- Comment: First hook might be a good candidate for a quirky hook; ALT0A may be a bit less confusing but still quirky.

- @ObserveOwl: Great job with this article. New enough (published from draft), long enough, well written and sourced, no copyvio. Only suggestion is to consider mentioning that the rule values are randomly generated each playthrough if there's a source for that. I'm happy making an exception to C6 for ALTs 0A or 1 (or other possible alternatives in that vein – ALT0 is grammatically iffy), but ALT2 def works too. (Did small hook copyedits.) - @Hameltion: Thank you for your comment and article/hook copyedits. I've added that detail to the rules that do so using sources that better explain the randomness of the values. Do you think that ALT0A (or any other hook) is suitable for a quirky hook? ObserveOwl (talk) 10:48, 14 July 2023 (UTC)
- I'd say yes; I've approved all except ALT0, leaving it up to the promoter to choose. C6 only half applies anyway (
If the subject is a work of fiction or a fictional character, the hook must involve the real world in some way

Hello! I've started the review of this article. Some thoughts:
Gameplay
- Under gameplay, the last paragraph feels like it could be merged with the first, as it feels like it completes the thought in the first paragraph and they would be stronger as one.
- The Paul section of the second paragraph and subsequent sentences feel like they could be split into their own paragraph, perhaps leading with a sentence mentioning they're a more complex set of rules involving emojis.
- "showing a death screen based on the Dark Souls games." Possibly wording this a little better may help, consider it for people not familiar with gaming let alone Dark Souls and trying to understand this concept.
Reception
- "other reviewers experienced this." This is a bit of an awkward end to the sentence, could it be clarified or worded better?
Alright, those are my thoughts on the matter. It's a very short article, so not going too ham. I'll do a quick spot check after.--Kung Fu Man (talk) 15:34, 26 August 2023 (UTC)
- Thanks for the review! I believe I've adressed the feedback. Your suggestions for the Gameplay section's paragraph structure are very appreciated, though I made the last paragraph also include another previously mentioned emoji-related rule. I will wait for the check. ObserveOwl (chit-chat • my doings) 17:50, 26 August 2023 (UTC)
Spot check passed on [3], [10], [19]. I'm satisfied with the article overall. Passing.--Kung Fu Man (talk) 18:13, 26 August 2023 (UTC)

Merge this article and "Infinite Craft" into a "neal.fun" article
[edit]Many other neal.fun games besides these two have reliable sources on them, I think it'd make sense to just make a neal.fun page and add subsections on that article for the individal notable games. Cereally8 (talk) 23:56, 19 June 2024 (UTC)
- You wouldn't need to merge either in order to make a neal.fun article. - Cukie Gherkin (talk) 00:12, 20 June 2024 (UTC)
