  • This is a draft, I put it on my talk page and will modify it a little bit to submit to Mr.?ToBeFree.

Honestly, because it's an English level that makes it difficult to write a edit summary so that other users can understand it.

I'd like you to release it, but I'll be patient.

Request reason:

I just want to contribute. Like it used to be. I apologize for my ignorance and non-gentleman attitude and racism against Indians against Mr Drat8sub. I really hate racism. I'm a non-English speaking person and I think I'm a newcomer to Wikipedia because I'm rude to Drat8sub, because I've taken care of it. It was. It is difficult and time-consuming to read honest English sentences. I am also editing the English version of Wikipedia and am studying English, but it is difficult. And last but not least, who's doing your private time editing and vandalizing? At least I'm very passionate about improving the English version of Wikipedia. There are many editors and they are lively, and I think you can see my contributions. What I can do for my lack of English I am trying to improve it by appropriately linking and changing the layout to make it easier to read. It is Wikipedia's policy, but in my own opinion there are too many to read and remember. In reality, it may be easier for newcomers and other people to keep policies, rules, and sentences as small as possible. I want to read it, understand it, and comply with it, but not too much. In the future, I would like to change my remarks and attitudes and follow the instructions of Drat8sub and others.

Therefore, BRICK93 is Guide to appealing blocks.

By the way, this English text is translated by Google Translation, so I think there are a lot of strange things in English. Please forgive me. BRICK93 (talk) 01:17, 2 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Accept reason:

Since the blocking administrator has no objection, and I find the apology to be sincere, I will remove the block. 331dot (talk) 09:31, 2 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi BRICK93,
Thank you very much for taking the time to write a detailed, friendly apology and explanation.
An independent administrator will review the request. I personally do not object to an unblock.
Perhaps Drat8sub would like to join the discussion. Their opinion might influence the decision.
Best regards,
~ ToBeFree (talk) 07:31, 2 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, ToBeFree.

Thank you so much!!!

BRICK93 (talk) 23:47, 2 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

ToBeFree, to me acceptance is the first step of self correction. And BRICK93 has done that only, I am indeed impressed and happy with the way they changed their attitude in positive and responsible way. I have no issues remaining, but I would like to tell Brick, that wikipedia is a very big community, indeed whole world visits wikipedia. There is no doubt that different people will have different ideas, unique in their ways and may be sometimes better. But you need to understand every one must work together and come to same page to run this community smoothly and that's why those guidelines and policies were in place. And no doubt someone sometimes may not agree, and for that purpose there are talk pages where on can sort out issues, conflicts etc. And you no need to memorise everything but to understand what the guidelines and policies want to convey and whenever needed refer to the needed guidelines and policies. The best, you can do for easy navigation through guidelines is to add these below added templates in you user page. And you can ask anything at my talk page regarding any guidelines you failed to understand. I am more than happy to help. Thank you, and continue your good works. All the best. Drat8sub (talk) 08:12, 3 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your advice.

I added three tags to my user page.

Thank you.

An article you recently created, Cambodia women's national football team results, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. Hello WOSO editors!

What a year to be alive. As usual (but perhaps even moreso since there have been unexpected quarantines), there has been a lot of activity on player, team, league and tournament-related Wikipedia articles with all of the worldwide coverage of women's football / soccer. Great work!

Fall Focus: FA WSL articles

You may have noticed lots of great things going on for the top English league this year: the FA WSL. More (international!) broadcasts, top international player signings, improved media coverage, and increased viewership. Let's keep the momentum brewing, shall we?

Here's a sampling of articles that could use creation, expansion or updating. What will you commit to working on?

Historical Topics
Managers
Teams
Players
Other

See also Wikipedia:WikiProject Football/Women's football task force/Initiatives/FA WSL to collaborate and organize with other editors.

Every little bit helps! Thanks for your contributions!

Did you know...

WP:GNG takes precedence over WP:NFOOTY (which only includes the players in two currently active women's leagues)? Often times there is enough media coverage that meets WP:GNG or other notability guidelines. For more information, see WP:WOSO#Notability and be sure to tag the new article talk page with: {{WP Women's sport|footy=yes}}

Hi BRICK93! I noticed in this edit that you added a note called "COVID-19", but did not provide the text of the note. Can you fill this in? Otherwise it causes a "Cite error: The named reference COVID-19 was invoked but never defined (see the help page)." message to appear on the page.

