Recreation of Article
[edit]I know that this article was created previously and deleted (neither by me) almost a year ago. I feel the game is now notable enough to warrant an article.

Furry navbox
[edit]The Furry Fandom navbox was removed with no explanation. After improving the article, I decided to add it back based on the fact that this is an anthropomorphic video game, that the navbox still links here and that this article is part of WP Furry; requesting that it be discussed before removal. Now that it has been removed requesting that it be discussed before inclusion I was hoping whom ever added it could discuss it here as well as an explanation as to why it was removed. - Well, 220.233.48.25, what was your reasoning for removing it? The subject matter clearly centers on intelligent anthropomorphic animals, similar to Inherit the Earth and Furcadia. GreenReaper (talk) 21:25, 28 March 2009 (UTC)
- I think I have given ample time to respond to this. Please don't remove the template unless you have a reason. Thanks :) RP9 (talk) 05:47, 14 April 2009 (UTC)
- From the explanations given, I don't have a problem with it being in Wikiproject Furry; we could probably help. But I think the navbox is a bit much. Perhaps after furries help out with the article some, it might be more reasonable to include it. --Rat at WikiFur (talk) 21:29, 14 April 2009 (UTC)
- Probably any reason to include or remove it would be a good reason, but so far no real reason to remove it has been given. RP9 (talk) 21:54, 14 April 2009 (UTC)
- I agree that it is a bit much. Neither the game nor the article have a direct connection to furry fandom. It's also unnecessary - Skyrates is included in Wikiproject Furry and can remain so. Since the game developers and community have expressed concerns about a strong furry association, I've removed the navbox. TLHartley (talk) 08:00, 16 April 2009 (UTC)
- Will do, thank you for explaining your reasoning. I find it interesting though, that the Skyrates community use the term furries to refer to the characters but are worried that because all the characters are anthropomorphic, it will discourage potential players. I doubt that is true but it is all rather intriguing. RP9 (talk) 22:31, 16 April 2009 (UTC)
