The 2024–25 season is Liverpool Football Club's 133rd season in their history of and their 63rd consecutive season in the top flight of English football. In addition to the domestic league, the club is also participating in the FA Cup, the EFL Cup and the UEFA Champions League.

This is Liverpool's first season under new head coach Arne Slot, who was announced as Jürgen Klopp's replacement on 20 May 2024. This season is also the first since 2015–16 without Joël Matip, and the first since 2019–20 without Thiago, who both retired from professional football after their contracts expired.[1]
