Since I am new to wikipedia and this was my first contribution, i would love to understand the issues which made you revert the article to its old form. one potential issue that I have already idenntified is that I didnot leave the edit summary. I am going throught wikipedia documentation to understand the same and will try to re-edit with edit-summary. If there are any other issues, please highlight so that i can take care of the same during re-edit

DYK for Qatar at the 2010 Asian Para Games
On 9 June 2011, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Qatar at the 2010 Asian Para Games, which you created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that Qatar sent only male athletes to the inaugural Asian Para Games? You are welcome to check how many hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, quick check) and add it to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page. |

Very nice article (the alt text for the image captions is excellent). In the Medal table section and the navbox, though, do you want all those red links?--Miniapolis (talk) 19:47, 11 June 2011 (UTC)

2010 Asian Games
I have reviewed the article. I have passed it, but did find a couple of issues. The calendar is a little off (look at the 2011 Pan American Games calendar as an example) and the picture of the train has a weird caption. Congrats! I encourage you to review some articles too and maybe one day look at the 2011 Pan American Games article for a nomination. Intoronto1125TalkContributions 22:28, 12 June 2011 (UTC)

Re; Request related to badminton article
I make some changes, but i don't see players see to label as main or reserve, that is based on team decision and also a quite bit original research. Second is order of event, if one player need to play twice during the course, then order will be amended, but usually the order will be MD, WS, MS, WD, XD. Sorry for late reply and thanks also for the article. --Aleenf1 12:40, 19 June 2011 (UTC)
- Reply: Thanks for your response and work also; the status of the players in the team is based on the newspaper article [which is of course already cited there], so I don't see it would be count as original research. The order of the events is strictly based on the original order which was employed during the matches. Please confirm that prose in the article's lead and at other places uses the correct terminologies of the badminton, as I'm thinking to work on this article for GA, also this is in mid of DYK nomination, where I was suggested to ask any member of "WP Badminton" to rewrite the article for structured language which correctly uses terminologies. As you are the only one whom I know from WP Badminton, I approached to you. This article has potential for GA, but mine lack of proficiency in writing correct badminton related terms might hinder its improvement, so please go through the article once again and correct any erratum, merci encore. — Bill william comptonTalk 13:13, 19 June 2011 (UTC)

- Reply: The reason is in my edit summary, for your convenience – The list was completely unsourced, hence failed our basic policy of verifiability, also a greater issue of BLP. If you haven't seen clearly, I left out two names there, which are supported by sources. I suggest you to add the names [only] with valid source of reference; and I don't understand why you've written your current academic status here, are you trying to prove something? — Bill william comptonTalk 05:08, 25 June 2011 (UTC)

1974 Asian Games medal table
hi, I have some notes about this page,
- Azadi/Aryamehr sport complex was the complex for all events, the main stadium for opening/closing ceremonies was Aryamehr Stadium.
- I had a long research about all the games and based on my research, 24 NOCs participated. I was added their names on 1974 Asian Games main page. who is the 25th country ?
- unfortunately this table is most probably wrong ! I wasted many many times to check all medals for all countries. first the total number of golds is 202 and silver is 199. second, based on my research , the number of bronze medals are wrong for some countries. (about some of them I'm sure, but about some of them no) Mohsen1248 (talk) 17:28, 25 June 2011 (UTC)
- I've corrected the caption. The image is of Azadi stadium, but caption talks about complex, because we can't show whole complex in one image.
- I really don't know which one is 25th, I just know that there are sources that say "25 countries participated in 1974", check here – NDTV, Beijing Olympics, Rediff.Com, etc.
- Medal table is completely based on the information provided by Olympic Council of Asia, so I don't think we should doubt it. Do you've any other solid source, like official records of Iranian Olympic Committee or Asian Games Federation? — Bill william comptonTalk 18:12, 25 June 2011 (UTC)
- *from what i heard, Saudi Arabia was supposed to be 25th country but they didn't participate, also I think I found some sources about 24, I will try to find them once again), I made a list here and I'm almost sure about all of them. (only one game is missing, 1996 Asian Winter Games).
- *OCASIA website is full of errors ! you can count the number of medals, do it please, the total number of golds is 202 not 200. (also 199 Silvers), you can find all medalists names in Doha2006 website, I already did it and count all medals, and I found some mistakes. for example Philipines won 9 Bronze in Swimming, 2 in Boxing and 1 in Shooting (Total Bronze = 12), in my table Japan has 50 Bronze, Burma has 4 Bronze (3 in WL and 1 in ATH), since I already found many errors in OCASIA website, I can't trust them anymore.
- *the official report of these games (and almost all of the games) is available in a library just one hour away from my home ! but unfortunately I can't access them, it needs special permission. I sent some letters to get this permission but still no answer !! I stopped searching because I thought I can get this permission. Mohsen1248 (talk) 18:48, 25 June 2011 (UTC)
- Hi again, I found a source for the participating nations, many sources are talking about 25 participationg nations but I can't find the 25th country. so I think the 25th country (most probably Saudi Arabia) didn't participate and maybe sent officials only. Mohsen1248 (talk) 20:41, 25 June 2011 (UTC)
- Mohsen, I know that OCA website has some errors, but you also know much better that we're pretty much short of reputable/reliable sources. If we question accuracy of OCA website—specifically for medal table—then it will never be consider as source of reference in any article, as we're questioning its reliability. Moreover, don't you think it would be too arduous to cite counting of medals, also archives of doha2006.com aren't working many sports, good example is gymnastics, I had to convince other people to consider gymnasticsresults.com a valid source of reference. And yes, you're right that counting of medals in table is incorrect, as I've just count them all, I'll correct it. For a question of 24/25 NOCs, please provide some more comprehensive source, as this newspaper's article is little bit ambiguous, "any of the other 24 nations in these games [...]". — Bill william comptonTalk 04:55, 26 June 2011 (UTC)

