This article should adhere to the gender identity guideline because it contains material about one or more trans women. Precedence should be given to self-designation as reported in the most up-to-date reliable sources, anywhere in article space, even when it doesn't match what's most common in reliable sources. Any person whose gender might be questioned should be referred to by the pronouns, possessive adjectives, and gendered nouns (for example "man/woman", "waiter/waitress", "chairman/chairwoman") that reflect that person's latest expressed gender self-identification. Some people go by singular they pronouns, which are acceptable for use in articles. This applies in references to any phase of that person's life, unless the subject has indicated a preference otherwise. Former, pre-transition names may only be included if the person was notable while using the name; outside of the main biographical article, such names should only appear once, in a footnote or parentheses. If material violating this guideline is repeatedly inserted, or if there are other related issues, please report the issue to the LGBTQ+ WikiProject, or, in the case of living people, to the BLP noticeboard. |
This article is written in American English, which has its own spelling conventions (color, defense, traveled) and some terms that are used in it may be different or absent from other varieties of English. According to the relevant style guide, this should not be changed without broad consensus. |

ESC
[edit]This article is missing any mention of "ESC", Lena's game/visual novel she created. The soundtrack is listed in her discography, but I think it makes sense to mention that she created the game somewhere in this article. -73.52.182.69 (talk) 13:44, 15 July 2020 (UTC)
- Thanks for the heads up! I went ahead and added a mention of it in the Life and career section. - Whisperjanes (talk) 15:19, 15 July 2020 (UTC)
Pronouns.
[edit]Seems like some people think it's cool and epic to deface the article by using the wrong pronouns for Raine. Not like the anon trolls are gonna read the talk page but this funky twitter bio has her correct pronouns https://twitter.com/kuraine Hopolapopola (talk) 13:02, 26 October 2021 (UTC)
- Hi! Since she's becoming more famous of late, I'll add her to my watchlist and check in from time to time to make sure folks are gendering her correctly. ^-^ Atomic putty? Rien! 16:21, 25 May 2023 (UTC)
Infected citation link?
[edit]Citation 16 (the archived interview) seems to be infected with a JS trojan virus. Can anyone else confirm this or is it just my antivirus acting up? 2.30.152.141 (talk) 22:17, 25 December 2022 (UTC)
deadname
[edit]add her deadname and force people to not use it 2600:4040:7135:2300:7D03:79EC:4138:9B98 (talk) 00:57, 22 August 2023 (UTC)
- Per MOS:GENDERID, we don't mention it since she was not notable under that former name. Bridget (talk) 01:27, 22 August 2023 (UTC)
- add it as birth name? say born deadname, just like with any other person on wikipedia who has changed their name from their birth name, she was not notable under it but like its still a birth name right? Sebbog13 (talk) 02:46, 7 January 2024 (UTC)
- Across Wikipedia, people not notable under their birth name don’t have their birth name mentioned. Aaron Liu (talk) 14:36, 23 January 2024 (UTC)

voice
[edit]add an example of her voice 2600:4040:7135:2300:F996:E702:CC72:84FF (talk) 21:02, 22 August 2023 (UTC)
Her book
[edit]I tried to add a mention of her book last night, City of Tigers. It was (correctly) reverted because it didn't have enough sources. I don't edit Wikipedia often, so if someone could make this change and do it right, I'd appreciate it! 64.193.85.10 (talk) 19:05, 1 September 2024 (UTC)
