This article is at the moment a mediocre Article that was nominated for deletion on the 20th July. The result was speedy keep, And to merge the Buzz! Junior page into the Buzz! Page. That wasn't what i was hoping. It may have been improved but it still lacks information. (Woggy 08:36, 21 July 2007 (UTC))[reply]

I put in a bit more detail. Can anyone put in an image of the Buzz! Junior: Jungle Party Game Cover? Thanks, (Woggy 10:52, 21 July 2007 (UTC))[reply]

Buzz! Quiz TV up. JAF1970 14:54, 14 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Started doing some serious clean-up to this page including purging the intro of everything other than a basic overview. Also, this is meant to be an encylopedia article rather than a marketing press-release. If we have to talk about the 'Fire it Up' campaign then lets put that in the Music article rather than the series article. Personally, I don't think this is of any relevance anyway.Speedything 11:14, 12 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Logitech

[edit]

An IP user put the following in the main article.

Note: On 09/01/2008 Logitech UK Sales and Marketing department was contacted (see below) who explained that they are NOT one of the manufacturers of the Buzzer device.

United Kingdom LOGITECH UK LIMITED Units 9/10, Shaftesbury Court 18 Chalvey Park Berkshire GB – SL1 2ER SLOUGH +44-(0)175-387 09 00 Telephone +44 (0) 175-387 09 99 Fax

I removed it and added a fact tag to the appropriate section of the article. Anyone care to comment? - X201 (talk) 15:49, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Buzz PSP

[edit]

I'm building an article about the recently announced Buzz! PSP If anyone has anything to add to it please drop it in to the Article on my sand box then we can create the page without the worry of a speedy delete prodding it because of lack of info. - X201 (talk) 19:12, 1 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Buzz PSP article is up - X201 (talk) 14:07, 7 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I've removed the companies

[edit]

Please remember people that this is meant to be an encyclopedia article about the entire Buzz! series - if we're going to have a section about companies we will need to add EVERY company that has worked on EVERY game. This is not only tedious but also adds nothing to the article. If you want to link to the relevant companies' articles then please do. Speedything (talk) 10:27, 4 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

An article about the Buzz! series without any history of who made them. Should I go and delete Miyamoto san from the Mario games? I'm restoring the section it was referenced and explains the fact that Buzz is not made by Relentless on their own (a common mis-conception that I and others make.) but by three separate companies. I used to think Buzz was Relentless' idea. It was not. Sleepydog sold the idea to Sony who employed Relentless to develop it. The companies section is informing people about the origin of the game and the people who create it. It might need a bit of trimming on the company detail side but is worth keeping. - X201 (talk) 10:54, 4 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, if you look at the Mario article you will see that not only is there no sub-section devoted to Nintendo but there is also no sub-section devoted to Miyamoto. I'm not querying who made the games, I'm merely querying the need to include a subsection relating to them when no other game I can find seems to. I'm even more concerned about the lack of companies such as 'Sony' in your list. If there is some controversy about the creators of the game then I suggest you create a section relating to this that is fully backed up by independant sources. Buzz Brain of Oz

[edit]

There is an Australian version of Brain of the UK coming out, and I have a link to information on it, but I do not know how to cite sources. I will add the game on the list, but if anybody could help with the citing, the link is [1] Thanks —Preceding unsigned comment added by 667DarkAve (talkcontribs) 23:21, 21 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