Hey Mohsen, by any chance you've records of the participation of Israel in 1974 Asian Games, because I made this article, but I even don't know in how many sports Israel participated, if somehow you can guide me there then it would be really helpful, thanks and regards. — Bill william comptonTalk 05:16, 26 June 2011 (UTC)
- First, ooops, Japan and any of the other 24 nations = 25 nations !! but I will try to find the story behind the 25th nation. I know, you are right about the credibility of OCASIA website, Doha2006.com isn't working for some sports, I have all of them in my PC, but yes you can't use them as the source ! now I'm reading the google archive in 1974 to find the reason behind this.
- almost 3 years ago I asked [[one of the users about Israel at the Asian Games, I think he can help you. Mohsen1248 (talk) 13:35, 26 June 2011 (UTC)
- Hi again ! I found another interesting thing, here ( page 11, bottom) you can read an article about a North Korean lifter (Kim Joong-Il) who won 3 gold medals in 110kg category but lost all of them for doping. so I think you have to make e new section "change in medal table". in this edition (and only in this edition) Snatch and C&J medals also counted in medal table, so this guy lost 3 medals, not only 1. Mohsen1248 (talk) 22:54, 26 June 2011 (UTC)
- another doping case here (page 11, top right) Japanese lifter Masashi Ohuchi lost 2 gold medals he won in Snatch and Total, not sure if he won any medal in C&L. Mohsen1248 (talk) 23:28, 26 June 2011 (UTC)

World Archery Federation.
Perhaps I should have been more clear with my edit summary, but according to the official website of the governing body they state:
"What a day at the 49th FITA Congress: the Fédération Internationale de Tir à l’Arc (FITA) will be called World Archery Federation (WA) in the future!" Intoronto1125TalkContributions 15:04, 2 July 2011 (UTC)
- Intoronto, it's a thing of future, as you know still their official website uses International Archery Federation, so it would be appropriate if we change the title of article after them. Even IOC doesn't use this new term, so how could we? — Bill william comptonTalk 15:22, 2 July 2011 (UTC)
- Valid point I overlooked the future part (do you by any chance know roughly when it will become official?) Intoronto1125TalkContributions 15:38, 2 July 2011 (UTC)
- It is official, but it will be widely accepted (means follow up by different national archery federations around the world and IOC) when they will change the official emblem of the federation (their website's logo). — Bill william comptonTalk 17:08, 2 July 2011 (UTC)

