[edit]Here's another source: [1]. --Izno (talk) 22:52, 14 September 2018 (UTC)
- Includes a bit about Emerald Mine. --Izno (talk) 22:56, 14 September 2018 (UTC)
- And Space Pilot. --Izno (talk) 23:23, 14 September 2018 (UTC)
- Appears to be a reprint of the same story from RG Germany 3/2014, which I bought yesterday to use it here. I'm still working on including the Hoeneß-Aldi-Commodore debacle and a list of notable games. Lordtobi (✉) 06:31, 15 September 2018 (UTC)
- Yeah, I thought it was curious that it appeared in the same work and didn't think to see if it was a reprint. --Izno (talk) 15:07, 15 September 2018 (UTC)

Connection to Gravity Force 2 & Gravity Power
[edit]Hi User:IceWelder. You have deleted this section with rationale "None of the sources connect Gravity Force 2 or Gravity Power to Kingsoft". But one of the sources (https://www.amigapd.com/interview-jens-andersson--jan-kronquist.html) does identify Kingsoft as the original developer of Gravity Force: "Kingsoft of course went on to publish the original Gravity Force soon after [...]". Were GF2 and GP developed by Kingsoft? No, but they are clearly part of its legacy. Barnards.tar.gz (talk) 18:23, 5 August 2022 (UTC)
- Does Gravity Force 1 in any way stand out among the many, many games the company was involved in? Only the enhanced version of the sequel, neither of which Kingsoft was involved in, appeared significant in the text that was added. I'm also not sure of the reliability of Amiga PD.
- As you can see from the section above, I was once looking to write up a section for multiple games to address them equally but I never got around to doing that. The two Retro Gamer articles contain plenty of material on the most important games. Maybe you could help with such a section? IceWelder [✉] 18:33, 5 August 2022 (UTC)
- I actually think it would make more sense for the sequels (or perhaps even all three games in the series) to have their own page, but that was deleted with consensus to redirect to this page. I do strongly believe the sequels to be notable, so if they are not to have a page of their own, the next best option seems to me to be a legacy section on this page, on the basis that the "franchise" began as a Kingsoft title. - The series was seen as not notable (WP:NVG) but IMO it should not redirect here just because the company was involved with one of three games. Maybe you can find enough sources for the third game and then mention the predecessors there? IceWelder [✉] 21:33, 5 August 2022 (UTC)
