Talk:Shrek 2 (video game)
PC version does not use unreal engine.
[edit]Seems to use Bink third party audio/video decoders and rest is beenox's typical custom engine they've been using since tony hawk's pro skater 4 and upgrading successively all the way up to skylanders wii. it is very simplistic in nature, designed to allow easy porting to and from with minimal effort (provided they have the raw graphical assets), which explains why their games are often ported from xbox/ps2/etc unreal engine/renderware api/etc games and even ported from the pc to those in some cases. I have no sources for this info aside from my own knowledge regarding video game file formats. take a look at the files yourself and compare it to unreal engine 2 package structures, it's not even close. 2601:6:3E81:961D:FC4C:D185:36F5:A415 (talk) 18:45, 17 March 2015 (UTC)