Hi
Hi Bill, once again I have some notes about your Asian Games medal table pages
- for 2002 Asian Games, the whole official website is available here. also I have the complete list of medalists and if you want to know in which sports and events we had share medals, just tell me.
- if you check the medal table you can see that there is a small diff between this table and 2002 Asian Games medal table, that's because an Indian runner Sunita Rani at first lost her medals for doping but She took back her medals later. I think it must be noted in the page.
- about 1974 Asian Games, I think you did a few mistakes. first can you tell me where you find "while Masashi had won two gold (snatch and total) and one silver (clean & jerk) in the middle heavyweight". are you sure that Masashi won a silver in C&J competition ? I just want it for my own records. but you did a mistake. the Iranian lifter in this category was Ali Vali not Ebrahim Pourdejam, and Vali already won the gold in C&J. after the doping case, he also won the total gold while the snatch gold went to the Chinese lifter. Mohsen1248 (talk) 13:53, 7 July 2011 (UTC)
- Reply: Hi Mohsen, although I'm still working on 2002 table (you can always check my user page for my current work area), but it's good to know that you care this much.
- It would be great if you provide the list.
- I know about the Sunita's case, but forgot to add there, I'll add this fact.
- Yes, Masashi won the silver, you can check Ref14 for this. Ali Vali competed in heavyweight 90-110kg category, while Masashi and Ebrahim both completed in middle-heavyweight (82.5-90kg), for this please check Ref14 and Ref15.
- merci! — Bill william comptonTalk 14:37, 7 July 2011 (UTC)
- Actually all of these medal table pages are in my watchlist (for possible vandalism) , so I see you edits. and it's my pleasure to help. thanks for the refs, I don't know how I missed this one !! lol, I can't see The New York Times article (ref 15) but I see the ref14 and it's WRONG, I think anyone who wrote that article must be a little careless 37 years ago ! another Iranian won the gold in 110kg (Houshang Kargarnejad), Vali won 90kg Gold (2 Gold and 1 Silver). and Pourdejam won the silver in 82.5kg category. you can see the original result of 110kg here (Page 12, very bottom) and 90kg here (Page 12, in All The Teheran Results Section). unfortunately this is only the total result ! - Mohsen, would you please bring some clarity here as I'm totally lost now. "another Iranian won the gold in 110kg (Houshang Kargarnejad)", but source provided by you says– "Iran's H. Karegarnezhad, who finished second with 325 [...]" I didn't find any such thing that "Pourdejam [originally] won the silver in 82.5kg category", and I searched a lot but didn't find anything in your second link also. Okay I've a better way, mark or after these following facts:-
- Heavyweight is "90-110kg category".
- Middle-heavyweight is "82.5-90.0kg category".
- Houshang Kargarnejad competed in heavyweight.
- Houshang Kargarnejad originally won silver medals in all the events of heavyweight.
- Houshang Kargarnejad awarded with three gold medals of Kim Joong-II, after dope test of Kim.
- Masashi won two golds in middle heavyweight.
- Masashi also won a silver in clean & jerk.
- Ebrahim Pourdejam competed in middle heavyweight.
- After the dope test of Masashi, the silver of middle heavyweight was awarded to Ebrahim Pourdejam.
- If you're not agree with any of these facts then please give some reference to check, so that I may use that source within the article (please quote the lines from the links you provide), also it's very difficult to believe that The Vancouver Sun or The New York Times can make [same] mistake(s) like that. Unfortunately, you couldn't reach to NY Times but I've a superscription of it, but at least one thing is clear from those few lines that Iran was awarded with four medals, after the dope test of Kim and Masashi. — Bill william comptonTalk 16:20, 7 July 2011 (UTC)

These results are available on the refs I already wrote here, maybe you didn't find the right article. I have the WL medalists in Doha2006.com (I know it's not available now) and I'm 100% sure about this one. also I have some persian sources about the name of Iranian medalists. Mohsen1248 (talk) 16:44, 7 July 2011 (UTC)
- the screenshots from my sources. here and here.
- Also I think the name of the Chinese lifter must be romanized in Chinese Version. Tsien Yu-Kai is a name in Taiwanese version. his name is most probably "Qian Yukai". but we have to ask someone from China to be sure. Mohsen1248 (talk) 16:54, 7 July 2011 (UTC)
- Mohsen, if you're saying that you are 100% sure, then there's no way I can doubt on your facts. Okay, if Ebrahim (Ebrāhīm, for better pronunciation, as per my knowledge of Persian) didn't won (or even not participated as matter of fact) then was it Ali who got both the golds of Masashi?, and then who was awarded with silver?, it means Sun is wrong with this fact also that it was Tsien Yu-Kai who won both the golds of Masashi. And thanks for the screen shots, and if you can, then please provide Persian sources also, it would be helpful with the article.
- Taiwanese version? but why would they use Taiwanese variant for a Chinese name? although I'm a polyglot but don't know much about Mandarin and its variants (including Taiwanese). So I guess you're right, we should make sure with any Chinese, anyone in your mind? — Bill william comptonTalk 14:39, 8 July 2011 (UTC)
- no, this time I'm sure. I checked many many sources and that screen shots were the best. it's the official website of Iran Weightlifting Federation, you can read it by google translator, and in 1974 section. you can see Pourdejam at 82.5kg and Vali at 90kg. See this table :

