Peace Dove

Peace is a state of balance and understanding in yourself and between others, where respect is gained by the acceptance of differences, tolerance persists, conflicts are resolved through dialog, peoples rights are respected and their voices are heard, and everyone is at their highest point of serenity without social tension. 2016 24 Hours of Daytona

Hello:

The copy edit you requested from the Guild if Copy editors of the article 2016 24 Hours of Daytona has been completed.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

One small thing. In the "Finish" section mention is made in the first sentence of "unwell Wayne Taylor driver Jordan Taylor" with no explanation. I'm assuming, unbeknownst to him, he was suffering from the exhaust fumes the same as Max Angelelli? You might want to explain this briefly since Angelelli is covered in depth later.

Best of luck with the article moving forward through DYK and GAN.

Hello:

The copy edit you requested from the Guild of Copy Editors of the article 2002 Scottish Masters has been completed.

Pleased let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

You'll see I have added a tag in the Quarter Finals section to the sentence concerning O'Sullivan's criticism of Ian Doyle suggesting that it needed further explanation. This would probably best be handled in a detailed footnote.

Best of luck with the GAN when you get to it.

Reagrds,

Twofingered Typist (talk) 22:29, 29 February 2020 (UTC)

  • @Twofingered Typist: Thank you again for another copy-edit to an article yours truly has expanded. For the record, the sentence about O'Sullivan's criticism of Doyle was about his suspicion that Doyle wanted to taking control of snooker's commercial aspect from the WPBSA for his own benefit.
