Arthur's Teacher Trouble?

How the hell is a book an LGBTQ character in a video game? Why is this included in the list? The book includes characters that may be LGBTQ, but i couldn't find anything in the article about this.

I will remove it if it isn't explained, and at that point you can undo my edit and hopefully elaborate.