for example, Ali Vali originally won the Silver in total, Bronze in Snatch and Gold in C&J. after doping, he won Gold in total, Silver in Snatch and his Gold in C&J remained. Chinese lifter won 2 Bronze in total and C&J and 1 silver in snatch, after doping, he had 2 Silver and 1 Gold. hope it can describe the whole story.
- don't know, that was the first participation of China, maybe at that time they also used this current Taiwanese version. for example this guy Ni Zhiqin ( a very famous athlete) is listed as Ni Chih-Chin in this tournament ! well I was thinking to ask it Wikipedia talk:WikiProject China, because I have a long list of Chinese athletes and I want to know their names in Chinese romanized version, for example I have the full name of medalists in this page but in Taiwanese version unfortunately. - u r welcome, yeah it's my only source for most of these infos, but I think you can use New Straits Times for at least the total results. also I think our Israeli friend Nitsansh can give you his sources for Isreal medals, this should be good because Isreal is involved in almost all of the medal changes.
- do you remember that some days ago I wrote about the possible mistake in medal standing ? I count all of these medals in doha2006.com and my table was a little different, I counted it once again, and checked all of the medals one by one with New Straits Times reports and some persian sources I have. I found two mistake in doha2006.com, both of them in Weightlifting. now my table is almost the same as ocasia table but there is only one difference. Philippines has 12 bronze medals in my table. (9 Swimming, 2 Boxing, 1 Shooting) you can check the files I sent.
- Another thing that make me sure about it is the total number of bronze medals, we had 200 events (202 Golds because of shared gold medals in Wrestling and Gymnastics) let me calculate it
- 200 + 9 (9 shared bronze in Boxing) - 1 (1 shared silver in Gymnastics) = 208 ! so one bronze medal is missing. Mohsen1248 (talk) 14:39, 10 July 2011 (UTC)

Asian Champs articles
Hi Bill! Great work on creating the results for the 2011 Asian Athletics Championships, but in terms of the sub-articles in this category: would these results not be better served by being put together in a list article (like Athletics at the 2010 Asian Games – Results for instance)?
The reason I say this is twofold. Firstly, virtually all of the events are straight finals or two-round contests so such an article would be manageable in size (probably below 100kb), and would give readers one easy place to find more in-depth results (rather than in 42 locations!). Secondly, I don't think there is a great deal to say about the specific events beyond a basic two or three sentence description. That isn't a great basis for an article and a less-interested editor might successfully nominate them for deletion (a bad outcome for all concerned!).
There is no guideline about these results articles, but I normally try to stay on the safe side (i.e. would I be able to find a newspaper article or source which looks (in-depth) at just one event at this competition?). What do you think? SFB 20:23, 7 July 2011 (UTC)
- Hi SFB, and thanks for your interest over there. First of all, I have no objection for having a single article of all the results, we can have easy redirects over there. But then I remember a policy of Wikipedia "Wikipedia is not a paper", so we're not violating any policy of Wikipedia, but we're improving it. I'm pretty sure that there is no way any editor could nominate them for deletion as articles are notable enough as well as suitably referenced. If you have any concerns about the content, then don't worry I can satisfactorily expand them (like for demo I've started my work here). For sourcing, I suggest you to search Indian media, they do great job in covering those events at least in which Indian athletes achieve something, like you can see here, and best part is that all are in English. I can't promise but I'll try my best to keep all those articles that I've created (or will create) in decent shape. — Bill william comptonTalk 17:08, 8 July 2011 (UTC)
- Looks great on the sourcing front! Last time I read The Hindu and the Times of India for the 2009 Asian Champs they were doing quite small scale coverage of athletics. It seems that this has increased, perhaps due to the mix of improved Indian performances and the Commonwealth Games. I suppose you have somewhat disproved my idea that these events would not receive enough coverage! SFB 01:00, 9 July 2011 (UTC)

