[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia! Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent uploads, such as the file you uploaded at Mahasweta Devi, did not appear to be constructive and has been or soon will be deleted. Please read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. The image added by you is not in the public domain, as has been claimed by you. Please do not add such images again to articles. Shovon (talk) 16:32, 24 December 2013 (UTC)
Please do not add inappropriate images to Wikipedia, as you did to Abanindranath Tagore; it is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Cultural Marxism
[edit]I will be very simple. Two neutral editors have closed the discussion as no consensus. You, as an involved party that has already opined in the discussion, do not get to say "I don't like it" and overturn the closure unilaterally and just redirect the article. The proper process, if you are so inclined, is to dispute the close on the talk page. If you continue to try to redirect/merge the article without proper consensus, I will block you for disruption. —Dark 04:02, 22 December 2014 (UTC)

[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Soumitra Chatterjee young.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. [edit]Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. Thanks! [edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Talent Agencies Act (California), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Department of Industrial Relations. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

DYK for Writ of mandate (California)
[edit]On 8 June 2021, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Writ of mandate (California), which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that the only way for litigants in California to appeal most pre-trial rulings before a final judgment – and the only way to appeal some rulings at all – is by suing the court that issued the order for a writ of mandate? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Writ of mandate (California). You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Writ of mandate (California)), and if they received a combined total of at least 416.7 views per hour (i.e., 5,000 views in 12 hours or 10,000 in 24), the hook may be added to the statistics page. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

The article Lawrence Striley has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Onel5969 TT me 14:59, 16 June 2021 (UTC)
California Department of Tax and Fee Administration moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:

Notice
[edit]This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have shown interest in COVID-19, broadly construed. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

[edit]You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Ivermectin. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. The talk page consensus is very clear on this topic. The Am J Ther paper is not a reliable source. And your alteration of "misinformation" to "controversy" is not NPOV. We have a consensus on this. Search the talk page archives for the numerous numerous times it has been brought up and shot down. — Shibbolethink (♔ ♕) 19:09, 6 September 2021 (UTC)

Edit warring at Marjorie Taylor Greene
[edit]Your recent editing history at Marjorie Taylor Greene shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly..
You seem to be clueless about how to interpret NPOV. It does not mean neutral sources or neutral content. It means we edit neutrally, IOW we faithfully document, without neutering, what RS say, which means that the result will often not be some "neutral", No Point Of View, statements. -- Valjean (talk) 02:10, 3 March 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, but a recent edit of yours to the page Marjorie Taylor Greene has an edit summary that appears to be inadequate, inaccurate, or inappropriate. The summaries are helpful to people browsing an article's history, so it is important that you use edit summaries that accurately tell other editors what you did. Feel free to use the sandbox to make test edits. " Go ahead, revert me three times in a row." is obviously a misuse of an edit summary. Doug Weller talk 13:04, 3 March 2022 (UTC)
