[edit]Please give me 30 minutes and I will show the notability of the organization. Thank you. --D.bratchuk (talk) 11:07, 21 August 2011 (UTC)
Can we add a column to the table of tournament winnings to show which game it was? Thanks. 19:16, 11 August 2012 (CDT)
Biased
[edit]Article seems to be really biased, using superlatives like "leading team", "best players" etc. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.93.161.98 (talk) 13:53, 16 June 2014 (UTC)
About the Latin
[edit]The name is incorrect Latin. Purpose clauses don't use an infinitive the way they do in English. "Natus vincere" is gibberish. It would have to be "natus ut vincat" (though "nati ut vincant" would be more appropriate for a team), but that doesn't quite roll off the tongue. I think this fundamental error in the name should be mentioned somewhere in the article, but I don't know where. What do others think? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.114.151.177 (talk) 21:57, 30 October 2015 (UTC)
Agreed on this--the article right now falsely claims that "natus vincere" means "born to win." It's clear that the name is intended to mean that. But in actual fact it doesn't. It doesn't mean anything. It would be pedantry to mention this in the article, but the apparent alternative is to say something that's just not true... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.180.180.192 (talk) 22:45, 3 November 2016 (UTC)
I also agree that 'natus vincere' should not be translated into English as 'born to win'. I welcome that their name makes one think about Latin grammar, but as it stands the articles perpetuates a doubtful if not plainly wrong translation. Maybe 'to win born' as a verbatim translation would highlight that it is just words stuck together rather than the translation of a phrase. Could a gerund not be used to translate it more idiomatically: 'nato vincendo' as 'born for winning' or 'born to win'? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 221.6.40.161 (talk) 00:24, 28 May 2017 (UTC)
I would support wording such as "inspired by/from the Latin for "Born to Win"" or even "a Latin-inspired phrase meaning "Born to Win"". The phrase can still mean something, even if it's formed of non-Latin made up words. HerrWaus (talk) 13:01, 14 March 2020 (UTC)
Contested deletion
[edit]This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because it would appear the content picked up by Copyvios dates back on Wikipedia to August 21, 2011 which pre-dates when it was added to Liquipedia.
Also using Google's custom date range, it would appear the only two pages with the text "After a bad performance at the Arbalet Cup CIS 2010 (4th place), the team decided to skip the next big tournament ASUS Winter 2010, so they could prepare for the Arbalet Cup and Ukrainian qualifications for the ESWC" between 2005 and 2011 were on Wikpedia and "academic.ru".
Not sure if I'm doing this right, but --ItsIzumi (talk) 08:36, 22 November 2015 (UTC)
- Didn't realize this, was kind of sure that it was copy pasted since 93% of it was. Thank you for pointing this out. Dat GuyWiki (talk) 09:22, 22 November 2015 (UTC)

History
[edit]The main body of the article, which starts with a section called 'History', seems to begin in the middle of a tournament. Can we get some actual history about the formation and beginnings of the team? HerrWaus (talk) 13:01, 14 March 2020 (UTC)
Archive really necessary?
[edit]Is an archive really necessary at this point? Per User:MiszaBot/config: Before setting up automatic archiving on an article's talk page, please establish a consensus that archiving is really needed there.
As such, I'm removing the template until there is a consensus. There's barely anything on this talk page, and having a bot scan this page seems like a waste of resources atm. Pbrks (talk) 01:10, 29 March 2021 (UTC)
Boombl4 is no longer in the team.