GA review for Pan American Games
Hey Bill (BTW is it okay if I call you just Bill?) would you like to the GA review for the Pan American Games article? Thanks. Intoronto1125TalkContributions 15:45, 12 July 2011 (UTC)
- Hi Intoronto, it's totally fine, actually my user page's first line appeals the same. Well, at a first glance article seems okay, but still it needs some major work and copy editing for GA. I would like to present some examples that I've found in lead only:-
- "Pan Am Games are a major international" – what makes PA Games major?. Is it the number of participating NOCs, number of events or level of competition? It seems POV pushing; in my opinion, except Olympics, all other MSEs would need third party reliable sources for any such claim.
- "from nations if the Americas", if→of.
- " The Pan American Games were last held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 2007.", this sentence seems a little odd for lead.
- "The next edition of the games", it's an informal convention that we should use "G" not "g" for Games.
- "where athletes who have a physical disability compete", here I would use " in which athletes with physical disabilities compete against one another".
- Err "PASO" is a disambiguation link,
- "PASO has since become the governing body of the Pan American Games movement", since when?, and it seems really odd at the end of para, because last sentence before this is completely unrelated.
- "The Pan American Games Movement consists of international sports federations (IFs), National Olympic Committees (NOCs)", does Pan American Games Movement consist all the IFs and NOCs of the world? you should use word "American" here. International sports federations include all the sport federation, is Pan American Games Movement also consist those sports' federations that are not even part of the Games?, like roller sports or sepak takraw?
- "The host city is responsible for organizing and funding a celebration of the Games consistent with PASO's Charter (since PASO is affiliated with the IOC, the Olympic Charter) and rules.", this whole sentence is weird, specially after consistent, it appears stuffing things; it also raise a very important question – does PASO has its constitution or not, because it seems that PASO is only tail following the IOC.
- Why "opening and closing ceremonies" has a redirect on "Olympic Games ceremony"?
- At last, Ref2 is giving a server error.
- Intoronto, hate to say this but this article is not ready yet for GA. I didn't use the official procedure because it would mark an formal stigma on the article, and I would never do this to my friend who worked so hard on this article. It is my humble advice that you should take this article for peer review first, and invite other users to participate there, and after that GAC will be a cakewalk. — Bill william comptonTalk 17:11, 12 July 2011 (UTC)
- LOL I will work on these for the moment. Darn that second reference is a little odd it was working just yesterday. Maybe I can link it to a cached copy from google? Intoronto1125TalkContributions 17:20, 12 July 2011 (UTC)

- 1,2,4,5,6,7 (removed has since become) and 8 are fixed. Intoronto1125TalkContributions 17:30, 12 July 2011 (UTC)
- Can you explain number 3, and 9 please. For number three are you suggesting we remove it and move it to another section? 10 is connected to the Olympics Games Ceremony, because they are same minus the details explained in the later sentences. Do you think it is necessary to have a separate article? 11 is explained above. Intoronto1125TalkContributions 17:36, 12 July 2011 (UTC)
- Intoronto, perhaps you're not perceiving me correctly. What I'm trying to say here is, that article is in okay shape, but still far from GA, these 11 points make just a little picture of that. Article doesn't fulfill many Good Article's criteria, like out of six it fails— 1 Well-written – prose is not appealing as it should be for GA, 2 Factually accurate and verifiable – many points and facts need citation there, 3 Broad in its coverage – article is far behind from the word broad, like whole history of "creation" and "extension" of the Games is just written in single para, see the History section of the Asian Games, although it is also not complete but still much bigger than PA Games. There is not even a section of "Controversies", which I guess should be there, as all the MSEs have some in their history; 4 Neutral – There are so many points that need NPOV, also article doesn't talk about the low commercialization of the Games.
- So, Intoronto I again advice you to take this article for peer review, it's a best and easy way to improve your article. — Bill william comptonTalk 03:55, 14 July 2011 (UTC)
- I understand, but you did give suggestions and its better to fix the suggestions first then jumping around to other parts of the article. I understand its not up to par, but with the advice given earlier I am trying to improve the article. Intoronto1125TalkContributions 04:30, 14 July 2011 (UTC)
- I appreciate your efforts, but if we don't jump on other parts then lead would be obscure, as according to WP:LEAD, lead should be a summary of important aspects of the article. The routine should be to fix the whole article first then lead, it's like a bottom-to-up approach. It's totally up to you which way you want to choose; well, whatever you choose I'm ready to help. — Bill william comptonTalk 04:46, 14 July 2011 (UTC)
- You are right, but shouldn't the lead be fixed first to correct the later paragraphs? Intoronto1125TalkContributions 17:25, 14 July 2011 (UTC)
- No, as I said, lead should be a summary of whole article; as article misses some important sections, facts, etc, then how could you summarize them in lead. As I've mentioned above, process should be to fix other parts first then summarize them in lead. Try to add more content related to history, controversies, commercialization, etc, and then step up to lead. — Bill william comptonTalk 18:22, 14 July 2011 (UTC)