Empty sections

[edit]

Hi BRICK93, thanks for your contributions to the São Tomé and Príncipe women's national football team and other articles. However, please don't add empty sections, "example" sections, or sections with only "expand section", etc., as you did in this edit: [1] and others. Empty sections clutter the article, and do not add value for the reader. It is against Wikipedia's Manual of Style guidelines, see MOS:BODY. When the information is available, the sections can be added. I have removed the empty sections in that article, as well as in Nepal women's national football team and Somalia women's national football team. If you have added empty sections to other articles, please remove those too. Thank you. --IamNotU (talk) 16:00, 23 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Hello BRICK93, first of all I want to congratulate you for your great contributions in wikipedia, I noticed that you are very active in articles related to women in soccer, so I would ask your help in creating the articles of the Mexican coaches that I consider deserve an article, these coaches are former soccer players and now have positions as coaches in Liga MX Femenil and the national team: Ana Cristina González, Ana Laura Galindo and Scarlett Anaya. I leave it at your consideration, I would really appreciate your help. Thank you and greetings! 189.139.58.202 (talk) 22:09, 19 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hatnotes

[edit]

Hello BRICK93. I have begun to delete some hatnotes and hatnote-like text that you have added to women's football articles. Please don't be disheartened: I am trying to improve the articles too. Hatnotes have a specific purpose (see WP:HATNOTE): "Their purpose is to help readers locate a different article if the one they are at is not the one they're looking for." If the hatnote does not have a link to an article in it, then it is useless. Also, if the title is unambiguous, like Foo women's national football team then a hatnote is not required to the article about the Foo men's national football team: no-one is going to land at Foo women's national football team really wanting the article Foo national football team. I'm happy to help with any advice you need about hatnotes. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 08:45, 8 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Your editing

[edit]

Information icon Hello! Tank you for your contributions to Wikipedia! I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work, especially when you do so many edits. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. While I'm here I would like to point out a few other things as well:

  • Please only use the minor edit mark for typos, formatting errors, layout changes and such, not anything that alters the meaning of the article, even if it's just a single word or number.
  • Please only use bullets like this for actual lists, not for text adjacent to lists or tables. If you want to make an indent, use colon ( : ).
  • Please don't add extra text in the report link in the {{Football box collapsible}} template unless necessary, like when there is more than one link, because extra text that is wider than the word "report" breaks the layout.

Deletion discussion about International Youth Soccer in Niigata

[edit]

Hello, BRICK93, and welcome to Wikipedia. I edit here too, under the username Balon Greyjoy, and I thank you for your contributions.

I wanted to let you know, however, that I've started a discussion about whether an article that you created, International Youth Soccer in Niigata, should be deleted, as I am not sure that it is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia in its current form. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/International Youth Soccer in Niigata.

You might like to note that such discussions usually run for seven days and are not ballot-polls. And, our guide about effectively contributing to such discussions is worth a read. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Balon Greyjoy}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

Help

Hi , United Arab Emirates women's national football team results created by you.

Please create Uzbekistan women's national football team results.

I gather all matches: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uzbekistan_women%27s_national_football_team#Results_History

I'm just not sure if he played a friendly before 2012. In the sources, the first result of the friendly match was in 2012, and I did not find anything before that. There may be some friendlies between 1995 and 2012 but they are not recorded. Unfortunately, there is no FIFA archive. There were complete results on the old FIFA site.

Hi, Toimeska! Thank you for your message and contributions.

Now that i took a closer look at the Empress's Cup article, i noticed that the edition that started on late-December of 2021 and ended on early-January of 2022, is called for some reason: 2022 Empress' Cup.

I can't read japanese

[edit]

I can't read Japanese apart from Hiragana and Katakana, as i stated before. And i don't have enough time to learn it, and probably i don't necessarily need to put it as a priority, so, i ask of you a favor. Could you check some pages to see if i made a mistake on the translation of some names? Some names i translated myself as it were available on Katakana/Hiragana, some were already romanized, and (maybe a vast majority, i don't know??) some i have just copied from Google Translate. The pages where i think i might have done something wrong when translating are: 2022 Emperor's Cup, 2022 All Japan Senior Football Championship, 2021 All Japan High School Soccer Tournament, and 2022 Japanese Regional Football Champions League. The problem is at the football boxes which shows the match details of each match. Most of the players' names are correct, i think. The main problem is the names of the referees. They don't have Katakana/Hiragana displaying their names, and neither do they have romanization available most of the times. I want you to check if the names displayed are correct on the players and referees, if you can. ~~ Skydream1721 (talk) 01:06, 27 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I also remembered that, even at my friends circle, i tend to make a ton of typos, because either i get distracted easily, or i type fast enough and unnoticeably publish edits without seeing. My computer is set in Portuguese because my father use it, and he can only speak portuguese. So, the computer can't interpret what's wrong with any line, as there's red lines at every single english word i type, because the words do not exist in my primary language. Apologies for bothering ~~ Skydream1721 (talk) 01:06, 27 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

No problem. I was mostly wondering if I missed something. Usually, especially in a squad with a lot of regulars the numbers stay for the regulars so it's quite reasonable assumptions. But then sometimes surprises are sprung, like #20 Sam Kerr being assigned #2 in the Olympics squad. --SuperJew (talk) 17:59, 13 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion discussion about International Youth Soccer in Niigata

[edit]

Hello BRICK93, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

While your contributions are appreciated, I wanted to let you know that I've started a discussion about whether an article that you created, International Youth Soccer in Niigata, should be deleted, as I am not sure that it is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia in its current form. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/International Youth Soccer in Niigata (2nd nomination).

Deletion discussions usually run for seven days and are not votes. Our guide about effectively contributing to such discussions is worth a read. The most common issue in these discussions is notability, but it's not the only aspect that may be discussed; read the nomination and any other comments carefully before you contribute to the discussion. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|North8000}}. And don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!
