Perhaps someone should note the development of mirrors edge 2d, the collaberation between brad borne and EA games, and the inclusion of fancy pants man in the beginning sequence. Atomic1fire (talk) 02:08, 3 March 2009 (UTC)
- Do you mean FPM and Faith jumping over the logo? If so I'd say no, FPM's appearance as a character in the Newgrounds fighting game is a lot more relevant. In fact, Mirror's Edge 2D is already notable by WP standards IMO and could have its own article. Someoneanother 15:40, 4 March 2009 (UTC)
- Mirror's Edge 2D should get a brief mention here as it used a modified Fancy Pants engine, and Brad stated in his blog that he would be adding features introduced in ME2D (such as the vertical wall run) back into the Fancy Pants series for World 3. 207.7.138.117 (talk) 16:25, 12 July 2010 (UTC)
Should it be noted that this game influenced by Sonic the hedgehog since
- Fancy Pants Man is Fast
- He can do Spin attack
- He runs loops
- He can roll like Sonic
- He runs like Sonic in Sonic Advance

- Not unless a reliable source points it out. Right now, if it's just your personal observation, that is called original research, and is not acceptable. Find a Gamespot or IGN article that makes that connection. Sergecross73 msg me 16:09, 1 November 2011 (UTC)
- Perhaps someone should ask if FPM was inspired by sonic in any way? I doubt it though.--96.29.243.67 (talk) 12:02, 23 April 2012 (UTC)
Gameplay
[edit]The game play section of this article is pretty messy. It reads as both a summary of the series with soem gameplay elements mentioned. Having not played the full series, I don't feel qualified to do a rewrite, but I highly recommend that someone does so. 204.110.112.2 (talk) 17:12, 13 July 2012 (UTC)

Nintendo Wii version?
[edit]I've never heard of a Wii version of Fancy Pants Adventures, and I can't find any gameplay for it, nor can I find literally any proof of its existence. How about we remove that section of the release dates list until or if someone digs something up about it MrGuyWasTaken (talk) 06:17, 20 November 2022 (UTC)
- There was never a Wii version, I don't know why that's there. Removing it right now. YSB573 (talk) 11:53, 19 January 2023 (UTC)
