Needs Attention

Overall the article is very general and major aspects of the topic are missing. There are many ideas that are clumped into a small paragraph (i.e. hypertext, The Palace, the International Game Developers Associaton etc), which makes the article difficult to follow. There should be more information about each project and also background information that describes the events that led up to Morningstar’s professional career (i.e. childhood, undergraduate, graduate school, research etc.) Additionally, there are very few references that support the article, which really limits its overall credibility. For example, the sentence: “He is known for How to Deconstruct Almost Anything, an essay in which…” has no evidence that supports that this text has actually made him recognized. Not Enough Sources

The article as it is is too much like a timeline as opposed to being biographical. It mentions multiple projects that Morningstar worked on but doesn't go into great detail about them. The article needs more information about his early life. Such as the date of his birth, where he was born, etc. It also mentions he graduated from University of Michigan but doesn't give any details about what he majored in. His major along with his studies and projects could be added for more in-depth background information. Information about his life before college

I'm having a little trouble finding about information about Chip Morningstar's personal life before college. i.e. high school, family life, etc. Any assistance in this aspect of the article would definitely help improve its quality Kolinsd1 (talk) 22:27, 17 December 2011 (UTC)

I added a personal life section and an honors and recognitions section. I got the information for the personal life section from his Facebook and his online resume. For the honors and recognition section i got the information from his online resume. Project summary/edit progression

Our group enhanced the overall quality of the article by changing it from a completely plagiarized blurb to a well thought out and developed article. We brainstormed different section titles that are applicable to Morningstar's life so we can present the article in a more organized manner. Our group then worked collaboratively by having each group member assigned to certain sections, but we contributed to other aspects of the article if we encountered relevant information in our research. Additionally, if there was ever a problem or question regarding wikipedia formatting or having trouble finding information, we helped each other and communicated ideas via email. More Updates

I went through the the abstract again and fixed some plagiarism issues with information previously written in the article. The opening sentence is still coming up as plagiarized, but I'm having trouble coming up with either a way to rewrite this intro, or how to add a new intro sentence.