I understand your concern about the article, but please remain civil and refrain from making baseless accusations, especially towards perfect strangers, as this breaches the personal attack guideline and, as a result, the civility guideline. I did not know that I was not supposed to post a comment that approves deletion, since I have only nominated a few articles for deletion, so I am not experienced in this area. Thank you. Golden Sugarplum (talk) 21:12, 17 July 2011 (UTC)
- For god sake don't tell me that somehow I made personal attacks on you. I didn't know cherry picking is such an abusive word that it forced you to call me uncivil. But if you think that mine conduct wasn't congenial to you then please accept my apologies. This is a very basic thing that nominator would always be in favor of deletion, so what's a need of vote!. — Bill william comptonTalk 21:44, 17 July 2011 (UTC)
- While the whole sentence was irritating, the most annoying thing was the phrase "to make your opinion stronger." The accusation may have been made without the intent to insult, but this does not make it less uncivil. According to the personal attack policy, making unfounded accusations is a personal attack (and launching personal attacks breaches the civility policy), but in this case the attack was fortunately unintentional. I am glad this has been resolved. Golden Sugarplum (talk) 00:03, 18 July 2011 (UTC)

On 21 July 2011, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article 2011 Asian Athletics Championships – Women's long jump, which you created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that in the 2011 Asian Athletics Championships, Mayookha Johny became only the second athlete from India to win a gold medal in the long jump event? You are welcome to check how many hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, quick check) and add it to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. - Done, you can change the border and background color just by changing the hexadecimal values of colors. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian. — Bill william comptonTalk 17:08, 25 July 2011 (UTC)

- You're welcome! Ciao, spero che lei starà più lungo, may be you would like to join WikiProject Olympics or WikiProject Multi-sport events. English Wikipedia needs users like you, arrivederci. — Bill william comptonTalk 12:06, 26 July 2011 (UTC)
- Unfortunately, on it.wiki the condition of Olympics Games is really bad. I was able to make Giochi della I Olimpiade, (your 1896 Summer Olympics) a featured article, creating and improving the articles about sportsmen and competition; the others Games are often a stub. Here, in it.wiki, few user are really active, about 3000 (in en.wiki your are 36328 :D). There's too much work to do; now I'm working on H. P. Lovecraft. However, thanks again for your greating! Bye. --Narayan89 (talk) 12:53, 26 July 2011 (UTC)
I would not have reverted my edits on Christopher Reynolds if I were you.
I have spent a number of years investigating Christopher Reynolds, as he is the oldest American ancestor on my father's side. So I can satisfy anyone on the facts. What was your objection to the edits?Douglas W. Reynolds (talk) 16:23, 26 July 2011 (UTC)Douglas W. Reynolds, Jr. dwreynolds@verizon.net
- Now, I've again reverted your edit. First, you cannot write "[this information is not correct: only two others came with him in 1622 in the "John and Francis," and they were unrelated to him--Douglas W. Reynolds, Jr., 2011]" because it is conflicting with the article, if you think that something is not correct then change the whole sentence with reliable source. Second, you also cannot write "[erroneously identified in Tillman as the "Francis and John," which never existed; correct in [1]]" (unencyclopedic) and "After staying in relative safety in Jamestown for over a year, as he had arrived shortly after the "Indian Massacre of 1622," which had essentially destroyed the Bennett Plantation in Warrascoyack, to which he had been indentured," (unsourced). I'd suggest you to read carefully how to write an article on Wikipedia. Don't try to revert my edit because it would attract administrator's intervention due the the violation of edit warring policy. — Bill william comptonTalk 17:20, 26 July 2011 (UTC)
