Current Events Solofa Fatu (known as Junior Fatu, and previously as Rikishi) was released from Total Nonstop Action Wrestling on October 25 2007 over a financial dispute, ending his short lived return to television. John Layfield's wife takes serious heat over Citigroup financial advice on November 1 2007. Brooke Adams (known simply as Brooke) was released from World Wrestling Entertainment on November 1 2007. Lilian Ellison (known as The Fabulous Moolah) passed away November 2 2007 at age 84. Chris Mordetsky and Harry Smith (known as Chris Masters and D.H. Smith, respectively) were suspended from World Wrestling Entertainment as of November 2 2007 for Wellness Policy violations. Mordetsky was released from his contract six says later.

WWE released the video game WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 on November 13 2007. The game is available for the PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, PSP, Xbox 360, Nintendo DS and Wii consoles. John Cena takes heat from CNN after an interview involving mentions of steroids. Christopher Irvine (known as Chris Jericho) returned to WWE after a two year hiatus, debuting on the November 19 2007 edition of RAW following months of speculation. Matt Hardy suffered from an inflamed appendix, rendering him unable to wrestle at Survivor Series and possibly for 8-10 weeks. Several wrestling news sites report that former Total Nonstop Action Wrestling stars Ron Killings and Chris Harris have been in talks with WWE. In addition The Big Show is said to be returning as well. Be on the look out for unsourced claims of these signing being added to their respective articles as well as the WWE Roster article. As of January 7, deturning Smackdown! Diva, Ashley Massaro has been drafted to the Raw brand. American Dad sigue las aventuras de Stan Smith y su familia.
