violates Wikipedia's policies on neutral editing and assuming good faith, raising concerns about the motivations behind these edits.
- This connection between the two pages further reinforces the Coatrack concerns, as it suggests a coordinated effort to emphasize certain aspects of the subject's life across multiple Wikipedia articles.
- A more comprehensive review of the edit history may reveal additional editors engaged in this pattern of behavior.
- Neutral Point of View and Balance:
- To further illustrate how out of balance this article is compared to other BLPs, consider these additional examples:
- 1. Hugh Grant: His article briefly mentions his 1995 arrest in a single sentence within the "Personal life" section, despite it being a highly publicized incident at the time. The vast majority of the article focuses on his acting career and professional achievements.
- 2. Tim Allen: His article mentions his 1978 arrest and two-year imprisonment for drug trafficking in a single paragraph within the "Personal life" section. The bulk of the article is dedicated to his successful career in comedy, acting, and voice work.
- These examples demonstrate how Wikipedia typically handles controversies in BLPs - mentioned for completeness but not dominating the narrative. The current state of Gurbaksh Chahal's page starkly contrasts these examples - and the other three previously mentioned, with a disproportionate focus on past legal issues and minimal coverage of recent professional achievements.
- Additionally, the related BNN Breaking page, which is prominently featured in Chahal's main article, also raises several concerns that further contribute to the imbalance in Chahal's portrayal:
- Notability: It's questionable whether BNN Breaking meets Wikipedia's notability guidelines, given its short lifespan and primary notability stemming from controversies rather than significant contributions to journalism or technology.
- Neutral Point of View: The page fails to present a balanced view, focusing almost exclusively on controversies and negative aspects without adequate coverage of any positive or neutral aspects of the website's operations.
- Coatrack: The article appears to use BNN Breaking as a vehicle to discuss controversies related to Gurbaksh Chahal, rather than focusing on the website itself.
- Accuracy: The page contains factual errors, such as claiming TrimFeed was shut down when it remains active, violating Wikipedia's core principle of accuracy.
- Verifiability: Several claims are not properly verified, including the assertion about TrimFeed's shutdown. In fact, TrimFeed remains active, as evidenced by this recent article: link. This demonstrates a failure to fact-check even easily verifiable information.
- Due Weight: Undue prominence is given to certain sources (e.g., The New York Times report) without presenting counterarguments or alternative viewpoints.
- Reliable Sources: The article relies heavily on a limited number of sources for significant claims, without adequate corroboration or presentation of alternative perspectives.
- In light of these issues with both the main article and the related BNN Breaking page, it's clear that there's a systemic problem in how Gurbaksh Chahal is being portrayed on Wikipedia. The combination of policy violations, undue emphasis on controversies, and potential conflict of interest among editors has resulted in a deeply unbalanced and potentially harmful representation of a living person. This situation urgently requires attention from neutral editors to bring these pages into compliance with Wikipedia's standards and ensure fair treatment of the subject.
- Given these significant policy violations and the clear disparity with other BLPs, I urge you to reconsider addressing these issues or involving other editors who may have the time to help bring this article into compliance with Wikipedia's standards. Your expertise and neutral approach would be invaluable in this process.
- I would also like to specifically urge @TheSandDoctor: to consider becoming involved again. Your instrumental role in addressing previous disruptive edits in prior years has been crucial in maintaining the article's integrity. Your insights and experience with this particular article would be extremely valuable in resolving the current issues and ensuring the page adheres to Wikipedia's standards.
- I must stress that if neutral editors like yourself stop contributing to this page, it will only give ammunition to the same disruptive editors to continue manipulating the content. The ongoing behavior of focusing on the past, emphasizing sensationalism and shock value, particularly regarding an 11-year-old incident that has been legally expunged, while neglecting recent achievements, is deeply concerning. Your continued involvement is crucial to prevent this page from becoming solely a negative portrayal that violates Wikipedia's core principles of neutrality and balance.
Thank you both for your consideration and your continued efforts to maintain Wikipedia's integrity. Your involvement is critical in ensuring that this BLP receives the same fair and balanced treatment as other articles on the platform. 203.95.220.74 (talk)06:26, 3 July 2024 (UTC)- Out of curiosity, based on the content of the BNN WP-article and past discussions there, I put

- IP, you should take content comments to the article talk pages, e.g. Talk:BNN Breaking. You may also want to check out Wikipedia:Wall of text if you'd like people to substantively engage with you, and Wikipedia:Assume good faith around the supposed motives I and other have while editing.
